Wow I am in disbelief how you guys rip off this community your washers are way overpriced! They make sure you're not just paying for the wash but you're also paying for the water that's being used and you don't just pay to dry you're paying for the electricity as well how can you guys get over on a low-income community area I know because it's not your neighborhood I bet if you guys go towards the 70's or towards Chinatown you will not find these ridiculous prices! I don't ask much from my laundromats: Clean, plenty of machines and hopefully some snacks to munch on while I watch my laundry get done. This place has all three! There are plenty of machines and the place is always clean. Plus there are a few vending machines and food trucks nearby. And the attendants are always very nice. I enjoy doing my laundry here. read more

Yeah it's big. Yeah it's clean. Yeah it's convenient. But so is my ex and I don't want to go there again. As I was doing my long overdue wash (clean sheets are going to be amazing later) I watched the attendant let one person into the restroom and then looked at another and told her it was out of order. Then she decided she needed some dude's attention and while motioning with her arms "hey Mexican, hey Mexican, come here" At least the ex folded the laundry....I wonder what he's up to... read more

This is a basic laundromat, large with lots of washing machines of different capacities, and three walls full of dryers. Even with lots of customers (and there are always lots of people there, including children), you can find empty machines, and they work. Pluses: the proprietors are on the ball, keeping the place clean and functioning. One lady especially goes around swabbing the floor every hour, wiping the stray detergent off the washers, keeping the drains free flowing. They take their job seriously, and keep the place spotless. And when some of the machines are touchy about swallowing your quarter, they are there to show you just the right arm technique to push the quarter down the slot! Minuses: small parking lot, and not easy to find neighborhood parking. The proprietors are not the most friendly of people, but they do their job well. read more

I go here every Sunday, and you know why cause it's close to where I live and it's great quality. When something isn't working the employee comes in and fixes it in a jiffy. There's some dryers that dry really fast which I love. Also the environment is safe, if you ask someone for a cart when they aren't using it at the time, they will say yes. I don't know what I would do if East Bay Laundry wasn't in my community. read more

Was impressed when I came in.. the place is huge, clean, and there was several people on staff. They have several HD big screens, a snack shack & a place to buy soap, etc. & 4 customer service. The place is not super new and the machines a bit older, but so far work great and look clean & maintained. Parking is a bit difficult as all spots are compact size. read more

Ugh, I know it's lame to review a landrymat, but my experience was just so awful that I feel the need to rant! So expensive ($3.25 for a single wash), bad service, the machines repeatedly ate my quarters, the place was jam packed, multiple machines were out of order, and there were dirty, screaming children ubiquitously. Just a heads up, the Vietnamese restaurant which was located inside the laundry mat is now closed and there is currently a Taqueria. I still bring my clothes here to wash and I will continue coming until I move into a spot with a washer and dryer. :) read more

First time trying it out, they have ample parking behind the building and out on the street. Very clean facility. Machines look new as well, and mostly work- though on occasion a coin would get jammed, but another coin would unjam it. Like most laundry mats, tons of kids running around. Tripped a few with my laundry cart- oops. A triple load costs 15 quarters- you do the math. Bring lots of quarters- they have working change machines and an Asian lady behind a counter who can sell you soap if you forget. And also an Asian lady who is always mopping the floor. Clean facility not an exaggeration. Try it out, good taco truck right next door. read more

THEY ARE STEALING FROM YOU!!!! PAY ATTENTION TO THE COINS YOU PUT IN!!!!!!! I've been coming to this laundry Matt for years and never really had a bad time. After years of coming here to wash with $5 machines, I noticed the machine was asking for an extra COIN ( there's a difference. 1 dollar coins and .25 quarters) I paid it no mind, I thought I didn't count as I was pushing my coins in. So I go to the next machine, it did the same thing. I thought, wait maybe they went up on the prices and the machines didn't reflect that. I went to another machine and again, the same thing. I went to the little lady, that is always there and asked her did the machines prices go up?? She didn't understand anything I was saying. I asked her again slowly, she said "machines are 5.50) I said well, the machines says COINS it doesn't ask for QUARTERS. I've put an extra COIN in 3 of my machines. She asked me to show her the machines and told me to wait til 6 o'clock when the owner comes in. I didn't let it go, I demanded to get my money back and let her know (loudly so that EVERYONE could hear me) "you are stealing from customers, who aren't paying attention to the COINS that are being ask from these machines. If the machines are 5.50 the machine should read COINS AND QUARTERS and to be know about the price increase" after going back and forth with her, she finally gave my money back (1.50). Now, do the math it's a SUNDAY, it's crowded, these same machines are taking .50 extra from all the customers that are coming in. THAT EXTRA .50 adds up. I tried telling people to make sure they count the coins. Some didn't say anything and most didn't understand. Which is very unfortunate. I'm writing this as I fold my clothes. read more

They will steal your money. I put in a quarter in the dryer and the 1st one went for 7 minutes so I put in a 2nd one but start button would not work and the coin would not come out either, put in a 3rd quarter thinking it will push the 2nd quarter down but nope, still nothing. So I get 7 minute drying time for 3 quarters but should be 21 minutes. I told the man working but he could not do anything, said to call the number posted on the wall. I called the number they also would not help. Did not believe me when I told them what happened because he said it never happened before. Now why would I lie about 50 cents? All they needed to do was put in a quarter in the machine and he will see that I was not lying. Like is 25 cents that you can easily put in the machine and take back out going to mess up your accounting? Now I'm left with a half dried comforter. Do not come here if you can avoid it. read more

Great murals of the city above the washers, which are cool old beasts. Washers feature an LCD timer so you know how much longer you'll be waiting... This place is definitely nicer than Wash Time down the street but also $.50 more expensive per washer. I thought it was worth it because the whole time I was in there no one wandered in and asked me for money or to use my cell phone. One of these things inevitably happens every time I'm in the other place. It's hard to say no to someone when you have a pocket full of quarters. Last wash is 8:30 on weekdays. read more

Wednesday, 8am: This is one of the cleanest, most well-maintained laundry places I've ever been too. It has many machines of all sizes (I just added 3 blankets to a machine and still had space!) and the prices are great. There's a lot of room between the isles, nearly all machines are working (saw 1 that's out of order) and there is a lot of light in here. It's very well maintained and had a parking lot right outside. Also the attendant is really nice. I'm sure it gets busy later in the evening/weekends but weekday mornings it's very pleasant. read more

If I have to go to a laundromat, this is my favorite. Spacious, clean, lots of machines, parking, reasonable prices. It can get noisy with the tvs blaring and shrieking children echoing off the tile, but all in all it's one of the more tolerable laundromateast around here. read more

I usually don't have a problem here with the machines BUT today there was a problem with the big washing machine W-2, while under the wash cycle, there was no water coming out and I thought I'd be patient and wait to see if it picked up but it didn't. The cycle went into rinse and so I called the short Asian lady who is usually polite, and after explaining to her the situation she became very defensive and said I my load was to heavy and she walked away saying she couldn't do anything. the machine went onto final rinse and it was still dry so I called her back over and showed her and she said that since the cycle was almost over she would not refund us. So my wife pushed the emergency stop because there was no point on it continuing with very little water. We pulled out a bit of our clothes and I noticed the monitor asking to start even though we had already press the giant red button. Well to my surprise, the dam thing started to fill up with 8 minutes left, the longest 8 I had seen lol, and it started to wash even though it was in final rinse cycle.... I recorded the machine and it was displaying an F2 error message which meant there were issues with the machine itself. The reason for this being a negative review is for the poor way the lady handled the situation, she then got on the phone with someone and kept walking back and forth giving us a dirty look. well karma is amazing, someone had came to ask for the manager and she was rude to the gentleman too and told him she didn't know, the man wasn't even speaking aggressively to her. she went into her office ignoring him and slammed the door. Obviously the man got mad and grabbed a garbage can and threw all its stuff over the floor. read more

Their dryer won't dry your clothes and then they don't reimburse you. For the price, definitely not worth it. Never coming back again.
