If your results haven't improved after 3 or 4 visits, go somewhere else. If you seem to know more about what is going on with your type of injury/illness than they do, go somewhere else. I can not remember the name of my therapist but my time there (over 8 visits) consisted of heating pads and a less than ten minute massage that I was capable of doing myself. The only thing that seemed to help was a Tens machine which the therapist pulled out and used on me during ONE visit. Even though I told her it helped significantly, she never used it again. Because I did not show any progress in physical therapy my insurance quit covering my visits, but I was not informed of this until I had made 3 additional visits that I was left to pay for. When I received my bill I was shocked. I know that physical therapy is expensive - that is not what I was shocked about. My physical therapist had charged me for the use of the tens machine EVERY appointment and cited that she did this at EVERY appointment I had ever had. I was charged a good chunk of money for services that were not rendered and so was my insurance. When I called to speak with billing and tell them about the inaccuracy of my charges, they told me they would fix the bill and send it back out. Over 6 months, this is what happened, I'd call, tell them that the services they were charging for had never happened and they'd tell me to wait to pay until they fixed it. Eventually, billing told me to ignore the bills, because they were going to drop the charges. After that statement I quit receiving bills. Unfortunately, 3-6 months later I instead received a bill from a debt collector. Talk about bad service... lying about services rendered, incapable of following through on what they say they would do and then sending it all to debt collector... WOW NOW over two years later, they've called to tell me they are issuing a refund check and for a minute I was very hopeful that this was the case. BUT just like everything else, I feel as though it was a lie. It's been over a month and a half and I've received nothing in the mail. When I call them, they tell me it'll be sent out immediately, but just like with their billing issues, I'm sure I will most likely, never get the money they owe me. I half expect another letter from a debt collector for more services that I never had. *** QUICK EDIT - it's 2015 now, and no, I never received that refund.

They know more about rebuilding and strengthening than i could ever hope. Both the treatment i received during each visit and the take home exercise sheets are so desperately needed. After 2 phone calls to accounting today - low and behold they found the money.....again! I'm totally confident with Dr. Swap. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I feel like she treats me based on what is happening in my body instead of just giving me a group of exercises expected to work. I also really appreciate that I see her. There is a little dog, jumping up and down the tables, not what someone in pain wants to deal with. The therapist doesn't give you a plan of treatment, makes you fill out a survey on her and the location while she looks over your shoulder and your done. That is the complete evaluation that they charge you $200 for. I went elsewhere. If the first visit was that bad, what is your treatment going to be like? I would have given them 1 star but the location was new and clean.

I was told,now I would need to do exercises at home only. I am experiencing excruciating pain in my arm with no improvement. They are very unprofessional and have no regard or concern for the client. They need an overhaul and rethink about therapist they are placing the clients with. Experience is everything. I wanted to go to a chiropractor mainly because I've noticed that the entire right side of my body "hitches" about 2 inches higher than my left. This could be for multiple reasons (a severe knee injury on my left side, age, etc) but regardless, I wanted to see if a chiropractor could help even me out and support my overall health and wellness. My initial visit was very much a general consult with a lot of pictures and X-rays taken. The second visit was a review of these findings along with the development of a treatment plan. I also was pleased that the second visit included actual therapy and an adjustment. Now, here's where sadly the US medical system and insurance get involved and kind of ruin the overall vibe. Depending on your insurance, these visits and therapies may or may not be covered. I have a Cigna high deductible plan and while SOME of my visit was covered (since I'd met my yearly deductible) most of the cost was not so direct to me. The office did provide various payment plan options (and offered discounts if paid in full for the proposed treatment plan). I ended up opting for care credit which will just disperse the cost over a year. Overall, the staff and office are fantastic. The therapies themselves are quick (you can be in and out within 20-25 min). I'm on maybe week 3 out of my program and haven't noticed any significant difference YET but I also know I'm there mainly for prevention and wellness so I can't expect drastic results this soon. I would absolutely recommend this office and their staff - just be cautious if you're worried about insurance coverage/cost.
