I hope everyone who works here gets a raise and/or bonus they definitely deserve it!! They have now change name to Riccobene Dentistry and still amazing!

I was able to easily choose a date and time of my choice online and received confirmation right away that my appointment was accepted. I was immediately greeted by smiles and a friendly receptionist that checked me in. I'm not sure how long the office has been there, but it was clean and decorated nicely. They have complimentary drinks in the waiting area. All of the staff was really nice and welcoming. Dr. King was knowledgeable and confident in letting me know the health status of my teeth. The hygienist also did a very thorough job with my cleaning. I ended up with one cavity, and I was impressed that they were able to fit me in to fill it while I was there. I didn't have to reschedule for another day. I left feeling well taken care of and would definitely recommend it.

At first, I really enjoyed coming to this practice until January of this year. I came in for…read moreroutine cleaning and was told I needed 2 fill ins. A new dentist (I believe this was her first job after school) did the procedure. I ended up with my mouth being numb for more than 24 hours and 2 days later had intense pain and facial swelling. The practice admitted the fill in was in too deep but insisted I needed a root canal after failed antibiotic and steroid treatment. I asked to speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones and was completely dismissed. There was no ownership to the damage that was done. No one offered to redo the fill in that was done incorrectly. I had a consult with an endodontist who confirmed I did not need a root canal and the error was in the fill in. All I wanted to do was speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones, express my concerns and discuss a plan to fix my issue. I was completely dismissed and the provider would not speak with me. As a healthcare worker with over 25 years of experience, this was not customer service. This was not ownership to a wrong. This was rude and insulting. To date, I am still dealing with this issue and trying to get this resolved. I am now being told that I have completely maxed out my insurance in June and would now have to pay out of pocket. This indicates that Trinity billed incorrectly and took the entire annual plan benefit!!! Honestly this has been exhausting, unfair and completely unnecessary.

I explicitly told the dentist I might be a few minutes late because of school pickup, and she assured me that 3:10 PM would be perfectly fine. I walked through the door at exactly 3:11 PM, only for the front desk receptionist to rudely tell me we had to reschedule because we were "late." The double standard here is infuriating. I have routinely waited nearly an hour in the waiting room past our scheduled times for previous appointments, yet they turned a child away over a single minute--after we already did them a favor by moving our time. Completely unprofessional and inflexible. We will be finding a new dentist.

It seems unprofessional at best and unethical at worst to schedule a service with one dentist and you get worked on by a different one. Dr. Veronica Landers threatened me during the surgery. I take great pride in my teeth and I am a good dental patient. During the surgery I was experiencing pain. So, I raised my hand to signal pain. She said "if you cannot be very still I will hurt you Victoria." Years later one side of my face is still larger than the other. As you can see from my initial review, I came here with high hopes, but I needed to revise this rating. Having done that I will conclude here. If you take nothing else from Yelp, take heed. Also, be careful taking your children here for treatment. You don't want them to develop a phobia going to the dentist.

It was difficult biting down a metal bar that is placed awkardly against your gum and cheek by someone that's robotic with care. The X-rays provided a picture of my teeth. Kiara presented the plan of care. She was very friendly and help to schedule future appointment. My only cons were the prescription and Oral-B bag. The pricing was high. The dentist herself was getting plaque buildup off my teeth and I had expressed to her how sensitive and inflamed my gums were and I understood it was going to hurt a little bit, but she was not even looking at my teeth closely enough to even be remotely careful or considerate. Didn't offer any type of numbing medication or relief. When I asked her, is it supposed to hurt this bad? She replied," well that's why I told you it was going to hurt." Just because you informed the patient prior that it was going to hurt, doesn't mean that you should just be careless with the process. My teeth cleaning lasted all of 10 minutes. I had also expressed that I've been having tooth pain for a couple years. She gave an "educated"guess that it could be a hairline fracture, but didn't even look at my teeth just looked at the x-rays? Then loudly, proceeds to tell me that my insurance wouldn't cover it. I don't care who knows or doesn't know, but it was unprofessional. Proceeds to give me a referral to a dentist that could look into that. On the referral, my last name isn't even spelled correctly? After I gave them my ID. I typically am very unproblematic and don't complain much about things but mind you, this was my first and last impression.
