My car died in a no parking zone last night right in front of an ATM. So much for sneaking out in my pjs to grab some cash quick! Ughh. I was out there for hours trying the car started. Bought a new battery for the car faub. The car's faub was useless. Friends and people in the parking lot were awesome, ready to help move it to a parking space but we couldn't get the car out of park. By now it's late and freezing outside. Evan the amazing driver from Andy's Towing shows up with this beautiful brand new tow truck and he was able to get my car out of park and into neutral in seconds! I got a flat on the highway with four kids in the car, aged 8, 6, 4, and 2 (one with severe Autism). I can change a flat no problem, but the lug nuts wouldn't budge so AAA sent someone from Andy's. Bad news: They couldn't get the tire off either and it had to be towed. They could have marked the job as done and I would have been on my own to call AAA again, but the driver said he couldn't leave us on the side of the road any longer, however the four kids couldn't fit in his truck, so he called a second truck from his company that could fit us all, and the two trucks took us to the local Burger King to make alternate arrangements. They were very kind and helpful with the kids, even talking to them as I moved each one into the truck to make it fun and not scary. Everyone had a good time and we eventually made it home safely. Called AAA and this company came towed ve to the wrong repair shop. When I called to ask where it was they stated it wasn't a registered veh and they never towed it. (tho they did and it was) 3-4 hours of calls located it to wrong repair shop. When I spoke to the office the person was rude, discourteous and hung up on me. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! read more

Im an RN. I have been a AAA member for years. My truck broke down in the middle of the night after a 16 hour shift. They refused to tow it because the distance was too far. (Though well within the 100 mile limit I pay for) I was told I had to call back during the day. I just called at 3pm and was VERY RUDELY told they could not tow me today, maybe tomorrow or the next day... I expressed my frustration, explained I have the AAA account and had already waited 2 days and they said "Well. That's not my problem. Find someone else." I would VERY strongly recommend everyone do exactly that! I'm 90 minutes from home and they leave me stranded twice. read more

My wife of 65 years had to listen to full volume rap for 45 minutes with no concern for her on the tow ride. His choice of music repeated for the whole trip (and I'm coding it), "Fk her up her Nig"r ass " over and over amount other tasteless poetry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND when my friend went to grab the last of his items from his vehicle, the employee profiled and told him he didn't believe he was the cars owner and he didn't allow him access to his own keys or vehicle. i would highly recommend NOT using Andy's towing. After calling AAA for a flat tire, they sent Andy's Towing out to my lonely little self waiting in a dark parking lot. They (AAA) originally quoted me a 55 minute arrival time but I receive a text telling me they would arrive sooner. Drew from Andy's Towing pulled in at EXACTLY the quoted time, changed the tire ~ which was very difficult b/c of the lugs nuts were extremely tight ~ and I was on my way in less than 30". These guys towed my car from my apartments, even though I clearly had a sticker in the window. The night before They almost towed my wife's car but I caught the guy in the act, and stopped him! They caused damage to my car and sent me to their body shop. After they found out how much it would cost them. They completely backed out in taking care of my car! Got into an accident that wasn't my fault. Had my car towed to Andy's towing. My insurance told me to have AAA come back and pick up the vehicle. Worker at Andy's towing was hostile and didn't give me much information after sending AAA away since they wouldn't release the car. They said Andy's towing would tow my car to the auto repair shop but wouldn't without a check cut from the auto shop. (Even though insurance would be contacting them to pay them directly) They finally got it dropped off two days later and the key was missing. Had to search my car in and out where I eventually found it in the trunk, underneath a trash bag. When I called the guy asking where it was, he yelled "in the cup holder" and wouldn't help me further, he said he wouldn't call my repair guy ever again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here unless they want to be talked down to and have to explain yourself over and over. read more

I had my car towed..quite some time ago. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. Ever since the tow, the car didn't behave quite right, but I never associated one with the other. My car has only been towed just once and it was by this company. Over time, my car became more out of sorts and I attributed it to out of alignment. Kabilian's told me it was a "sway bar" and it was from being towed. Took it to Sears and it was the bar to the right rear tire that the tow truck hooked up to. It was bent. 400.00 later in repair..problem solved. Next time, I will be sure the driver hooks up properly. I wasn't happy. read more

They charged me storage for 4 days when my car came in well after midnight and tried to say the crash happened at 11:30. Surveillance has me in the Wendy's drive-thru at 11:30. My car was towed here after I was in an accident on the highway. When into the office I was greeted by Michael. He brought me right over to my car, and I grabbed my things. Michael even climbed in despite all of the glass and did a thorough second look over to make sure I didn't miss anything, which was great because a few things got wedged under the seat that I would have left without. Michael also gave me a lot of advice as far as how to deal with my insurance company. He also straightened out my crushed license plates and told me to hold on to them. That saved me $40 and two trips to the DMV (to turn them in, and then to get new ones for my new car). I had a great experience during a stressful time in my life. Michael was not only good at his job, he was also super helpful and knowledgable about what I could do to make the transition into a new car much more smooth. He didn't have to give me all of that great advice, but he did. That earns 5 stars in my opinion. read more

I can't thank these guys enough. They are a class act that went above and beyond in towing my disabled car. My 19 year old daughter was on her way from NH to the Cape 2 nights ago. She hit a deer on 3 South, disabling the car 2 hours from home. She was fine. The shop called her later to let her know she left several things in the car. They then proceeded to bag up the important stuff so she could recover it today. They didn't have to protect the stuff we had in the car. I and my daughter are extremely grateful. I had my car towed by Andy's towing. The wrecker sprung a hydraulic leak and spilled several gallons of oil on my driveway. The driver apologized and said that someone would be out shortly to clean it up. They were here in short time and did attempt to clean up the mess. A couple of days later it was obvious that whatever they did was not working. I called the Marshfield office and explained the problem and was told that someone would be out to look at it. I came home one night and saw that the mess was cleaned up and was very happy that it was taken care of. The next day I had a note in my mailbox and was asked to call someone. It was the sealing company that cleaned the driveway. They wanted to know when they could seal the driveway. Tonight I came home to a freshly sealed driveway courtesy of Andy's towing. This is customer service above and beyond all bounds. When you need a tow there is only one place to call and that is Andy's. read more

I do not recommend Andy's Towing. They would only tow my car off the highway. They would not tow it to the mechanic. Once the car was towed off highway, we had to call another Towing company to tow it to the mechanic. They did not tell us that before they came to tow the car. Poor service. read more

I'm sitting here writing this from my phone it is now 8:44 pm I called andys towing to pick up my truck at about 4:45 pm from my house which is literally 2 minutes away from there shop and have it towed less than a mile down the road. Still no truck no returned calls . This company sucks!!! read more

Kevin from Andy's towing is great. My jeep broke down at trader Joe's. He arrived within 30 minutes. The parking lot was busy with cars and customers walking Around him. Getting my car on the flatbed was not an easy task, he remained calm and professional throughout the whole thing . read more

Had an issue with a tow, but the owner of the company really stepped up and made things right quickly.

Horrible SERVICE!!! Owner very rude and disrespectful yelled at my husband and hung up on him. Called AAA to get my husbands truck towed NOT RECOVERED from a dirt road that we live on. The driver showed up after we called AAA 3 times and he wouldn't even walk over to see the truck he looked at it from 500 feet away. My husband put an ad online and a man with a jeep pulled him out in 2 minutes. Andy's towing is USELESS, and the owner was disrespectful, to use vulgarities and hang up on my husband, when there are many other company's we can use, we will NEVER use them and beware. After disusing this company with many people who live in our town we were told that they used Andy's and some belongings went missing from her car when they towed it. This didn't happen to us personally but this shows the level of service. read more

Andys Towing towed my car and some how my licenses were "stolen" or "misplaced" cough*** ..... I thought if I called up and asked the old man if maybe they had been "misplaced" but instead I got attitude and at the end of the conversation he slipped in a condescending "screw you"...... I was wondering why the employees were being so friendly when I walked in. Then upon getting in my car I noticed that it had been ransacked and tore to shreds. To go into further detail they threw all my papers, cleaning rags, sunglasses, socks, and STOLE PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE. Took all the trash out of the bags and made a big mess and then they made sure to look through my personal belongings, and stole my drivers license. A + for customer service though lol... Just watch your back is all I am saying because these guys are doing something shady... People get off on being friendly just to stab someone in the back..... read more
