Each time I called, I was told that the records would be sent to me before 5:00 PM that same day. Despite these repeated assurances, I did not receive them in a timely manner. After calling again and demanding my actual records, I was then informed that my insurance did not cover the full cost of my visit. I would like to point out that during my visit, the only services performed were photographs and X-rays. No cleaning or fillings were done. In fact, the technician specifically told me that I would be receiving a cleaning, but that never happened. This entire experience has left me feeling that patient care is not a priority at your office. Instead, it appears that the focus is more on billing and maximizing insurance charges than on providing proper service and communication to patients.
