definitely the bagel spot to go to in riverside. been going here since college. I was back in town, and after a few years everything is still the same. solid price & quality. tends to get busy on weekends. food: Salmon Lox Bagel w/ garlic bagel. good and very filling salmon lox bagel. they definitely don't cheap out on the salmon so you're getting your moneys worth!! coffee: handful of different options. not the best tasting but it doesn't the trick. plus, free refills. there's creamer and sugar. service: standard. ambiance: old diner vibes, good amount of seating. parking: gets a little busy Sunday brunch time

Nice little spot in Canyon Crest area. Has indoor and outdoor seating and the inside looks nice and clean with musical posters along the walls. The cashier was nice and I was able to order quickly. I ordered the Chorizo bEGGel on a Jalapeño & cheese bagel. It comes with chorizo, egg, and cheese. The bagels are cooked perfectly and the are made fresh daily. The food was nice and hot and made to order. Will be back to try more of their bagels selections.

Jalapeño cheese bagel BLT style is the perfect savory crunch brunch item you need in your life. This bagel shop takes their time in making these bagel sandwiches and their offer a variety of different bagel flavors. Very casual bagel shop, with some simple outdoor seating.

Lots of sandwich choices. Average looking muffins. Large and yummy looking specialty bagels.

It's a deal breaker when a bagel shop does not have good coffee options. We are decaf coffee drinkers, ordered two cups only to discover their only decaf option is flavored vanilla. What? Makes no sense at all. So I switched to caffeinated which was cooked down and bitter. Ruined our experience. This shop in Canyon Crest is very busy in a Saturday morning. Lots of loyal customers apparently. The bagel sandwiches we ordered were OK but not awesome. We ordered a chorizo on a sour dough but the bagel seemed to be a normal plain. We also ordered ham?, spinach and mushroom on an Asiago jalapeño bagel which was the best part of the experience....that bagel. The specialty bagels in the case looked larger and yummier than regular size bagels. I'd recommend those bagels with cream cheese. The sandwiches were just fair. I would have a hard time returning with Starbucks in this plaza and an independent coffee shop around the corner.

Bacon and cheese and egg bagel, who's non season a** thought of this?

No seasoning, chopped up bacon??? Nothing but plain and was out of bagels only got plain. Don't spend money here it's over priced might as well go to the store.

This is what I'm talking about when I say "I'm in the mood for a bagel"! The menu is straight forward, what kinda bagel do you want? Do you want it to be a sandwich? They have breakfast, deli, and hot sandwiches to goose from! Inside is always clean but nothing too razzle dazzle. They have other baked goods, the coffee smells heavenly, and there is a grab and go fridge with juice, cream cheese, and other drinks.

Fun fact: This cute little Broadway-themed bagel shop has had 3 name changes since they opened over 40 years ago. My mom used to go early on a Saturday when the bagels were super fresh and bring home a mixed dozen and a huge container of their delicious fresh whipped cream cheese. Their bagel sandwiches are great. I like the Veggie burger sandwich. I ordered a simple cream cheese and lox on an onion bagel. I went late in the day around 1 (they close at 2) and the pickins' were slim. So go early. My kids shared a pizza bagel. It has mozzarella and cheddar on it. All 3 of us were very confused about the cheddar. They said it was good, but the cheddar was...unexpected and they would have preferred no cheddar. And honestly, it didn't look appetizing at all.

For the price of what this is I might as well have bought the ingredients to make our own. I made an account just to leave a review about how bland, dry, and careless this was put together. Also seemed as if the service was not well because they were going to close. The bagel didn't even have cream cheese on it. Not worth $9 and insane that I even convinced myself to get it. 0/10 would not recommend

Fast service. The veggie patty is the old school patty. The bagels are so flavorful and tasted very fresh. Would come back here to try more of their menu!

Bagel is hot, taste good. I ordered the spicey deluxe jalapeños. I ate just top of bagel with jalapeños topping. Toppings made bottom of bagel soggy. I did not find the bottom of bagel tasty for this reason. The service was quick. As it was my first time, I did not know what to order. The menu was not explained on fan favorites either. I ordered quickly as the line grew rapidly. Upon receipt of food, I inquired about cream cheese and or butter as they did not come with bagel. My total was $9.66. Spicey deluxe $7.89 and an additional $0.99 for jalapeño. I mistakenly thought the $0.99 was to have cream cheese. Not so. Shop is spacious to accommodate the lines of people. Lines move quickly but a small wait for food. A few seats scattered but not enough for you to come with friends. Stars are for initial hot food. Missing stars for soggy bagel bottom and my hunger still from food I could not eat for soggy purposes. This place has potential. Must do better with giving customers information on what comes with prices paid.

The flavor has this sweet, comforting vibe that immediately brought me back to childhood. Love the addition of the lucky charms marshmallows on top as well. I've been coming to Kraemer's for about a decade now, and it still has that familiar, cozy feel every time I walk in. Even as they've grown and added more staff over the years, the service has stayed warm and genuinely friendly. You can tell the people working here care about what they're doing, and that consistency is a big part of why I keep coming back. It does get busy, especially in the mornings. I've seen the line reach the door more than once, but they move quickly and keep things flowing. Even on the crowded days, I'm usually in and out faster than I expect, which I really appreciate. It's a little on the higher side, but I love trying their specialty drinks, and I'm always happy to support a local spot that puts real effort into what they serve.

The store is small but had a decent layout. The display window had a variety of bagels so you could pick and choose what looked good to you. The confusing thing was the menu board TV screen kept rotating images and the prices for the bagels rotated from $2.00 to $2.50 to $3.00. Then when I ordered my Jalapeño Cheese bagel it turned out to be $3.50! It kind of felt like they were tricking customers with the lower prices being shown. The total price for this was over $6.50 for just a bagel and cream cheese which is on the higher end for this product. Oh well. At least the jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese was good. It was chewy and very bready. If you like your bagel more toasted then I would recommend you ask for that. It reminded me very much of a softer jalapeño cheese Wetzel pretzel if you have had that. It wasn't similar to a classic New York bagel, but it was very tasty in a different way. I'd come back.

They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. A lot of coffee shops are so brightly lit and trying to be hipster still in 2026, but this place is just kind of homey and the classic cozy coffee shop we all want to go to.
