I tried to make this work but unfortunately had to call and reschedule. Before surgery Dr. Weasel and I discussed the procedure options and decided on the best route of treatment together. Dr. Wessel made my surgery experience as painless as possible. He skilfully extracted two impacted wisdom teeth extremely quickly. His staff explained post op procedures clearly and made sure to add emphasis on the important things I needed to make sure to have done. Unfortunately for us, our son had to have emergency wisdom teeth extraction so we had no choice but to pay $3000.00 up front only to later learn they never filed the claim, so our insurance was not liable to reimburse anyone. we filed a BBB complaint and if they do not reimburse us the full amount, we are taking them to court. stay tuned for updates. In between the time for booking and the actual call from the local office we received 4 emails and 4 text messages to confirm attendance and register with the office which includes uploading your ID + insurance card and a myriad of more questions.
