Do better Eagle One!! Always enjoyed Eagle One until recently. Ordered the same thing as I always do, unlimited toppings pizza and a gyro. Same exact toppings because it's the easiest way to order using slice. When I placed my order I thought everything would be exactly what I ordered. It wasn't and Eagle won't respond to their mistake and it's sad. Called, emailed and nothing from Eagle that slice promised said it would. I attached pics of order and cold pizza that was delivered. It was cold but I can deal with that. I waited to give Eagle One or slice to respond as slice said would happen. Nothing but automated emails. read more

Thin medium meat pizza was crisp on the bottom and delicious! Cheese and toppings all the way to the edges. Buffalo wings were cooked through, not too hot in flavor, and came with a little char on the edges! A bit crispy skin! (Many of the wings I've gotten from pizza places ..... while cooked!..... have had soft, mushy skin. (yuck!)) Had a mistake with our side, which was the gyros meat that we wanted to try. We got breadsticks instead, but they were very busy on a Saturday night. Our fantastic delivery driver said, " So sorry! No problem!" He was back within minutes with the correct side. We went back to Eagle one and oh my goodness I'm so glad we did! The prices are so great, if you're picking up. They charge extra for the pizza if you're having a delivery. I was home over the break visiting family and really wanted some pizza. Decided to order pizza from this place and it turned out to be really good. First the prices are really great for the quality of pizza that you get. We ordered like four pizzas and some wings for 50 bucks! One stand out thing about this pizza place is they layer cheese and toppings. So your pizza has so much wonderful cheese on it! One of my favorite pizzas was the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the Alfredo spinach pizza. The delivery service was speedy. The restaurant actually messed up on one of my pizzas, but I called them and they delivered me the right pizza within an hour. The pizza here is a throwback to the 80's. It's inexpensive and while not lacking toppings, they lean heavily on cheap and processed ingredients. Flavors range from pretty decent to nearly bland. I'll address the issues.. We tried four types, all with original crust: the works (supreme), ultimate meat lovers, spinach alfredo and bbq chicken. The former two were the better of the group, with a proper sprinkle of cheese on last before cooking giving each slice nice charred and crispy peaks and valleys full of flavor. And they had plenty of toppings. But a big negative, they use those tiny balls of low-grade, processed food supplier sausage here, and cook them under the cheese rather than on top so they are extra slippery (I call them "rabbit poops" hehe). This way they will never cook right, be wet and squishy, and fall out of the slice with each bite. Both the supreme and meat lovers were OVERFLOWING with these nasty little things. The latter two pizzas had no top layer of cheese, so they have less of those flavorful crunchy charred peaks. Spinach alfredo was the worst of the two, I would call it nearly bland. The alfredo sauce was so thin and mild it was barely there, and there was too little spinach flavor. On the bbq chicken, the sauce was a tangy, honey-sweet number, and while okay it was very mild. I prefer a bolder sauce that contributes more to the overall flavor, and there were no red onions which was a big miss. The chicken on top were bland lil strips of breast meat, and while plentiful they got had very little cook on them. But the biggest issue here is the crust. They need to add a swirl of extra-virgin olive oil pre-cooking and brush some on the crust end, because crust here is the cardboard variety and gets even harder the longer it sits. I felt funny discarding my hard, tasteless pizza crusts like a 6 year old. Service here is the one thing they excel at. Though a very busy place, they are extra friendly and helpful with customers. Just expect above average wait times and no place to sit if your takeout is running long. Dining room is small and lacks any character, with old posters of pizzas on the walls and a lone small flat screen tv. The place isn't bad. Just stick with the classics and you probably won't be too disappointed. But don't set your expectations too high, when even Dominoe's has better crust. read more
