I did not feel that my concerns were handled in a way that gave me confidence in the company or its commitment to standing behind its products. Because of this experience, I'll be looking at other manufacturers for future purchases. There are a lot of options on the market, and customer service is just as important to me as product quality. If he had the skillset he claims, he would have been done in two hours, Btw it was a broken top lever spring and a chipped firing pin which i think he did on the tear down, like even a cracked piece of wood on stock, plus wallowed a decorative screw on bottom. For a family heirloom it makes me sick that this guy just doesn't care, he shouldn't of accepted the job . Also his new business name is Selous gun.
