I love Eagle Nails! Sometimes there is a wait, but it's never too bad or anything I haven't experienced at other salons. If you're looking for an upscale nail salon, this isn't for you, but I think this is a decent and affordable salon, especially with their $40 coupon for a pedicure and gel manicure. I live around the corner and decided to try Eagle Nails out. I usually go to Jennie's Nails on Brookline but I haven't been happy with my last few manicures. I got the gel nails and it lasted 2 weeks without any issues- I picked a muted sheer color. Now I'm at 2 weeks and 6 days and last night I noticed some weak/splitting spots and my nails are growing out- so I'm going back tonight for a change. Sounds like I had a better nail tech than the previous poster. Overall the place was clean and modern. I thought they had a lot of colors to choose from- although it would be helpful to have the gel colors easier to view. Everyone was friendly. I'm definitely going back. read more

Not going back here. Granted it's just your basic Asian pedicure and nails spa , but I've been to better. First off all the staff are Asian and do not speak clear English . It took a couple minutes just to explain I needed a half leg wax, not a full and to give the proper price. So finally I'm taken back by a very young girl who seems rushed. The room was tiny and messy and as a tall girl my feet and head both actually were touching the walls. She was sloppy with the wax. This stuck to that which stuck to that. The wax was also a bit hot, and this girl had some painful strips she pulled off my. I had a big bruise on my inner thigh. I was not properly draped and the door was cracked open a bit too. Plusses: clean, and great manicure/pedicure that lasts. Minuses: crowded with no real system to take the appointments versus the walk-ins or even to figure out who is next among the walk-ins. Sat next to several people who had appointments who had to wait AT LEAST 15 or 20 minutes to get started, if not longer. They sat us for our service within 15 minutes, but then we sat in the pedi chair for about 30 minutes before anyone started working on us. When the manager is there, things run much better than when she is not. It has potential, but just isn't worth the waiting. Not sure if I will be back. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but I was very disappointed. The staff is rude, especially the owner. Some of the attendants are nice, but they seem rushed and overworked. There is no parking. There is no rhyme or reason to how they take people in. Appointments don't seem to matter. Stressful. Won't go back, since there are plenty of other places just down the road. read more

I've been going to Eagle Nails for almost a year and I can't say I've had a bad manicure or pedicure yet. They have a good selection of polish (including OPI), comfy pedicure chairs and polite staff. The flat screen TV on the wall keeps you entertained while you have your nails done. My only (small) recommendation would be some new magazines to look at. read more

This is my 5th time at here and I have never been let down. I am always beyond satisfied with the price, service, and the outcome of my nails and eyebrows. This is the only salon I have been too in the area and will continue to only come here. Highly recommend eagles nail and spa! read more

Pros: Clean Affordable Mary - the best! A variety of services offered. CONS: Lisa - the Manager/Owner - is RUDE! AND...She's fast, but does a terrible job! No respect for appointments! No rhyme or reason to which customer gets seated first. Nail polish is old and not well organized. (I brought my own after day 1) Parking is a nightmare. This is not the only place in town, and the owners have no appreciation for their customers. I feel sorry for the employees. They hustle and just get berated by Lisa. Its not relaxing to be around her barking orders all the time. And if one makes an appointment and says so, she flags the customer off. LIke "Who cares! We tell you we made an appointment to get you through the door." I once made an appointment for a party of 4. All of us had to wait 1/2 hour. Right behind me entered a lady with 2 small girls, all with appointments for Mommy and Me manicures. They were made to wait! It was appalling. There are nicer places within walking distance. This nail Salon was given high recomendation from a friend. At the time I had gotten a botched up job at another place where I live. I saw how pretty her nails were and decided to go to eagle nails. I was very very satisfied with Lisa she was kind knowlegable about the different ways of doing nails . She did an excellent job! Friendly and the prices are just right and they accept coupons! I myself was recommended by Lisa to get an acrylic refil to fix my messed up nails and to pick a gel nail polish. Came out great! Great work and reasonable prices! I also had my brows waxed and and was pleased and all below cost of the first salon where I live. I came about 30 min. car ride and it is worth it .This is my new go to place.Worth every dime read more

I usually never write reviews but I felt that I had to now as a caution to others. Eagle nails used to be my favorite place to get my nails done until I saw something under my acrylic nail after I went to a different salon to get a refill. After taking the nail off, I realized it was fungus under my nail. I'm upset because I just spent money to get my nails done, now I have to ruin them by taking a nail off :(. Any other time I would've gone back to Eagle Nails, but now I won't because of the clear lack of sanitation they have in the salon. Will find a new place to get my nails done now. read more

Horrible service, no parking, rude staff. I'm not sure why they feel the need to talk about people so badly, it is not nice and is really obvious especially when they look directly at you and laugh. its not a bad place to go but it could definitely be better. i have to stay on top of the girls to make sure their doing what i want. I showed her a reference picture of long almond nails and right after talking about it she tried cutting my nails down to the nub to give me square after i just showed her what i wanted. i had to pull my finger away and show her where to cut. also they leave a pretty big gap between your cuticle and acrylic which makes it look extremely grown out within a week. Overall the nails come out pretty good and they make them look as natural as possible. Until i find a better place this will have to do. read more

If I could I would have given zero stars. I have never written a review for any company before whether it was a good experience or not. This particular experience needs to be heard. It was absolutely disgusting. I went here a couple days ago to get my polish changed. My nail broke so today I went back to get it fixed. Everything was fine until I got up to go after my nail dried. The owner, who is the younger looking guy who's table is next to the register, said "You didn't pay me yet" at first I thought he was joking because he jokes around sometimes. Then I seen he was serious and I'm just thinking "did he forget that I was just here a couple days ago and my nail steady broke". It was early in the morning I didn't feel like questioning anything or getting into any drama because I've seen how rude he can get to other customers so I just said "how much is it" he said its $3. I said okay here's my card. He said "the minimum is $10 I don't know why you would come here to get serviced and not bring any money you need to pay me" I said "I have no problem paying you I only have my card on my I don't have cash. I didn't think I'd have to pay being that I just got my nails done a few days ago" he said "just give me the card" and swiped it with an attitude. Now mind you I have been going here for years. I've seen how rude he can be, and my sister even stopped going here because of how rude he was to her one day. Despite that, I still continued going here religiously. The woman who is his wife I believe, is very nice. I have never had a problem with her. She always asks how i'm doing genuinely interested, and was always pleasant. But that guy needs to some customer service skills quickly before his business goes down the drain. This is exactly why all of their customers are going to the nail salon next to Kmart. They have terrific customer service, and you're never waiting for hours. If you go to this nail salon be prepared to wait at least 2 hours before they get started on you. read more

This is the best place in Havertown/Delco area. I hesitate to write this because I selfishly want it to stay secret so I can get my time whenever I want...Lisa is the best around!!! i went to this nail salon yesterday, a saturday afternoon as a walk in and they took me right away! no wait at all..i needed a refill (badly) and had 2 nails missing. the woman who did my refill made sure that the new ones she put on matched the ones i had on already perfectly! the prices are great. usually when i'm missing a nail, salons try to charge so much! when getting them painted she was so precise and they turned out amazing. i will definitely be back! read more

I have to say I am not one who has ever written a review, but in light of some of these negative comments posted I have to defend this wonderful salon. From the owner to all those who work there I have never had a bad experince. I have been going to this salon since it first opened and travel 1/2 hour to get there. I could go closer, but I trust no one else with my nails and in fact followed the owner when she opened her own salon. She is so kind and does an excellent job and always makes sure her customers are happy and satisfied. The people who work there are wonderful and kind as well. I always make an appointment and never have had a problem. Sure it can be busy but so are many places. You just need to be patient. The place is very clean and the prices are good. I am more than pleased when I leave. The owner and her staff all have a great work ethic and wonderful customer service. I always rave about this place and take my friends there and they are happy they went. I get so many compliments on my nails.
