Error message I showed the lady, and she still continued to tell me there was nothing wrong with the machine, ugh

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I had 2 machines that clearly had low/no water coming out. The lady, who there's a picture on here from another similar review, told me it was my fault for having too much clothes in there - they were clearly not even half filled! After she walked away I noticed there was an error message popping up and a quick google search confirmed that was related to the lack of water. I took a picture and walked over to show her the error message and ask her to come relook and she ignored me and walked away. When the cycle finally finished my half dry half wet clothes confirmed it wasn't "in my head" the machine clearly malfunctioned. I walked over to her again to show her that my clothes had not been washed and she again ignored me and walked away to clean something else. This time I followed her and asked to speak to the manager and she said no - what kind of response is that?! I kept following her and asked her if there was a manager here and she said no no manager and I when I said that's a lie there has to be a manager she finally responded that he wasn't here but would be coming in later. I told her to let me know when he arrived as I would really like to speak to him and she again told me there was nothing wrong with the machines. I walked away and proceeded to wash my clothes AGAIN in another machine and she came over to tell me, again, that the machines were fine and when I pulled out the clothes that was dry and I was having to rewash she walked away. If you're looking for the WORST customer experience and would like to play Russian roulette if your machine will work or not come here, otherwise there are many other places in the area to go to, avoid this place at all costs.

Second time coming to this laundromat the owners are very polite people once you walk in they say hi to you and if they see you need help carrying your baskets of clothes they will go and get you a pushing cart and help you push it in the laundromat and once you'd done washing and drying your clothes and ready to leave they will help you load it in the pushing cart. When you need change just ask the friendly owners and they're be happy to assist you . The place is clean and nice a lot of room to move around the washers and dryers work wonderful. You should give this place a chance if you want good service.

For a laundry mat, this is the best one in the area.. actually the nicest one I've seen. We had 5 huge loads of blankets, comforters, clothes, dog bed and more--finished and folded in less than 1.5 hours. The washers and dryers are new, the space is very clean, the walls have paintings of Bay Area landscapes that isn't tacky (and looks like new paint), and the folding tables are big and made of marble. There's a designated parking lot out front. I like that the ceilings are high for ventilation and there's benches everywhere to sit. You can see the workers wiping down the machines and sweeping. The only downside is they only have a small amount of rolling carts and pricing is slightly higher than neighboring laundry mats. Overall, definitely recommend.

I honestly hesitate to come here because of the location, but I always feel safe an comfortable because the laundromat is so spacious, clean, and has a large parking lot! The service here is friendly as hell and there's always someone actively cleaning. This laundromat has 8x load machines for $9 which means I can do three huge baskets of laundry in one washer. The smallest ones cost $3. I love that there's also two Vietnamese restaurants right next door. I like to stop by for a snack while waiting for my clothes to dry.

Best laundry place around. Machines are always clean. Staff is super helpful and nice. Huge dryers and washers. Love this place. The gentleman who works there's is super kind and works really hard.

Very clean and nice! I love the plants and all the new machines they have here. TV nice and big so you can watch it while you do laundry. The staff here friendly and helpful. My go to spot when I gotta get my laundry done. They also have video games too! I love pacman!

Always has nice big clean machines available. Affordable pricing. Parking is also good and they're open later than other places around

Throughout the evening, my dad and I were repeatedly spoken to in a condescending and confrontational manner while the employee enforced rules she said came from the owner. Around 9:30 PM, my dad needed additional change so we could finish our laundry. The employee told him the change machine was turned off after 9:30. She did ultimately turn it back on and help him, but the way she spoke to him while doing so was unnecessarily rude and condescending. Then, at approximately 9:55 PM, I personally watched her assist another customer with getting change. What stood out to me was the difference in her demeanor. I did not observe the same condescending attitude toward that customer. I was also confused about why customers would be unable to get change after 9:30 if 9:30 is the cutoff for starting a wash, since people who started their laundry before the cutoff may still need quarters to finish drying. In all my years coming here, I personally had never encountered this before. There was another uncomfortable interaction while I was trying to remove my clothes from one of the dryers. The employee was changing a trash bag directly in front of the area I needed to access. I was standing there waiting to get to my clothes, but she did not move or acknowledge me. Another customer standing behind me eventually spoke up, and only then did the employee move so I could access the dryer. The biggest issue involved the laundry carts. The employee took a cart I was actively using away from me twice that evening - they were in front of my clothes in the dryers. There were approximately eight or more other carts available at the time, and I did not see anyone waiting for a cart. It was also already after the 9:30 last-wash cutoff, and we had a large amount of laundry actively drying. Given those circumstances, I questioned why it was necessary to take the carts we were actively using rather than one of the numerous available carts. She told me this was a "new rule" from the owner and said the owner watches the cameras. She also said she had never seen us there before. We have actually been customers for years, I come regularly, and I have interacted with her before and am aware of the rule. Whether she personally remembers us isn't really the point, but I didn't understand why that was relevant to how we should be treated. When I questioned why the rules were being enforced so aggressively with us and told her I felt we were being singled out, she told us that if we were the "type of people" who thought we were above the rules, we should go somewhere else. That was the most upsetting part of the interaction. My dad and I were not saying the rules shouldn't apply to us. We were trying to finish our laundry and go home. Being characterized as the "type of people" who think they're above the rules made the interaction feel personal, as though our character was being judged rather than an employee simply explaining a policy. Customers can follow rules without being spoken down to, and policies can be enforced without turning an ordinary interaction into a confrontation. I also did not observe the same rigidity in her interactions with other customers who were still finishing their laundry that evening. I want to acknowledge that the other employees I've encountered here over the years have generally been kind and respectful. This review is about this particular experience. By the time our laundry finished drying, I was trying to fold our clothes while physically shaking from anger and holding back tears. A routine trip to do laundry should never have left me feeling that upset and unwelcome. Since the employee specifically told us that the owner monitors the cameras, I hope management reviews the surveillance footage from approximately 9:15-10:00 PM on September 18. I would actually welcome that, because I want management to evaluate the interaction for themselves.
