Nothing I could say could better express my satisfaction with the practice than the fact that I was…read moreable to book an appointment on the same day that I called in to see a doctor. Dr. Savage was great! After he reviewed the x-rays and examined me, he asked me to listen to his assessment and to hold my questions and my self diagnoses until he finished. I interrupted him at least twice, and he told me (very politely) to just shut up and LISTEN. It was very refreshing to score a doctor who gets to the point without all the namby-pamby Mayo Clinic Listen To The Patient crap. Patients should be patients and let the doctor do his effing job. I was struck by Dr. Savage's professionalism, his directness and his skill in letting me know WHO is the doctor and who is the patient.

I was at first impressed with the doctor, but when it came down to do my procedure and the "…read morerevolving amounts of surgical scheduled pts" that morning he had no clue what pt he was talking to nor did he read the chart notes. It would have been obviously clear to him of my true diagnosis as demonstrated from test and our discussion in the office. I went from very minimal care needed as discussed to his suggestion of a hip replacement if the injection didn't work while waiting for my turn. I was shocked. It is a scary thing when you become a number rather than a patient. Won't be going back to there new location or Dr. Schultz again.
