Here's a Yelp review you can post:…read more Thank You, Fancy Pets! When I first brought Bruno through your doors, he was more than just a dog in need of a grooming appointment. He was a precious soul who had endured neglect and hardship and was desperately in need of kindness, patience, and care. From the moment we arrived, the team at Fancy Pets treated Bruno with compassion, dignity, and genuine affection. The care and tenderness shown by Ron and the staff were nothing short of remarkable. They didn't just give him a bath and a haircut--they helped restore his confidence and reminded us all how powerful a little love can be. The transformation was incredible. Bruno left looking clean, healthy, happy, and ready to begin the next chapter of his life. Thanks to your professionalism and loving touch, this once-abused little guy can now look forward to his forever home and a future filled with comfort, security, and love. In our eyes, Bruno went from surviving to thriving. He now looks every bit the little Lord Fauntleroy he was always meant to be. Thank you, Fancy Pets, for your exceptional service, your compassion, and for helping give Bruno a fresh start. We will never forget what you did for him. -- Ron Holloway Smooth Groove Radio The Vibe #GoBruno

I was able to get in really quickly, my dog was there for only 2 hrs, the price was very competitive with other groomers and the staff was so nice to my dog. He was really scared when I left him but when I picked him up he was very happy! The only reason I'm giving them 4 starts instead of 5 is because the grooming wasn't fantastic... they missed some spots in his fur so there was little patches that were longer so I had to cut them myself. Also, they did not shave the hair between his paws nor did they cut the hair in his ears... I'm really big on customer service and their customer service was truly amazing, so even though they didn't perform well on the grooming I'm still going to bring my dog back there!

The first time I went was at 5:30, thinking I had until 7 pm to get the DIY wash done. I was told the store closed at 7 pm, BUT the DIY dog wash closed at 6 pm, so I only had half an hour. I knew that wasn't going to be enough time, so we left and came back the next day, much earlier. The staff was empathetic and very nice both times. The wash went well, and the staff was super-helpful, equipped with towels, a choice of shampoo (or bring your own if you like), and clearly articulated instructions. The water was hot to the touch. I was told a new water heater was to blame, but if I waited a minute or two, the water would cool off and become warm, which it did. My pup was not pleased at all with the "blow-dry" setup. It is a loud shop vac with hoses extending through the drying bays. We politely aborted that part of the process. It was actually okay, since we had enough towels to get her 90% dry. I was happy with the outcome.

I absolutely LOVE this place!…read more From my very first visit a few years ago with my giant English Mastiff (200 lbs ) to our now bi-weekly routine, this self-wash has been nothing short of amazing! The wash bays easily accommodate his size with room to spare, and their recent remodel made everything even better--more stations and great updates all around. One thing I really appreciate is that there's no extra charge for large dogs, which is "huge" for owners of giant breeds. And every time, the staff kindly offers an extra towel to help get him dried off--such a thoughtful touch! The team here is always friendly and helpful. They walked me through everything on my first visit and recommended products tailored to his skin and coat. We now use the de-shed conditioner and I can honestly say--I notice the difference at home... and so does my vacuum He always comes out looking and smelling great. Sometimes we even add a few spritzes of the doggie cologne when available--such a fun bonus! And of course, no visit is complete without him "convincing" me to grab one of their adorable gourmet dog treats at checkout. They're so cute and perfect for pictures or just spoiling your fur baby a little extra. For my budget-conscious friends--Tuesdays are half-off self-service washes (which is amazing!), just keep in mind it can get a bit busy, especially if it falls on a holiday. Lastly, I have to give major kudos to the staff for maintaining such a clean and sanitary environment. You can truly see the effort they put into cleaning each station thoroughly--it makes a big difference and gives me peace of mind bringing my dog here. Highly recommend this place to any dog owner--especially those with big pups!

So many lessons learned when you move 30 miles from where you used to live…read more... So on a whim... and because diesel is over $6 a gallon and Lily is part Great Pyrenees (IYKYK) we thought we'd run her down the street for what was quoted on the phone as a $50 bath, nails, and deshedding. Well... as if I didn't already hate myself for "cheating" on my long term ... sigh... they DOUBLED THE PRICE without any call or conversation. Now, when I called perhaps they could have found a reasonable explanation. But, what I got was, "prices go up" and "it's fine, don't bring her back if you don't like it". Well... lesson learned. The dog is traumatized and so am I. There will be no repeat visits from us... even for the self-wash area. Dammit.... I hate businesses that don't think they need repeat business!!!! NO to Barking Dogs Self-Wash & Grooming.... Unless you like surprises... of the not so good kind.... The one star is because you have to choose a minimum... 1 experience 1 star... My DAUGHTER dropped her off and picked her up, so nice try with your generational crap there buddy. And you just solidified the "no accountability " of businesses like you these days! If you stand by your $90, that's your business choice. If you quote one thing and charge another... that's sneaky and underhanded. Own it. Don't use my daughter's AGE as your defense!

What a wonderful place!…read more We have been going to wagging tails for nearly 2 years now. I have so many positive things to say about this place!! Price- they are reasonably priced and offer discounted rates for having more than 1 dog. Friendliness- the staff is beyond amazing and they truly make our pups feel like they are part of their puppy family. Every time we call and reserve a suite, they are overjoyed to hear our pups are coming in, and make us feel incredibly comfortable leaving them there for a stay. We have traveled out of the country, weekend getaways, doggie daycare and we even have to board them when our house flooded and we were living in a hotel for weeks. Communication- we get daily photos of our dogs and they are available to answer the phones. We have had to book many last minute trips or extend our reservations and they always try their best to accommodate getting our dogs in. My puppies absolutely love this place. When I mention they are going on " vacation" to the "hotel" they are so excited. They recognize the staff every time they go back and their little tails wag when we mention they are going to go see Mama Hiedi. I personally have a lot of anxiety when he comes to leaving my dogs somewhere, one of our dogs has A LOT of energy.. and I have no fear dropping them off at Wagging Tails.
