This is the cutest shop! I got the salted maple shaken espresso latte with oat milk and an açaí bowl. The latte was absolutely delicious. The sweetness level was right in the middle but the flavors were bold and the salt really complemented the maple. The espresso was smooth and creamy with no acidic taste. 10 out of 10 latte. The bowl was absolutely delicious. The sweetness of the peanut butter and nuts really evened out the açaí taste for me. Will definitely be back! read more

I visited the café on Friday and, as someone not from Nashville, I wasn't sure where to park at first but thankfully, parking was fairly simple, and they validate for an hour, which was a nice bonus. The two young ladies working that day were awesome! Their customer service was excellent--friendly, attentive, and very accommodating. I ordered the toast (without coconut oil), and even though it was initially made with it, they had no problem remaking it for me. The toast turned out to be absolutely delicious definitely the highlight of my visit and very satisfying. I also tried two smoothies. While they looked great and were beautifully presented, the flavor was a bit underwhelming for me. That said, I'd still consider coming back to give it another try because the vibe was great and the toast alone was worth the trip! read more

After a recent visit thanks to a great Elite Week, I have popped back in to E+Rose for a chill afternoon coffee break while in the area. This time, I was able to find it without having to call! But for those who have not been to this location yet, they are situated in the Peabody Plaza, which sits just south of downtown next to the plaza that houses several other local businesses with the most well known being, Pinewood Social. While I have not been to other locations of theirs, this one is a quick favorite vibe wise. It is a great space with organic and earthy colors and tones, with cozy spaces along with formal seating too. The cold brew and the space brought me back, but the smoothies are legit here as well! I have had the Summer Sun, which was a combination of fresh cold pressed fruits and mint...absolutely refreshing! Service was stellar on both visits, with Brianna being the highlight of both. I had a great experience here from start to finish. The only hiccup I had was figuring out which building it was in the area since there are a few new ones. E+Rose Wellness Cafe and Bodega is popping up all over town. I was happy to try out one that I wasn't familiar with. The space is absolutely gorgeous. I parked in the garage where they validate for one hour. I took the garage elevator up one floor and the cafe is on the same floor as the main lobby. If you're looking at the front desk where security is, they are to the right. I was greeted by the friendly staff. They were kind and helpful. I went with the Skin Pharm Best in Glow smoothie. It's cold-pressed pineapple juice, bananas, strawberries, pitaya, avocado, collagen, sea moss, lime, and layered with house made unsweetened coconut cream. I really enjoyed trying this for the first time and look forward to ordering it again in the future. It said that my skin was supposed to glow after drinking it. I I checked out the store while I waited. The bathroom was nice and very large and there is room to work remote, shop, and chill. I would love to come back with a book while sipping on another juice. Love this E+Rose location so close to downtown. The two employees were so sweet and on top of their game. For Yelp Elite Week, I had the Skin Pharm Best in Glow smoothie which was such a beautiful pink. The flavor was amazing and the consistency was perfectly creamy. The space is airy with tall ceilings and filled with thriving plants. There are plenty of seating areas both inside and out front. It was not crowded for a Wednesday morning and would be a nice quiet space to order food and work.
