Excellent, clean facility with a very welcoming vibe. I had a great time training here while visiting Austin.

Unfortunately due to HIPPA restrictions I cannot photograph however the facility is always so very clean. The rooms are very sound. You cannot hear discussions from other rooms or the lobby area. They do very aggressive therapy, so your healing time should be shorter. Which is nice on the wallet and your mindset.

Dr. Aaron Williams is an excellent healer. He listens, asks great questions and tests for the injury impacts with patience and precision. Then he explains the injury causes and impacts thoroughly through anatomical charts, examples and demonstrating. No matter what your learning style, Dr. Aaron makes it easy to understand what caused the injury, how he will treat it, how you can own your healing process and avoid reinjury. Every treatment brings immediate relief that lasts and as you follow the rehab prescription, each treatment quickly gets you closer to full recovery. He never fails to ask if I have any more questions and is always patient when I need further explanation. He is also good humored and even when in pain, I have a laugh. Jacob is the physical therapist I used for my most recent sports injury and he is highly effective. He looked for all the ways my injury was impacting not just my sports, but daily activity and then he monitored how those were inproving each time. He was attuned to my specific biomechanics and adjusted rehab exercises that best fit me. Jacob explained and demonstrated in easy-to-understand ways. He both challenged and encouraged me in a manner I found highly motivating. The appointment, check-in, and online exercise system with reminders is great, definitely in the top 2% of medical systems with which I have interacted. Airrosti Riverside fixes pain fast, and they are exceeingly professional while being kind, compassionate, good-humored humans. Highly recommend.

I WAS CHARGED A $50 NO-SHOW FEE For an appointment I was NEVER properly reminded or confirmed for. I rely on a case manager to help manage my care, and there was: NO confirmation call NO reminder text before the appointment NO follow-up prior to the visit Instead, I got a "You missed your appointment" text AFTER THE FACT. When I raised this issue, DOC leadership -- particularly PAIGE, Director of Operations -- doubled down. Even after reviewing records that showed I wasn't receiving reminders, she coldly cited "company policy" and refused to waive the charge. I PAID THE $50 UNDER PROTEST -- this was NOT a legitimate or fair fee. I've had FOUR SURGERIES IN UNDER A MONTH, with a MAJOR SHOULDER REPLACEMENT scheduled for 8/26 -- and this is how they treat patients who are trying to manage complex, ongoing care? ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. ************ And before someone from the social media team replies with the usual copy-paste: "We're sorry to hear about your experience, please contact us to discuss this further...". DON'T BOTHER. That's not a real apology -- it's a PR-APPROVED DEFLECTION that helps no one and fixes nothing. I come in here every 1-2 weeks for maintenance and whether it's a nagging pain, or new areas of soreness that pop up, I always leave feeling 150% better! What I love even more is that I will work with the dr 1x1 for adjustments, soft tissue work, etc. and then I will do additional work with the specialized machines to really make the most of my session. My favorite is when they use the theragun and vibrating foam roller on me, because although I foam roll on my own they keep me accountable. Every time I leave my body feels so recovered, and I genuinely look forward to coming in for my appointments. The staff is also so friendly, and helpful. Highly highly recommend this office.

The first doctor I saw was a young male - he seemed very inexperienced and unsure of himself. He asked me if I was married to the father of my child. The whole thing was weird. I asked to please get with a provider that had experience with pregnancy and my second visit hurt my back worse. The doctor did not seem to know much about pregnancy - she told me to stretch which in the 3rd trimester you have to be very careful bc of excess relaxin, she actually caused more pain and triggered sciatica. I'm very disappointed in this experience. The office vibe was weird. Has the weird like patient mill vibe and I will not be going back and don't suggest anyone do. It felt very charlatan. Like they didn't overall know what they were doing. They didn't tell me anything I didn't already know about my body or recovery.
