We have had Eagle Sentry for the last 4 years. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Today Zach came out to check some issues we were having and resolved it very quickly. Thank youEagle Sentry. read more

Just built a new home and they absolutely went way above and beyond to get us fully set up including everything from internet, to security cams, to our alarm system. The workers were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, fast/hardworking, and kind. Our internet provider recently also had an outage, and the team (even though it was NOT their fault), came to my house just to make sure everything was still running smoothly and to ensure I was back online as soon as possible. I cannot recommend Eagle Sentry enough!! read more

Our technician "Will" was very professional and thorough. I appreciated that he wore a mask and shoe guards. He did all our cameras very quickly and everything works great!! read more

I recently purchased a new home and had contracted with Roy and Eagle Sentry to have additional work done by them once we closed. Yesterday, we had George and Will show up to perform the work that we had previously scheduled with Eagle sentry through our builder. Let me tell you, these guys KNOW their stuff! George and Will were extremely knowledgeable on all things technology and even helped us set up our Sony TV in the living room to ensure we were getting the best picture possible! They were only contracted to set up our outdoor speakers yesterday and hang a tv but took their own time to help us set up our existing one. We are not too tech savvy so they took the time to explain everything they were doing and how to easily get the most out of our speakers, tv's and all of our electronics. The most noticeable thing about our experience was how well George and Will worked together!! They were a dynamic duo! Both equally as professional, knowledgeable and courteous! They definitely exceeded our expectations... thanks guys!! If you're looking to have work performed by Eagle Sentry, get a hold of George and Will... you won't be disappointed! read more

I had Blair and Steve do my alarm system with cameras and the works, they did a GREAT (and on my end EFFORTLESS) job! I highly recommend Eagle Sentry to other people, you'll be very happy! read more

Always impressed with Eagle Sentry. Tech Blair showed up on time, handled the service call quickly, with a positive attitude. Completed the two locations panel upgrade without any issue. Did a systems check with us, changed a couple batteries. No nickle and dime. Alex D setup the arrangement and couldn't be happier. Nice to see customer service still exists these days, as it feels like it has gone down hill with other companies as of late. Worthy company. 10+ year customer. read more

Great customer service!!! The staff is always attentive and responsive to my requests. Whenever I call a quick response is received. Eagle Sentry is also checkbook friendly. read more

I sent email on 2/22/22 for a appointment and quote never received reply. I called the office the next morning 9AM to ask for appointment. They took all the information I had given them in previous email. They said Sean was in meeting and would call back. By noon I called office again and complained about lack of response. After being put on hold a sales person named Alan spoke to me said they are getting tons of calls for alarms and their backed up. So 2 days can't even set up an appointment time. I can't imagine how bad the service would be? I told Alan to go F himself. In looking through yelp reviews this seems to be their standard operating procedure. read more

Update: Anyone can have a bad day. My initial contact as previously noted didn't go well. There was an attempt by the owner Cory to contact me to rectify the complaint but I did not respond. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. As I was closing in on the deadline to convert my ATT Digital life to Brinks, I emailed Eagle Sentry again for an estimate. Cory immediately had the COO Trent contact me. Both were extremely apologetic for the initial miscommunication and provided me with a proposal that was better than any of the national alarm firms. I agreed and scheduled my security alarm, camera and network install. The technicians that arrived were professional, polite, knowledgeable and followed Covid precautions. The install did take a little longer than expected because of a manufacturer defective unit which took awhile to troubleshoot. Ultimately my system is up and running flawlessly. I'm glad I decided to go with a local professional company. As a prior Brinks customer you couldn't have paid me to give them my business. Eagle Sentry is definitely focused on customer service and I highly recommend them for your professional alarm, surveillance and network needs. I would ask for the technician Christian if you can. He's a master. read more

I am more than impressed with Eagle Sentry and all the team I worked with! From the start with Blake (sales), my inquiry was responded to within 24 hours and Blake was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We set up a home visit within a couple of days and he was on time and professional. He gave me some options on how to upgrade my home audio while integrating some equipment I already had. Within another 24 hours I received a bid with three different options, all very reasonably priced. Once selected we scheduled an install date. The initial installer was Jose and he was right on time, professional, friendly and thorough. He installed everything he could within one day and then I had a couple of other guys (Alex was one) come and finish the following day. EVERY time someone was scheduled I received a phone call to make sure the time worked for me, and a text and email for each technician showing their photo, a bio, that they were on their way and when they would arrive. I've never seen a company do that before and was super impressed. And going the extra distance...I had to run out while they were working and left my pantry open. My dog go in there and got ahold of some chocolate! Alex called me right away because he knew that isn't good for dogs...what great customer service! I highly recommend Eagle Sentry to anyone! read more

I am happy to update my past review of Eagle Sentry. Immediately after my critical review posted, I was contacted by Trent, who I believe is the owner of the company. He could not have been more apologetic regarding his companies service. He assured me that if I would reconsider and return to Eagle Sentry they would extend the same excellent service that I had been used to in my past dealings with the company. I am now truly happy to be back with this locally owned company. I also truly commend not only Trent, but Roy Heaton as well for their commitment to true customer satisfaction. Glad to be back! read more

The owner Cory is a very nice guy and there are many friendly people at this company. If you have a pretty simple job like hanging up TVs or something, they'll probably do a superb job. However, custom home automation is a different animal and I view hiring them as one of the biggest mistakes that I've ever made. We frequently have to call them back because things don't work the way they're supposed to (i.e. tv's not turning on with the remote, music not playing, etc.) We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and this company has caused us so much stress. read more

Jose Hernandez did an admirable job. He managed to get me a new GSM absolutely free. Very professional. Job well done.

Greg and Team are true professionals. In a city where most contractors are flakes, Greg and his team treated me like I was his only client. Yes, client and not customer. Do you know the difference? I purchased a home audio system from Eagle Sentry a little if a year ago. The service and attention to detail during the installation was exceptional. The team, yes team, 6 team members, showed up at my house, not just on-time but early. They prepped my living room by moving the furniture when needed and covered the entire room in plastic tapping it when necessary to prevent dust from covering the house. After the install, they took the time to make sure that I understood how everything worked and the quality exceeded my expectations. Just recently my rambunctious 7mo old lab got ahold of my remote and damaged the contacts required to charge the until on the cradle. Instead of trying to sell me another expensive master remote, William, their service manager called me to find out what was damage. Once he heard exactly what was damaged, he told me of an alternate way to charge the remote using a direct cable. Back to my comment about being treated like a client. Customers don't get treated like this. Clients do! Greg and Team are my go to for anything AV and now, security too! Do yourself a favor - give them a call and experience the exceptional service as I did Chris read more

We've been an Eagle Sentry customer for about 6 years. They installed our systems (whole house Savant control system including installation of 8 TV's together with electronic room rack, alarm, cameras, lighting, climate and shades controls). Recently Alex worked on and remotely fixed a problem unrelated to their equipment. (Thank you very much). If you are looking for talented professionals with a reputation for honesty and customer service, consider Eagle Sentry. Our experience with them has been great. read more

James the service tech was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing. Good job!

As an update... I was contacted a few months later by an executive of the company who apologized profusely for the poor service. After a conversation with him, I have to say I was very impressed and believe his words in "that is not the way they do business." He was emphatic about it and I believe it now. He hoped that I would try to company again, and actually I really will now. In fact, based upon this follow-up, I have recommended this company to a friend. This is a good example of the fact that" Customer Service is not a department; it's an attitude". Good for you. read more

Wonderful company. Very knowledgeable. The technicians were very polite and helpful. I love all my new products!

Jose is the best technician I've ever worked with. Such a nice person and very smart. Love this company.

We've had Eagle Sentry for years. Both at home & the office & they always provide exceptional service. We had a low battery & James came out to fix it, but also helped with much more! He provided me with the knowledge needed to better protect my home (not trying to up-sale me, but explaining the other 2 things we wanted/needed for the best protection) while also talking very highly of his company. Bill (I believe the owner) also takes pride in his company and is very personable with his customers. Prices are good & easily comparable if not better than other competitors, plus you get great service. read more

My parents had purchased a house in Las Vegas that was set up with a pretty elaborate system. After installing both broadband and satellite TV, we contacted Eagle Sentry (they originally set up the system) to come re-configure the system so that we can get the system (TV, Music, etc...) working. Waited for the first appointment and they sent out a sales person who pretty much couldn't do anything to help. We had to escalate this and they set up a follow up appointment with a tech who came out and spent a day at the house. They charge hourly for over the entire day and over $500 later, the only thing we got was a 1) firmware updated to the most current version on a WAP 2) set up of a basically Karaoke system 3) a basic mapping of the design. The tech wasn't the originally person who installed it so he spent all the other time speaking with the person on the phone who set up the system. So ultimately not much was done for $500. We scheduled another appointment for them to come out and then there was another 16 hours of labor built in, including 4 hours of training and 3.5 hours to set up the Karaoke machine. Really 4 hours of training and 3.5 hours for a Karaoke system that was already set up the first time but just needed to know if it can be displayed on another TV? It's either going to work or not and they should know that within 30 minutes. Bottom line....BEWARE of hour billing and skyrocketing labor charges. We have decided to find another provider. This actually looks like the similar review as the one from Jacqueline S below. read more

Very nice company to work with. Friendly staff, too. Needed a part, they had it. Turns out needed to return part as it was defective from the manufacturer and they took care of it. Would do business with them again. read more

As an update, we have been contacted by Eagle Sentry quite a bit in the last month by the General Manager. Not to try to resolve our significant concerns about their product, service, billing, installation, etc. Rather to have us pay an installation bill for which they cannot and will not provide any signed agreement by us or detail about what it is for and why it is. They cannot explain what the additional thousands and thousands of dollars in installation fees are due as they claim. It took them 3 1/2 weeks to do basic installation and when we didn't buy televisions through them they got annoyed and tacked on installation fees in a smoke and mirrors approach, not because it was agreed to, but because they were annoyed or wanted more fees from us. They claim $2K of an over 8K bill is for television installation. However, they can't produce a signed agreement and detail that show this installation charge isn't part of the original contracted amount. And, they just call the rest of the $6K "other installation charges we owe." I have no problem paying legit bills at all -- this just isn't legit. Much of our equipment isn't working . . . at all. When asked about certain pieces of equipment such as a network boost for the WiFi, we're told "oh, you didn't buy the boost of the boost you should have bought" if you wanted it to work. Virtually everything they installed they said after the fact that there was something more expensive we needed to buy to get it to work properly (or the way we were originally told it would work). The way Eagle Sentry does business is troubling and HORRIBLE. I am a business owner and can't imagine how they stay in business. Other reviewers here say they upcharge for everything -- which is a very kind way of putting it. My experience is far more disturbing and leads me to believe almost all of our interactions with them were false, minimally misleading and perhaps even as far as being fraudulent. So now we will need to find a new provider, including for broken equipment that should be under warranty (we only moved in 6 months ago.) And we will cough up even more money for this system. Crestron should read these reviews because Eagle Sentry is affecting their brand -- we no longer like our system at all -- we haven't been able to enjoy it since we moved in. If you are buying an expensive home from a builder that uses Eagle Sentry as a subcontractor for low voltage, Crestron, etc. -- or if you are contracting with them on your own -- you should read all of these reviews (and talk to your contractor). DO NOT use Eagle Sentry. This is beyond just bad business. Buyer beware because looking at the reviews here collectively -- it looks like intentional business practices. read more
