Emails to this address bounce back immediately, proving their utter incompetence. Instead of admitting their mistake, they shamelessly blame their customers for not receiving or paying bills. This is a disgraceful display of their lack of due diligence and complete disregard for their clients' time and financial well-being. Stellar Dental's actions demonstrate a staggering level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty. Don't fall victim to Stellar Dental's deceitful practices and shoddy billing processes. Don't trust your dental care to a company that can't even manage to send an email correctly. You deserve better.
03/23/2024: Stellar Dental's imposition of unscrupulous financial charges, representing more than 20% of the original bill, for a mere less than 30-day delay is utterly unjust. What's worse, these additional charges were applied without any prior communication or notification. Even more infuriating, when pressed for evidence of these exorbitant fees, they conveniently evade accountability by going silent. My payment was made on March 4, 2024, less than 30 days past the due date of February 11, 2024, yet I've been unfairly penalized with an exorbitant fee. This predatory practice is intolerable and highlights the clinic's blatant disregard for fairness and transparency.
