I've bought several pizzas at Papa john's and it really bothers me that especially during Covid that the same employees that make the pizza come to the counter dusting flour off of their hands, wiping them on their clothes and then taking money and giving change. We love papa johns in our house! And order pizza maybe 1 time per month. Sometimes more! I prefer papa johns however, the service is ridiculous! Delivery times are changed atleast twice everytime we order. It takes atleast an hour for any delivery. (We don't live to far) understandable every now and then. But every time we order. This has been my saving grace as it's a big pregnancy craving. I always order online as modern technology makes it more efficient. We tend to order pizza a few times a month and have yet to have any problems or anything forgotten. Coming from the east coast, it's crazy that the Papa John's here offers 50 percent off pizzas during most Thunder games. They send out some nice deals via email we take advantage of. All in all, they come by the estimated time and the drivers are friendly. No complaints. read more

I'm here to assure you that things have changed at this Papa John's since 2010 when the previous review was submitted. They're struggling now. So, 3pm yesterday, a Monday ... Ordered a special they were offering online - 1 large 3 topping pizza, 10 PC. Chicken bites w/ 2 dipping sauces & a 2 liter for $17. I added an order of breadsticks. The order arrived in 30 minutes as promised. I verbally verified with the driver that "all the sauces" were in the box. I tipped (generously, if her shocked & excited "THANK you" was an indication of what she's used to receiving) & she was on her way. Once inside, I discovered that, instead of the 2 buffalo sauces I ordered with the chicken, I got 2 of their crappy ranch packets. AND, not only did I not receive the 2 EXTRA garlic butter sauces I'd ordered (& paid for - only $.50/each, but still), I didn't even receive the 2 that I assumed I'd get with the pizza. So instead of the 4 that I thought I had coming, we didn't get ANY. Not one. A call to the manager went like this: ... Mgr: "Yeah, you don't get garlic butter free with the thin crust" Me: "So, how about the 2 I ordered & paid for separately? & the buffalo sauces I didn't get with my chicken?" Mgr: "yeah I see that. Soon as my driver gets back I'll have her get it right back over to ya. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes, I see you're just right around the corner." So, 25 minutes later, my 2nd call went as such: Me: "yeah, I called earlier & you don't have to send her back over with those sauces, we're about done eating now anyway." Mgr: "sorry she just got back - she had a delivery after you. But if you call down here after you order online next time & talk to the manager on duty, we'll get you 4 sauces free of charge. Sorry about that." So, props to the manager for the eventual apology & for offering to make it up next time I order. But shame on the driver for verifying that it was all there when it wasn't. & shame on the cook - decent but not worth what I paid - $28.97 PLUS a $4 tip. Honestly, at this point, I'm only considering ever ordering from them again to close out my bonus points & redeeming for my free pizza because, dammit, I've come this far!!! I'm not sure if it's all Papa John's or just this location but I've never ordered anything here that was good. Either pick up or delivery.

My boyfriend ordered pizza from Papa Johns around 7..nothing complicated just a large thin crust pepperoni pizza/medium pan with half pepperoni and 2 orders of breadsticks and 3 Garlic Sauces . By the time we looked at the tracker 20 minutes later, the pizza was still in the oven. The delivery guy didn't show up til 25 minutes after 8. The pizza was cold and the garlic sauces were of course missing. Now normally we wouldn't pitch a fit about garlic sauces but he had just paid 75 cents for each one. He immediately called and of course they were busy. He finally got through to a person after the 4th time, 50 minutes later and they placed him on hold for 10 minutes. He simply wanted to know where the garlic sauce was that he paid for. At this point, I'm pissed because it's been nearly an hour since we let Papa Johns know about the missing garlic sauce. I'm almost certain I won't be ordering from this Papa Johns again. read more

Only reason for the 1 star is I have to put one...i ordered pizza tonight and we love Papa John's but after tonight I will not order from here again.. Not only was our order wrong but when I called the store the manager was very rude... He told me I had to call customer service then he hung up... I called back and asked for the customer service number.. He said "oh yeah you hung up before I could give it to you"..i then told him that my bread sticks were the ones with garlic on them when I ordered plain.. And before I could tell him our pizza had mushrooms and black olives on it he started yelling at me... I said just give me the customer service number... He said 888 then said hold and put me on hold.. Came back on and said 887-547-????...he said it very fast on purpose then hung up... So I called another Papa John's and the very nice manager there gave me the number to call customer service... He also offered to remake my pizza if I could come pick it up (because of being out of my delivery area)...i told him it wasn't necessary but thanked him..very poor management at this location..might want to get better management before you lose more customers read more

I've ordered from here some but I'm a little grossed out when I pick up my pizza. The guys who work there usually have tattoos and long hair and don't look very professional. My main complaint is that they don't have ONE person taking the money and orders. The guys making the pizzas "help out" with this and I don't see any hand washing going on after handling money and the register. This may not bother many people but it makes me lose my appetite. The pizza here is great and one of my favorite pizza places, so I'm not giving one star for the actual pizza itself. I'm giving a one star because tonight, September 10th at 9:30(ish) pm, our pizza delivery man, Douglas, had a flat tire at the house. This establishment had another pizza delivery person come by and collect his delivery money, but didn't give him a ride because they had other deliveries to run. Essentially, they are not caring about what happens to one of their employees, but only their delivery money. He's been at the delivery site for about an hour now with no help from Papa Johns. My boyfriend and I will no longer be ordering pizza from this location, which we do so very, very often. It's sad to know that Papa Johns is okay with letting their employees stay in a place that could potentially be dangerous for this long. Imagine being in a bad part of town with no help from anyone but the people you delivered pizza to. Not everyone is as nice as my boyfriend, his dad, and my boyfriend's friends. If they didn't go help him try to fix his tire, who knows what he would have done. Now they are about to leave at 11:02 pm to drive back to Del City to help him get home, airing his tire every 2 miles with an air compressor. No help from Papa Johns, CUSTOMERS instead. Sad. Our business with Papa Johns is lost. read more
