The staff were very polite and professional and took really good care of my baby. They praised him on having perfect teeth which made the cleaning super fast since they didn't have to do much. There is only one dentist staffed at a time, so keep that in mind. But, he was super personable and moved pretty quickly! The kids get a token that they can use at the vending machine after their visit, since my sons birthday is coming up they gave him two tokens which was nice! Even though he was out of network, I ended up saving money that I would've spent at an in-network place, because he advised me not to do the cosmetic procedure that I thought I had to do. Moved to Denver NC, 2 1/2 years ago and traffic was so bad, it would take over an hour to drive the 8.1 miles to get there. After missing one appointment and getting to the office with less than a minute left if the 15-appointment window, decided to find something closer. My wife had found Summit Dentistry and I moved over and am very pleased. After the initial evaluation, it was determined that I needed a cavity filled which was right beneath a bridge. I did have some deep pockets in the gum line that needed to be treated and were deep enough they did not want to attempt it. Review of Summit Dentistry is posted elsewhere. The referred me to NorthStatePerio and I had an initial evaluation with Xrays by Dr. Getz. and we decided on a course of action for treatment. Dr Chichetti calmly spoke with us before we left the house had his team ready for my arrival. The ladies at the front were kind and sympathetic as they guided me to the back. Esme, Dr Chichetti's assistant, gently got me ready for Dr Chichetti who calmly explained everything he was going to do so I didn't have any surprises. Amy Chichetti came in to give me moral support and encouragement, Dr Patel stopped in to lend moral support and reassurance, and the rest of the team worked together to ensure the other patients received great care during their appointments.
