Our house is in Seven Hills area and the cell reception is awful. To make it worse, wifi calling had always failed me because we could not get reliable wifi in the house with Cox and utilizing Orbi's. I was recommended Eagle Sentry and spoke promptly with Sean Broadbent about what we wanted done. He outlined all they could provide and what my issues were. He knew exactly what was going on and over the phone was able to give me a solid estimate of the work that needed to be done. He promptly responded to my text messages and got me on their soonest available appointment. Sean came with hiss team, I believe it was Greg and Marco. They all were amazing and walked through the house with me and let me express to them what our goals were and where we wanted service. I went from barely having any reliable wifi in the house (except for a few patches of area) to full wifi in the whole house. I previously had no internet in my front yard, back yard, and even in portions through the house. I can now stream anything in my backyard! My final bill was spot on and WELL WORTH the money. We now have super fast wifi, and the whole house is finally able to be hardwired. Sean even followed up with me to make sure our internet was working solid, as he knew how important having this work was for us. I work from home so reliable networking and set up was imperative. The cherry on top was our smart box panel. We have had this house for 20 years and in that time, we have never been able to close the panel due to size of equipment, etc. in there. These guys pulled everything out and placed everything back in to where that panel door now closes fully and no hanging wires or anything. I wanted to have a set of stereo speakers installed in the ceilings of two rooms, one on the first floor and another upstairs. After doing some research, I went with Eagle Sentry. Will from Eagle Sentry spent time reviewing both rooms and determining the challenges that might exist and how to address them. At no time, however, did he ever indicate that the job would not be possible. He was right and I was to find out just how skilled he and his co-worker were. Setting up the work appointment was easy with the very helpful office personnel. The company also provides email and text notifications when appointments are made, as well as confirming with you the day before. I was also pleasantly surprised that I was updated as to the arrival time on the day of the appointment. Will and George arrived for the work appointment and they installed the speakers, ran the wiring and set up the amps. They also went above and beyond addressing and overcoming the few issues with installation in a friendly and very professional manner. They took great care to make sure everything in each room was draped and kept clean and free from any possible damage. Afterwards, you couldn't tell that any work had been done. And the work was excellent and exactly what I wanted. The quality and appearance of the ceiling speakers and resulting sound were of the highest order. In short, I would highly recommend Eagle Sentry to anyone looking to install audio hardware in their home. I've been living in Las Vegas for seven years I own multiple properties with very sophisticated alarm systems camera systems and TV audio stereo and IT systems I have been suffering for the past 6 1/2 years to find a reputable reliable and honest company to work on all my systems less than one year ago I met the owner and he recommended that I try his company next time I had a problem six months ago I had a system failure on one of my properties when it came to my Crestron system which is very complicated and expensive and they were able to come in and diagnose and fix the problem in one day and the charge was very reasonable considering I asked for an emergency response. Recently I had a major failure of a very expensive piece of equipment in my Crestron system this part retails for about $10-$15,000 they immediately came in diagnosed the problem told me that under normal circumstances a lot of their competitors would only replace this part leading to about a $20,000 repair because of programming. But they gave me the option to send the part back to the manufacture to be refurbished which I did I was without my system for a week I got it back they installed it it is very complicated everything works perfectly I received my bill $1700. Which is phenomenal considering the cost of the system and this one particular part in general. There are a lot of companies competing in this market in the valley, and I have worked with a handful of them for other projects in the past. I can say that Eagle Sentry by far offers more than any other when it comes to technology, support and honesty. They installed our current homes entire low voltage, home automation, home theater and lighting control systems. Professional and committed are the only words that can describe the teams that installed and then serviced our home over the years. You have to remember that all of the equipment is the same from whomever you buy from. It is how it is installed and organized that makes the difference. The key to any of these home integration companies is service and support. Most of these companies in the valley only have one or two crews for installation and support, they use the same crews for both. Eagle has two divisions, one division strictly for installation and the other for support. No matter how good the equipment is, they all require maintenance and trouble shooting, there is no "bullet proof" system. When we had our Toll Bros home built in 2006, Eagle Sentry complemented with all the latest technology and 2 surround sound systems including our theatre room with projector, screen and some of the best speakers...better than going to the theatre! We have used them intermittently over the years. We contacted Eagle Sentry recently to modify and correct some electronics and security cameras replaced our older electronics rack with a more sleek and less spacious model and modified our entire wiring system which handles intercom, security, entire home speaker system, etc and Will & Jose were patient, thorough, professional and timely. Today we had their resident expert on our older but efficient and expensive remote who spent time upgrading the software to meet today's newer applications. He is very experienced and assisted me on the location of the sensors and camera. He helped me set up the system on my cell phone and my computer. His whole approach was highly professional and it was a pleasure dealing with James and whole company. I am very happy with the whole experience. You can get one of the those cheap do it yourself systems and try to save some money but in the long run it is not a good idea. Eagle Sentry was competitive price wise and in the long run you are getting a system that works properly and is sophisticated enough that it is easy to use. We had Eagle Sentry install a new alarm system as well as exterior cameras in our existing home. Our installer James Moulton was very professional, he took time to explain everything to us. We opted to have them install the garage door control hub and connect it to our alarm system so we know if our garage doors are open or closed.
