Love it here! Coffee and Matcha's are so good. They have a lot of flavors! The service is quick. I love that it's just walk up window so I can bring my dog to get a pup cup. They have a really cute patio that you can sit and enjoy your drink!

Love the dog friendly patio and how you are able to walk to the window with your dog! The coffee is a reasonable price and the ham and cheese slider is a great breakfast snack. Also love their matcha!

I am an absolute sucker for a cute coffee spot and Surefire checks all the boxes. For being an out of towner and when I searched for a local coffee shop, Surefire was the first one up to bat. The baristas were very friendly and helpful. I love the outdoor patio area and that they were dog friendly. The coffee was delicious and you can't beat a cute cup to go with it! Adding Surefire on my list of places to return to when I'm back in Nashville again. Cheers!

The surefire cold brew was a decent drink but nothing special. The location and decor is pretty nice. There's limited seating and it's located in the middle of the city. Service was standard for cafes.

I have been exploring more of Germantown lately, so you know I had to try out the neighborhood coffee stand! Located about a block away from the Neuhoff District and close to the Cumberland River - Surefire brings neighborhood cozy vibes to a bustling area! As soon as you walk up you will find yourself either in line or next to order at the walkup window! They will call your order out once it's ready, so if you are planning to sip and nibble there go grab yourself a spot under their covered seating area or if you're wanting to get the true feel of Nashville Heat Advisory go sit in the sun under the umbrellas on the deck! I ordered a Blueberry Matcha with Oat milk and The Bob. I saw a review that the Bob Sandwhich was the best in all Nashville - of course I had to try it for myself. I was pleasantly surprised with The Bob. I will honestly say when I opened up the bag I was concerned that I made the wrong choice. Although it looked a bit smashed and was smaller than expected it sure did prove me wrong! The Blueberry Matcha tasted like a blueberry donut/muffin top! I was pleased. Will definitely come back again! I'm looking forward to trying The Papa and the chocolate croissant next!

Parking: There are a few spots up front (I was able to find one there) and a metropolis lot. If you park in the lot, make sure you scan the QR code at the order window! They have an order window out front and a covered patio to the left. I appreciate that they have a small menu. Be sure to check the seasonal menu and tea menu printed on the counter. Chloe greeted me with a smile and was super patient and helpful when the person in front of me and I both were looking through the menus to figure out what we wanted. I got an iced matcha with oat milk sweetened with a little honey. They use real matcha and the flavor of that came through. They also had a pretty good ratio of milk to matcha. It wasn't super sweet, which is good for me. If you like your drinks sweeter, I would get a syrup like vanilla added or ask for extra honey! Can't wait to go back!

As a long time nashvillian who has now moved away, this coffee spot is always one that i make sure to stop by when I'm back in town! I have never had a bad latte from here and the seasonal drinks are always some of my favorite! I also appreciate that parking in this location is not overly complicated.

I like Surefire, its convenient, quick, and pretty good. I wouldn't say its on the top of my favorite coffee shops list but its is still good. I did not love their matcha, definitely sticking with coffee here. I adore their cups- so cute and strapless! The walk up window coffee shop is so easy and smooth. The patio is small but there are usually spots. You can park on the street or in the parking lot right next door! Service is always top tier, I have never had a bad experience with the customer service.

SureFire Coffee is a fantastic spot, especially if you love seasonal drinks. Their rotating coffees/matchas are creative, well-balanced, and always thoughtfully crafted. Great vibes, friendly service, and definitely worth a stop.

I love this spot! I've been here twice and plan to go back when I want a spot to work outside & enjoy some delicious drinks. I had the Roses are Pink Matcha both times because it was so tasty. I'm not normally a matcha drinker but I gave this a try and was thoroughly impressed, enough to go back for round two. Very sweet staff & easy parking. Lots of construction in the area so not the prettiest backdrop, but the space itself is awesome.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Honestly some of my favorite coffee in Nashville. Not only are the cups adorable but the coffee is delicious. I love their chai latte, it's super sweet. I also LOVE the campfire latte. It tastes like a smoky mocha and is so good. I also have never been disappointed by their seasonal specials. The only thing I would change is the portions, if they had a larger size option I would definitely get it! The breakfast sandwiches are also on the smaller side. Baristas are also always super friendly and coffee is fast. I've been to both the Germantown and East Nashville locations and love the vibes of their seating on a nice day!

Matcha was pretty good, if you become a member, you get a free drink! so no complaints there! It looks like a lot of people enjoy this spot, It was super busy no bathroom and no inside seating.

Surefire is one of my favorite coffee shops!! The workers are always so nice. I love the outdoor seating area when it's warm out. Sometimes they play the music a bit loud, so it can be difficult to work from there. I typically get an iced latte with oat milk. I also LOVE the chocolate croissant when they have it. I'm someone who wants a lot of chocolate in every bite. I usually warm it up, and the chocolate oozes out. It can get messy, but SO worth it!!

They have plenty of seating. I should also mention that their menu is so good it left me torn on what to order. Despite the crowd and influx of orders, I thought the service was fast. The team works like sandwich ninjas, slicing meat and slathering spread, which was fun to watch. I ordered 'The Veggie,' while my husband got 'La Paradiso.' The focaccia tasted extremely fresh: crusty on the outside with a prominent flavor of EVOO, and soft on the inside. A very well-rested dough, I'd assume! As delicious as the bread was, the eggplant, stracciatella, and pistachio cream were out of this world. Oh my god, just heavenly! The size is ginormous; I split it into lunch and dinner. Considering the quality and sourcing of these ingredients, along with the fact that it covered two meals for me, I felt these sandwiches were quite economical. I have a long way to go before I try all their sandwiches

All three people behind the counter greeted me enthusiastically and with big smiles when I walked in. I perused the menu and opted for La Toscana. While I was waiting, I was enticed by the beautiful display of delicious and fresh ingredients in the display case. Every sandwich is made to order, but they worked very quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Overall the sandwich was excellent. In particular the Truffle Honey really took it over the top in terms of great flavors. I did feel that the focaccia was a bit too crispy, at least to my taste. I'm not sure if this was a one-off issue or if this is how they always make the bread. I would have preferred the focaccia to be quite a bit softer, but maybe that's just my personal preference. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was a very hot day so I stayed inside with the air conditioning. The place is really clean with some nice decor. The experience was really good, and I would certainly recommend this as a great sandwich shop with excellent Italian ingredients. I'll just hope for softer focaccia next time.

I ordered the Chicken Parmesan sub, and it was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken was super tender, packed with flavor, and the sandwich was huge. The sweet pickles on it really made the sandwich stand out and gave it an awesome flavor. The atmosphere was really cool and felt very authentic. They also have a grocery section where you can buy authentic Italian sauces, pasta noodles, and other items, which was a nice touch. The only thing that surprised us was the fountain drinks being $5 each, but they do come in a souvenir cup. If you're looking for an amazing sub sandwich, I highly recommend Little Hats. The food was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and Germantown itself is a great area to walk around and explore. There are tons of cool places nearby. We got a number and had no problem finding an indoor table as it was hot out. The outdoor patio is very large though and this place can hold a lot of people. The food came out in 10 minutes or so and the fontina cheese went well with the spicy cherry peppers, which were unique to this sandwich. It also came with some potato salad. I am absolutely sure that in the hour my friend and I were waiting, six other other customers were seated ahead of us. Standing for an hour is okay but only if they're actually taking the customers in order. But then we were seated and with the small menu, I was able to order. A few minutes later, Big Al shouts, "Does anyone want a cinnamon bun?" and I have never been closer to taking a walk from my keto diet. But I was good and only drooled a little watching the couple sitting next to us split theirs. It smelled so good. Brunch arrived and we've now been at Big Al's for 90 minutes. I had selected the day's special, the FOUR egg steak omelet which I had with peppers and onions *filled* the plate. Sloppy and tasty and loaded with probably half a pound of sliced steak. I only took one small bit of my biscuit - fluffy and light but heavy and dense. Delicious. My friend had a concoction that I can only call The Coronary Plate: Fried eggs, fried potatoes, fried chicken. Half of a fried chicken that looked better than anything I've ever seen at KFC or Popeye's or my own beloved Bojangles. Crispy, slightly burned but a light batter and a juicy center. Yeah, get that. Big Al's is an anachronism. The food is cooked by hand, it's delicious and it stands halfway down the block of a completely residential neighborhood. You'll be driving the last couple of blocks and wondering, what am I getting in to? Trust me, they're probably open. Pro tip: Try the gravy. It's spicy!
