Two stars is pushing it, but even though the staff was overwhelmed they mostly were courteous and tried to help. The price was my reason for choosing EZ. The overall experience is why I won't be going back. This is also the Advantage Car Rental office, so my review applies to them as well. First: The shuttle bus took a half hour or more to come and pick me and another customer up. There were at least 2 or 3 each of the competitors shuttles coming by in that same time frame. The shuttle driver did not help the customer's with their bags. Never saw that before. He was more interested in talking to a pretty young coed he was dropping off than helping the other customers. Then: There was one clerk in the office. I came in with 4 other customers, and easily waited 30 minutes to get my car. He was thorough and polite, but alone and overwhelmed. Shame on you management. Thirdly: I checked the car out before I drove it off the lot, but it was a black car in a poorly lit lot, and was not sure the real condition of the car until the next morning. Luckily there was no external or internal damage to the car. The car proved to be OK, although there was a lot of tire noise at medium speeds. Sounded like a bad tire to me. Lastly: I was returning the car very early on my last day in Durham, 545am. I pulled onto the lot, the office was lit up and unlocked, but nobody was home. I walked around the building, knocked on the office door, called out, etc.. No answer. Finally a different shuttle driver than my first experience showed up, checked out my car, loaded my bag, apologized for no clerks, and drove me to the terminal. He later even emailed my receipt, as there wasn't anyone to give me one at the lot. The whole experience - a major fail by this provider, in my opinion. It was not worth the few dollars saved. AVOID EZ Rent-A-Car and Advantage Rent A Car!!! We booked a reservation online, here is summary of our experience. 1. Placed a $200 hold on credit card on top of our reservation cost of ~$230. Total ~$430. 2. Pressure you to get insurance by scare tactics. Additional cost of $29-$49 a day. Adds up to $475 if we caved into their scare tactics. I witness another person added an additional of $245 to their original reservation. 3. Once you decline their insurance, they continue to tell you in your face that you're making the wrong decision, and you'll _REGRET_ your choice and you'll be VERY SORRY for declining the insurance. And it'll haunt you every day for your stay... 4. They make you feel like they'll find a way to charge you for every little problem. So we made sure to inspect the car and made them aware of every little dings and scratches that are already on the car. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT YOUR RENT-A-CAR WORRY-FREE. read more

Would not recommend this place, and like other folks mentioned in their reviews, I should have looked at the Yelp ratings before renting here. I waited over thirty minutes to even be talked to by a representative, and there were only two people ahead of me. There was an employee that kept coming out from the back office during this period of time, yet didn't think to assist the customers that had clearly been waiting for some time. When I was finally assisted, the woman who helped me at the counter had such a bad attitude, and every time I asked her a question about my rental, she seemed to be SUPER annoyed that I was evening questioning something. She was so unfriendly and clearly didn't care about customer service. Side note: this information wasn't given to me prior to my rental, but they charge local renters a deposit of $350 on top of you rental fee just for being a local renter. Maybe this is standard practice, but I have never once encountered this situation when renting a car locally. I will most definitely not be returning to this rental facility, and would not recommend it to others. read more

SCAM ALERT! The positives: Cheapest rental price I could get The negatives: This place is shady as all hell, and they are looking to scam people. The woman assigning my car used a slimy sales tactic by asking "Would you like the advanced or just the basic protection plan" - I thought this was a little shady, as someone who may not rent cars often would be tempted to say (and pay for) the "just the basic" coverage plan, which is overpriced and unnecessary. The car's front bumper was loose, and the interior smelled like chili dogs. This is confusing to me as I have yet to find a good chili dog in the Raleigh-Durham area. Here's the real problem: When I returned the car, they made a HUGE deal about the loose bumper (existing damage on the car), and had I not properly documented it, I am 110% sure they would have charged me for it. When I was picking up the rental, I noticed the bumper, documented it on the damage form and then asked the maintenance guy about it. Maintenance guy shoved it around a bit and said "its fine" so off I went. When I returned, the lady checking my car was determined that I needed to be charged for it. I shrugged my shoulders and told her that I documented the pre-existing damage. She went in the back office and came out 10 minutes later and said she didn't have the damage form I turned in. This is when I knew this place was a scam. Thankfully, I kept my copy handy, pulled it out, and left, never to be back. Screw you, Advantage. read more

I should have consulted Yelp before I rented with these parasitic nitwits. But, I didn't. Learn from my error. My car was in the shop. I had to go out of state and needed a car. I shopped through carrentals.com, like I had done many times before and pre-paid. I even bought the 3rd party insurance. I get dropped off at the airport. Walk in, they ask for the usual stuff; then tell me since I am within 65 miles they want my personal insurance card for proof of insurance. How random is 65? Why not 70 or 55? Where did they come up with this arbitrary number? The insurance I had bought wasn't good enough. Since they were random about their requirements for proof of insurance, I questioned if they required proof of insurance information for people from Colorado, Tennessee, or South Carolina? Instead of answering the question, their answer was "the requirement is on our website" and then showed me a card on the counter that had it. Great, I didn't go through their website or walk in and book it. Two other people were in the lobby having the same problem. One had not pre-paid and left to go to another company. I wish I could have, but they basically tell me tough we are not refunding the pre-pay. The other person went out to their car and after digging in the glove box, found the insurance card. Meanwhile, my car is locked in the repair shop, because it is after hours. I am making calls trying to get to my car and card. During all this, I hear them bully and berate 3 other customers into the refuel option to "buy our fuel at the end of the rental". While waiting to get picked back up so I can go to my car and get the insurance, I call customer service asked for a supervisor and complained about their asinine policy. The guy told me I was personally insulting him. Apparently, he did not understand the word "asinine" is an adjective and not someone's donkey or backside. Let's just say the conversation went downhill from there and it did result in me actually insulting the dimwit, his stupid company, and their absurd policies. I am finally able to get to my car and insurance card and drive off with the rental 2 hours later. I was so paranoid about the rental up charges from these vultures that I over filled the tank, ran it through a car wash and vacuumed it out before I returned it. I have rented hundreds of vehicles and this, by far, is the absolute worst customer service and car rental experience ever. If you are smart, unlike me, and are checking Yelp BEFORE renting from these morons, take the advice offered here from a dozen or so unsatisfied customers and avoid this place. read more

I rented a car from here to drive to Charlotte for a day (my car was in the shop). I showed up and was told I would need to provide a proof of insurance since I lived within 65 miles of the airport. Fine, I'd just renewed my GEICO policy so I whipped out my phone and showed the lady behind the counter a pdf of my insurance cards. Not enough. She demands I get the physical card faxed. I called GEICO and they graciously faxed the same cards I'd just shown the lady a pdf of. Okay, whatever. While annoying, getting the insurance card faxed didn't require much effort on my part since GEICO has amazing customer service. However, I imagine this could be a HUGE pain for others with more local insurance (especially when picking up cars early in the morning, when insurance companies might not be open yet). I get in the rental and drive off. Everything with the car itself is fine. I gassed it up and returned it within 24 hours (by 9am the next morning). Everything seemed fine... until I looked at my credit card statement. Advantage had placed a hold on my card for $133 (the car rental amount itself), $200, and another $200. $533 hold on my card for a one day Hyundai Sonata??? I understand the $133 and a $200 deposit (maybe... still seems high), but $400 total hold in addition to the rental amount itself? Really? I'm still waiting for the last $200 to drop and I fully expect to have to dispute it. Advantage just isn't worth it. Go with a more established rental company and be happier. read more

I recently rented a car from Advantage at the Raleigh - Durham airport location. I prepaid for a car via carrentals.com. I arrived to the Advantage location and was informed they had no cars in that size and that I would be forced to pay for an upgrade into a bigger car, which was about 50% more expensive per day. The other I was told is that I could just "wait in the lobby" for a car to be dropped off that was the size I originally prepaid for. After traveling all day from the west coast, I didn't want to deal with their unapologetic BS and paid the difference and got outta that place. There are a lot of rental car companies and I will unlikely use Advantage again. I suggest you do the same. read more

Really bummed by my experience with E-Z at RDU. I flew in on a Saturday night and waited outside the terminal for about half an hour for a shuttle (meanwhile, 3-4 of all the competitors' shuttles came through). During that time, I tried calling the office, but the number listed on their website said it was disconnected. Finally, a Hertz shuttle driver offered to let me ride to Hertz with him. From there, I had to lug my suitcase through the grass on the side of the road (in the dark and cold) 10+ minutes to the E-Z office. When I walked in, the woman working at the desk (Pamela, the only saving grace for this company) was extremely kind and apologetic, gave me an upgrade, and offered me the phone number of the manager (who was not in at the time). While she was helping me, the shuttle driver overheard the conversation, and came out of the back. He said he had just gotten back from a run ("OK, great," I said, "But when was the last run before that? Because I waited for half an hour before getting on another shuttle.") and did not once offer an apology. When I later tried to call the manager to tell them what happened, it, again, said the number was disconnected. I also called customer service with E-Z's headquarters. They were unhelpful beyond "passing on" my complaint to the branch. They said I'd receive a response within 48 hours. That was 4 days ago, and I've heard nothing. Again, I would follow up myself, but none of their brand numbers that I can find are working... This whole company is seriously lacking. You don't deal with a customer complaint by ignoring it--even if it's unwarranted, which is not the case this time. As it stands now, I'll choose literally any other rental car company over E-Z in the future. Sucks for them, too, because I rent a lot of cars from RDU... (Also looks like there are tons of experiences similar to mine, but clearly the company is not addressing them.) read more

Really strange and ultimately frustrating experience with this Advantage in Raleigh. First off, the shuttle is not marked Advantage so you have to ask around to figure out who is picking you up. Once we get in the shuttle, our driver was stopped by airport security telling him not to stop in a certain lane. The driver then lied saying it was his first time stopping there. Then he said he's been stopping there for years. That was the first tip that all was not right. Then as we were leaving in our car, one of the employees stopped us by calling "Hey Chinese!" to my husband (he's Asian), but really?? When we went to return the car, well lo and behold there's a sign telling us they moved. Gee it would have been nice if they told us AHEAD OF TIME that the were moving!! So then we have to try and find their new location which was a major pain as it not marked with any signs at all. Lost a good 45 minutes in all trying to find them. Big fail. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they did not overcharge us and there were no problems with the car. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your car rental. Truly the best car renting experience I've ever had, thanks to Angela and Charles. Traveling to NC was a mess... Delta (and other airlines) had to cancel a ton of flights due to storms in Boston and NY. We ended up stranded in Boston and then arrived to NC a day late. The shuttle picked us up immediately, although that was just good timing and you may have to wait a few minutes for the shuttle depending on their route. When we arrived at the location, there were two groups of people waiting off to the side and Angela called us up almost right away. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She cared about us, starting chatting with us, and made sure that we were able to get a car despite being a day late. She really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied and we left with a car. She explained all of the policies fully and made certain we understood everything. We ended up having to return early (didn't even end up spending the night in NC, just about 8 hours) due to having to again reroute because of the weather and the flights being all mixed up. Returning the car was fast and easy... we weren't able to get a refund for the difference from what we paid (for 2 days) and just the one day we used, but hey at least we got a car. It would have been great even to get "store credit" or something of that nature for the difference to put towards another rental with them again in the future. Charles was our shuttle driver on the way back to the airport. He was SOOO friendly, kind, and talkative. He talked to us about the weather, typical airport trends and a bit about his life. It was wonderful and refreshing to have him as our shuttle driver... usually it's people that don't say a word to you and drive like a maniac. He was a safe but efficient driver and really made the last impression of EZ that much better. Angela and Charles are both wonderful and I'm so happy to have gotten them both. I will definitely be using this company again in the future thanks to their great customer service. read more

Not a decent first-time experience renting with this company. Pick-up experience: - I waited near the rental-car shuttles area but there was no sign of "Advantage Rent A Car" shuttle, while shuttles from other rental companies did 3-4 rounds. Eventually I called this Advantage and they said they will send a shuttle on the way and asked to wait in Zone-11 (outside southwest terminal) and look for Preflight Parking shuttle. - When the shuttle finally arrived, I realized that Advantage location was not near other rental car locations, but instead was located a good drive away from the airport. - Check-in process was extremely slow and annoying. They were trying to sell the coverage even when I told them I deny any coverage. but they kept on causing more delay by telling how much I'll have to pay if I lose the key and so on. - Next, they took some more time to actually find a car. Finally when I got the car, I noticed some serious dents and scratches and hence, more time went into filling the car-inspection form where "I" had to mark all these nuisances. Also, the car was not washed and exterior looked dirty. To summarize, I wasted almost 1 hour from the time I was waiting for their shuttle till I finally left their facility. Return experience: This was yet another horrendous experience. When I picked up the car, they gave a big sheet of paper specifically telling that on return, "don't go to the other rental car locations near the airport", and also provided directions to this pre-flight parking. However, when I reached the preflight parking to return my car, there was a sign "Advantage as moved".. There was absolutely no notification of any sort from this company to the renters about this change.. Do not recommend!!!! read more

I got at RDU and waited for about 30 mins hoping to catch their shuttle to their location. I had a long flight and so I decided to call them. The customer service told me the van is on it's way but I ended waiting for another 30 mins. Upon arrival to their location their receptionist, a kinda heavy african american was so rude if I had energy left in me I could have left to another company. I asked her what car I was getting and her response was "You get whatever I have in lot number 3." I calmly ask her you just went outside to inspect the car and have keys in your hands yet you do not know what car I am getting? She rolled her eyes and and never responded to me. I travel a lot and I have always had a very friendly experience with customer service. The car is good but services were horrible . I would not recommend. First and last time to rent from them. I don't think they qualify as a rental car company as the had no cars to rent regardless of my reservation. I booked my 6+ seater car in october for a december trip. After waiting 3x as long at the shuttle platform than any other rental company, we find out they do not have a mini-van for us. The woman said she only has 2 other cars. She offered to rent us something from another company at no discount what so ever. So we asked if we coud have the 2 cars she mentioned for the price of the 1 we reserved.... magically those 2 cars disappeared. Then she acted like she wasn't in charge even thought the 2 others there asked her what should happen if they have no car for us. After many online searches we decided to go to a reputable company. We asked for a ride, they said they could get us close but not on the other lot, which was fine. The shuttle guy pulls up in the MIDDLE OF THE ROAD (2 lanes of traffic going around us) and says this is where he was dropping us. Since we had small kids, we asked for him to pull up to the curb and he obliged. So technically, EZ is not a rental car coampany and NOT EZ! read more

Advantage is the right name for this company because they enjoy taking advantage of you. DO NOT AGREE TO THE FUEL POLICY THEY OFFER. The lady's represented it like this: you don't have to worry about whether you bring back the tank filled. You don't have to fill it, and then the price they'll charge you for the tank of gas is just below the current market gas price, and if you do fill it they'll refund you that price. We were under the impression that however much gas we left in the tank, we'd be refunded for. But when we got the bill, which was, as always with freaking car rentals, so much higher than we'd expected, we realized we'd been charged for a full tank of gas. Apparently they only refund you for the tank of gas if you return it completely full. So let's review: If you return it full, they'll refund you for the tank at a price just under the market price, which means you lose. If you return it somewhat full, no matter how much, you paid for that gas yourself at the station, then they charge you for another whole tank, which means you really lose. The only way for you to win is to return it completely empty, and what are the odds that will happen without you spending your trip going out of the way to do that and/or risking running out of gas on the way to the airpot. The car rental personnel are clearly trained to offer this program with deceptive wording, so that people return the tank half full, which means they get free gas and charge their customers for a whole other tank. I can just see the Advantage (owned now by Hertz) business people doing the evil fingers thing, coming up with this gas program. This is the kind of thing that makes me despair for humanity. Can't we just make goods and services at competitive prices? Must we purposefully trick and swindle unwitting customers? Well, you've lost two customers, and I hope you lose more and go out of business. I hope your parents are ashamed of you. They also snuck a $5/day roadside assistance fee we would never have signed up for on there, for another $30 down the drain. read more

I rented a mini-van from them over the long weekend for what seemed like an affordable price. I should have read the reviews and followed the advise posted. Shauna Williams, who was in charge of taking my return was rude and deceptive in using a false pretense to raise the price of the rental cleaning fee to $50. There was a sand footprint in the van. I offered to get it cleaned @ the gas station next door, however she did not allow me to take the car out. If they had asked me respectfully, $50 is not a big amount to pay. However, it was the way they presented the fine, first quoting $25, then when I was OK paying it, they jacked up the fine to $50. I called the Advantage customer service to complain, they never got back to me.. A disappointed customer. Dont make the mistake of selecting this company because of a low price.. there is a reason why their rates are low.. read more

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. If you absolutely have to have a car 5% cheaper than Enterprise, Alamo, or National, go for it. Otherwise, don't mess around with this second rate carrier. The staff are absolutely indifferent and if I thought them intelligent enough for malice, I would say malicious. Case in point - this weekend I attempted to rent a car from this agency since it was $5 cheaper for the weekend. After a 1hr delay on my flight arriving, I took the shuttle to the car service only to be told summarily "Your reservation cancelled - you late." Yes, I'm late, I understand - but I provided you the flight carrier and number and your computer system [like a real rental company] should adjust the reservation. "You gotta call us - we ain't got no more cars." Protesting that phones don't work on airplanes, and that I hadn't received any cancellation email or voicemail fell on deaf ears. Nor did they suggest alternatives or call another company since they were full. I ended up walking off the lot and renting from Enterprise, who were courteous and basically the price. read more

No-Advantage RDU is by far the worst rental car agency I have ever used. Allow me to share my terrible experience. It starts off with the shuttle. I stood out side the airport, in the cold, for probably 20 mins (1st world problems). After every other rental car shuttle (Hertz, Enterprise, and even Dollar!) passed me by for the 100th time, I decided to call Advantage to inquire about their shuttle. The nice little gal at the counter says, "Yeah, he should be there soon." Eventually the shuttle guy shows up. I load my own bags onto the poop smelling shuttle, so that i don't have to tip the guy who shuttles me for two minutes, and arrive at the No-Advantage desk. The young ladies at the desk were friendly (the only reason I'm ok with 1 star since you can't give no stars) and they gave me the keys to my beat up Hyundai Santa Fe. I wrote down all the deficiencies, which were plenty, and returned the paper to the desk. At that time, I informed them that there was no windshield wiper fluid or coolant in the reservoirs. I politley asked if they could fill them. Some other employee chimes in, and yells to the manager, "This guy says there's no coolant in the car." The manager comes to me as if I just offended Cam Newton (this was a few days before they lost the Super Bowl) and boldly asks me, "How do you know there's no coolant?" I reply, "Because I looked." She doesn't believe me, so we go together to look. We pop the hood and OMG, there is no fluid in the reservoir. Then she says, "How do you know there isn't any in the car's system? Just because the reservoir is empty, doesn't mean there isn't any in the system." I said, "True, but how do you know that there IS any in the system? The reservoir is empty." She goes to get the Mechanic and the mechanic assures me that all their cars are this way. He says that if he popped the hood on all the other cars, their reservoirs would be empty as well. Sweet business practice. Eventually I just leave, without coolant, because in the end, its their car. If it breaks, they'll be the ones who have to pay. I hope. I then proceed to my destination. Following the guidance of good ol' Siri, she leads me onto a toll road. I pull out my wallet to pay for the Toll, but there was nowhere to pay. Its a camera system. So I call back to Advantage to ask how this is going to work. Who ever I talked to said, "We can take care of it when you return the car." I used the toll road twice. To and from my destination. The Tolls should have been like $8 max. I return the car, and ask about the tolls. The employee gives me a phone number (that doesn't work) and says to call them in about 9 - 14 days, provide the plate number and i could pay over the phone. If not I would have to pay Advantage's toll fee. 5 days later, advantage charges my card $20.60 for toll fees. I called NC's toll department (9 days after returning the car), gave them the rental car's plate number, and they told me that they don't have those plates on file. They said that the camera probably didn't capture the plates and because of this, there won't be any toll fees. I asked how long it takes to process the tolls and they said 1-2 days. If its not in their system after 2 days, there's no fee. I called Advantages customer service to complain and to get that $20.60 dropped. They pretty much said, "It's not our problem." I will never use any Advantage again. Horrible customer service, horrible cars, and they are fraudulently taking peoples money in the name of "Toll Fees." I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul. read more

I returned my rental full of gas as planned after filling up right beside the airport. As the employee handed my my receipt, knowing I was late for my flight, she informed me that she charged me for gas. I pointed out to her that the gage was over the full line. She informed me that that didn't mean the car was full of gas. Clearly a false statement. Not having time to discuss such obtuse statements further, I had to run after the shuttle that was half way out of the driveway leaving me even though there was no one else that needed to return to the terminals immediately. It is clear that Advantage was looking for a way to bump up my charges to make up for a lack of business. They took Advantage of my time, trust and my business. I will never rent from them again. The worst experience for renting a car! Would not honor my car rentals.com price. Must have had the same clerk as another reviewer. Also had the scare tactics speech because I already had insurance for the rental. Empty food cartons in the back. Did anyone clean this car? Haven't returned the car yet. We'll see how bad it gets. Oh! And there is no drop box for keys. We have a 7:00 am flight and they don't open until 6:00 am. Should be interesting! read more

I could tell this was going to be a disaster right away as I had to wait thirty minutes to see an agent while they took care of the two angry couples ahead of me that were having issues with their rentals. Nothing like being stuck away from home and know you're going to get ripped off. My kayak reservation that I presented to them had a guaranteed rate of $28/day and they proceeded to ring me up at $54/day. Of course they didn't know how to fix it in the system but guaranteed when I paid they would honor the kayak price and even signed a copy of the e-mail. I had to do an early drop off so didn't get to check out in person. How much do you think they charged me? $54/day. I even included a copy of my reservation with my checkout paperwork? This is the WORST rental car business EVER. I booked a car for a day trip using Carrental.com, which I have done literally dozens of times without hassle. When I arrived tonight to pick up my car, I was pointed to a sign that indicated if you live locally they charge you a $350 deposit AND they actually charge .55 per mile for EVERY mile over 155!!! After using many companies and always reading the fine print--and doing this same process again and again I never expected a company would pull this bush league move! I prepaid and the smug Latina supervisor acted like I did something wrong by NOT reading fine print while booking on Carrental.com. Apparently , I learned this is the ONLY car rental agency at RDU Internatiional that has implemented this policy (and only since October of this year). This is a bad company with slow service, and low budget customer reps--it took forever to get to the counter, and I truly feel sorry for these employees for working for such a scamming unethical company. I WILL NEVER USE EZ CAR RENTAL AGAIN! I rented the vehicle for 6 days which started on a Monday. My husband flew in on Friday and wanted to drive for the remainder of the rental. We were told by customer service that my husband had to go back into the office we originally rented from and show his license. Very inconvenient and we were surprised since other rental car companies we have used don't request that but were ok with it. What I can't believe is that we had to pay an additional $13.49 per day for the ENTIRE rental period instead of just the two days he would be driving. Somehow my $200 rental went to $471. Just like most other reviews stated, worst rental car company anywhere. After waiting on the curb for over 30 minutes I had to wait an additional 30 minutes once at the office. They have 4 positions but only one person working. It took him over 15 minutes to help the first person in line, then over 10 minutes for the other two people in front of me. No savings is worth the horrible service they provide. read more

Don't Rent From This Place!! It's horrible! It's a dirty little office with staff that vary from unhelpful to rude. I stood in line for 30+ minutes only to be told they didn't have the car that I'd specifically rented nor anything at all like that car. They try to put me in a minivan that was dirty and the key wouldn't even turn in the ignition. All that after charging me a $200 deposit and making me email them my insurance card. I've rented cars everywhere and never had to do all this! I literally left in the rain to find a real rental car company. Never ever use this place!! read more

I had a perfect experience with advantage rdu. I was so scared by the yelp reviews. I was traveling alone with two toddlers. Employees were very sweet and accommodating. I was nervous about the first car seat they gave me, so they gladly found me a new one and even helped install it. Charges were actually a little less then I expected. Instead of charging 4 days, they charged 3 days and two hours. The hourly and daily charges were very clear and also reasonable. I can see where it could quickly get chaotic there since they don't have many employees and their return area is different then the other car companies. read more

Absolutely atrocious company!! First of all, the way they try to push more sales on you is ridiculous! Secondly, the car was absolutely disgusting!! It was NOT cleaned at all!! The seat was still laid back in the position it was in from the previous renter, there were splash marks on the dashboard and window of an unknown substance (friggin ewwwww!!), the rugs were not vacuumed, there was trash from the previous renters, and it smelled terrible!! Lastly, they don't even have a car drop option!! Our flight was set to leave at 6am which means we needed to be at the airport two hours early (4am). Well, their location doesn't open until 5am. We arrived to find closed gates and no location to leave the vehicle or a drop box for the keys. This situation was the same for myself and three other folks. We were furious and still are! We had to leave our cars at the locked gates and drop the keys by the door to the building to ensure we made our flights home!! This was a huge risk for the renters as well as the company but I'm sure if anything happened they would've tried to pin it in the renter. DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY!! HORRIBLE!!! read more
