My favorite fast food Pizza. We call in an order for pickup. Sometimes I have difficulty getting one of the hot deals that they are offering. We called in tonight and guy on the ph kept saying coupon for $14. It's the pepperoni magnifico so I hung up. Went on app to verify it was still showing and it was. Called back and someone different answered and he gave it to us. I'm not sure if it's just a app special or not. I guess next time they try to give me a diff price, I'll ask. The pizza is great 9 out of 10 times but this location is horrible about giving you the extra items you order. They forget your soda or extra sauces 9 out of 10 times. Pretty ridiculous to send breadsticks out with absolutely no sauce on the side. read more

Marco's Pizza has good pizza. The crust is excellent, the sauce to cheese ratio is always good. Toppings are always well distributed on the pizza. I always order using their app and I have never had a pizza turn out other than as I ordered it. We use the Sooner Road and 59th location, which is always clean inside . Customer service is acceptable although sometimes you feel like you're bothering them when you pick up your pizza. This has become our go to pizza place, even though it is more expensive than most pizza places in the area, because it is consistently good. read more

I called to order and the person that answered the phone was rude and immediately told me she was the only one there and the wait is long, I understand being under staffed but customer service should never be neglected. They have a good selection of toppings and pizzas and the overall taste is good ; however policy and management are inconsistent. I ordered a pizza for pick that was a small hand tossed , took it back to and realized it was made a thin crust cut square style. I called them and let the manager on duty (Jessica) know if the issue and that I was also unable to come back that day because I had to work at the hospital and she said no problem the day you call in the remake just lets them know you spoke with me (Jessica) and it'll get remade. I called back in and spoke to a guy manager about a week and half later and he said he will not honor what she said and they only do remakes the day of. Made an order to get pizza in 30 minutes. Went there, with my receipt, and they told me the pizza was not in the system. I asked if they could make the pizza according to my receipt and they said no because someone already picked it up under my name. Terrible phone ordering experience with this location. I called and attempted to place an order, but first asked if they delivered to the Air Force base. The first person didn't know because I did not know the physical address, so I was put on hold and the next person asked the same question. I informed them I was a traveler on the road and didn't know the address, but it was the Indian Hills base lodging facility. I asked if there was anything they could do, and I was told no. I then asked if it was corporate policy or franchise policy. I was told it was certainly franchise policy. I checked with franchise owners I know, and this was true, so I can understand that. However, after I got off the phone, I googled the Indian Hills facility and got the address in 1 second. Why couldn't they have done that to help me out? Turns out, they could and probably should have. My franchise owner friend said if you're in the delivery area and you need assistance, the answer is always YES! For me the disappointing issue is I felt like an inconvenience and no solutions were offered. I took it upon myself to ask the base lodging office to call them and give the address to them for the future, which I was reluctant to do, but my friend said a win for any Marco's is also a win for him. However, I contacted Papa John's and they did google the address and got my business on this particular evening. I settled for less quality pizza, due to their superior customer service. read more

Best pizza. In the entire world. Ever. The cheese is delicious... you could have ordered a cheese pizza and it would have been spectacular on its own. The crust is amazing. I guess the best way to describe it is "authentic Italian pizza" which is their motto. But they really live up to it. I had leftovers on day 2 and they were AMAZING! I Love Marcos Pizza, my first time trying it was when my apartment complex gave me a free box from them. Me and my wife order at least twice a week. They have a great selection on toppings and desserts. The manager at this location is really nice, he always greets me with a smile and a warm welcome. We have ordered from here a couple times. Online ordering is really easy and you get the option to track your delivery. They make the pizza really fast and the driver sends you a text to let you know when they are 5 to 2 minutes out. The drivers are really friendly. The food is not greasy and always really hot. Marcos Pizza in MWC Oklahoma Stole $120.00 from me and deprived my family dinner for that evening. On June 22, 2016, We attempted to order pizza online with my credit card and the transaction failed without explanation. We attempted to order again the second time and again the transaction failed; we called the Midwest City store #5057 and spoke to the assistant manager and placed an order. The assistant manager informed me that my card had a balance of $5.50. I pulled up my AMEX card account and saw that Marcos was holding $102.34 of my funds causing my card to have a zero balance. The assistant manager stated that she couldn't do anything to help us because the card services office was closed and if they were open they wouldn't refund that money for 3-5 days. I spoke to AMEX shortly after and they informed me that I had to speak to the merchant to get them to release the hold on my card. I explained to the manager that I was trying to buy my son dinner and this was all the money I had for dinner until payday, yet she never offered us a complimentary meal since Marco's was responsible for taking or tying up my funds or offering to assist us any further. Needless to say we went to bed without dinner that night because I only had enough money to put gas in my vehicle to get to work the next day. I spoke to the assistant manager by phone the next day 6/23/16 and she informed me that she needed to set up her kitchen for a large pizza order and she would call card services after lunch around 1 or 2pm . I informed Dan the area manager about the incident he assure me that he could expedite the process and contact me later today, however I have not heard back from him. The assistant manager contacted me by phone and told me that card services informed her that "we" the customer cancelled the transaction and they could not see any funds on hold on their end. I'm sure you can empathize with my level of frustration as a consumer regarding the matter, having $102.00 taken from you from a company that you have grown accustomed to doing business with without receiving the product in which you paid for; while being hindered from purchasing dinner for you family because your funds were no longer at your disposal. $102.34 Total For pizzas that never arrived! read more

Love this Marcos!! Everyone there is super nice and very helpful, even when they are busy, they are never rude!! Manager and some employees know my husband and myself by our order because I'm vegan so of course no cheese or meat. I think it's pretty cool they don't ever get irritated about that and make sure we are taken care of. They even gave us a mess up pizza ( we had asked for square cut and they forgot)...it wasn't a biggie to us, but they insisted on making the pizza the way we asked and gave us both pizzas plus a free large pizza coupon!! They definitely didn't have to do that, but they are awesome and we are very appreciative!! The pizza is always super hot when it gets delivered. Plus, this is the only pizza place that can ever actually find our house. The thin and crispy crust pizzas are cut into a weird square pattern, which really bothers me for some reason. Even with notations to cut it like a normal pizza, it shows up cut into squares 90% of the time. That doesn't change the taste though, which is absolutely amazing! The cheese, toppings, and sauce are all much higher quality than their competitors. It is pricey for pizza, but the end result more than makes up for it. read more

I am extremely picky about pizza, from the crust to the toppings but particularly the sauce. I ordered pizza from here to try a new pizza place. So far I hadn't liked any pizza places in town, including old Chicago and Hideaway Pizza...both places were very disappointing. I ordered the pepperoni magnifico and it was easily the best pepperoni pizza I had had in a very long time. I ordered it again not even a week later, it was THAT good.
