I was in the market for a suppressor found one ready to buy. I have all my paperwork and know how the process works. Strike one was a kid asking me to redo my pic and finger prints. Not at all necessary. But ok. The FBI has been using the same fingerprint cards and passport photos forever but somehow they have changed?? Strike 2 Then the kid had no knowledge of how to file this type of paperwork and would have rather been anywhere else. Every question I had was just answered with "ok" and "i duno". The final strike was when he asked for my ATF username password. When making these accounts it is very serious. I am not going to just give my information over when it is not needed or to an individual that does not know what they are doing. The scary part for me is i have used them in the past and somehow thinks have changed. I had some customer service issues with them in the past but just chalked it up to a fluke. I really wanted to support a local company and keep a business here but this was NEGLIGENCE. I can order the same suppressor shipped to my door for way less without the attitude and hassle of dealing with someone that doesn't know what they are doing.

I walk in and they treat me like family. they have a decent rental selection for pistols, and it's only 25 bucks for a 5 dollar rental and about 20 bucks for a box of 9mm. they are very calm when you break a rule (I've only broken minor rules only, nothing major) and won't threaten to kick you out, but in a gentle way give you a warning and tell you what to correct. if you need a new range to call home then eagle is the place to go! also if you need a handgun lesson like I did, request Jesse, he did a great job and is the reason I shoot like I do. Everyone on staff is kind and helpful, so if you need a rental recommendation or even a short therapy session, just ask!

There are waterfalls and streams outside the store and inside the store. You can buy almost anything for the outdoors here. They have an amazing selection of everything they carry whether it be boats, sunglasses, fishing gear, hunting gear, boating supplies, hiking gear, dog supplies, you name it! They have a huge sale going on right now that takes another 50% off everything they already hade marked down. There were hiking booklets that started at almost $200.00 that were on sale for $35.00. I don't even need or want another pair of hiking boots, but at that price, guess what? I came home with another pair of hiking boots! Lol!! My dogs got some new chew toys out of the deal too. They had those at great prices, not even on sale! The service was good too. They had knowledgeable people helping out in the various departments throughout the store. Admittedly, I'll use my local shops to get my hands on anything I'm interested in/curious about to see if it's a good fit. Sometimes GAG is muck cheaper. Sometimes it's a wash, or much more expensive. When the latter is the case, I'll buy local. My experience with GAG has been great, and everything I've ordered has always arrived in perfect brand new condition. Just make sure you double-check your items before placing an order.

Husband lets GAG know, here's the skew #, etc. and we're told the gun is already transferred. SO HOW DOES THE CUSTOMER KNOW UNTIL ITS TRANSFERRED? Then...they change the website to avoid future problems and offer us a $50 CREDIT. YOU JUST SCAMMED A WIFE OUT OF $200. Y'all make me sick. My job requires me to me away from home.
