E+ROSE is a successful local chain for healthy food, and this location is no exception. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with any of their smoothie bowls! I visited on a Sunday afternoon, buying two smoothie bowls. I'd previously purchased a reusable MiiR bowl (insulated container) from E+ROSE, so I ordered the Aloha Bowl in that, and my SO had the Be True Performance Bowl. Both tasted great, which is to be expected with their quality and flavorful smoothie bowl variety! They aren't cheap, but the healthy ingredients, convenience, and taste are worth it, especially when the bowls are more full. Other than smoothie bowls, the grab and go items, pastries/ sweets, coffees, and smoothies also add variety to the E+ROSE menu. On this particular visit, service was not unkind but was rather slow - we waited inside for quite a while for our order to be made. There is seating for around 5 people inside and about the same outside, so it's not a large location to visit - more convenient for carryout or delivery, in my opinion. I'm not sure if they're still being sold, but E+ROSE previously sold branded insulated tumblers and bowls. These offered 5% and 10% discounts, respectively, on drinks and smoothie bowls purchased when using your reusable container. During this visit, I was only given the 5% tumbler discount on my bowl, rather than the 10% - which adds up over time to help offset the container's cost! All in all, this wasn't the absolute best visit, but it was far from the worst. Their food is reliable and delicious, and as repeat customers already, we'll be back! read more

I've gone to a few E+rose locations and all are great! Consistency is good across their multiple locations!! Stopped by the gulch location early in the morning and was kindly greeted even when I took a good minute to decide my order. To top it off I was able to get my parking validated so that made it even better. Order wise I got the classic matcha (first time ordering it) and the classic oat bowl. Matcha was a bit honey/vanilla forward but not bad!! If you don't like a sweet matcha taking out the honey or vanilla and leaving just 1 sweater would be perfect. read more

I feel like I say this a lot, but yet another Nashville staple. E+Rose is always a great spot if you're craving a smoothie or smoothie bowl. They have a wide range of options and the staff at this location is always helpful and friendly. My personal favorite bowls are the Pro Bowl, The Sobro and the Dark Heart. The storefront itself is pretty small, so there is limited seating; but if you can find a place to sit, it's a great place to take in the sights and people watch. There is also an attached parking garage to the building where they will validate (a not sure how long though). The only reason that they're not 5 stars in my book is because the quantity of food can vary. I've had smoothie bowls filled so high you can't even close the lid and smoothie bowls that have 2"+ of room from the top. All that being said, I'll keep coming back because their smoothie bowls are so good! read more

Treated myself to a post Pilates breakfast, which kept me full for hours! The cafe itself is small, but offers seating inside and outside. The staff were very kind, answered my questions and offered suggestions to help me order. I tried the Pro Bowl, which is the most popular bowl. I have always drove past this location and finally had a chance to stop in this weekend! I wanted to try a bit of everything so I ordered the Açaí Aloha Bowl, Fire Flour Toast and the Summer Sun Smoothie! The Fire Flour 12/10, you know it's great when you're saying "mmmm" during every. single. bite. The sourdough was perfect, I don't think I've had an avocado toast this perfect. Bonus points for being local sourdough from Sourdough Co! Perfect balance of sweetness from the local honey to the slight kick from the cayenne/chili flakes Aloha Bowl 7.5/10, Once I got to the granola in the middle I started to vibe with it more! I did go home and spruce it up with my own ingredients because I felt like it needed more. Next time I think I'll order this with more toppings. If it was a summer day I think I would have appreciated the simplicity more, I will say I LOVED that this was a hefty portion! Last but certainly not least, the Summer Sun smoothie. While this was not my favorite, I appreciated the mint for the refreshing aftertaste. This made me want to sip this by the beach, I felt like I was on vacation drinking this. If you want smithing in the middle between a pressed juice and simple smoothie I recommend this one (or really any of the simple smoothies!) I felt like it quickly became more of a juice which I didn't hate! I know next time I'll be ordering one of the peanut butter smoothies though! Overall this dietitian developed plant forward superfood cafe is what I needed in my life! Unfortunately, this place is nose diving. I visited recently to get a Hot Kale wrap as I have a few other times recently. The Kale wraps use to be fresh and crisp. Now they're making them somewhere offsite and many days in advance. You can see it in the picture that the cucumber is translucent because it's been frozen. It's really unfortunate that this place has turned I to a prepackaged airport-quality "fresh" food retailer. Like most places, as they expand they focus on money and not quality. Big fan of this spot! I'll take a walk here and eat one of their bowls in their little outdoor seating area. This location is super small and is more made for grab and go. Parking is also difficult so a great healthy stop when on a walk! Their bowls are BIG and SO delicious. I've had The Pro and the SoBro.
