I called ER Auto on Monday afternoon to see if they could look at my car that wouldn't start. They told me they had a packed schedule but if I left it with them, they'd try to take a look. They open at 8am, I got at 9am telling me what was wrong and a quote, and my car was ready for me to get it at 10:30! They are fast, reliable, and have amazing customer service! I'm always hesitant around auto shops because I'm a woman and usually get upsold because I don't understand cars. It's a busy shop with great customer service and my car was fixed within the day. They didn't 'over charge me' -told them I needed alternator, water pump and belts replaced, they fully diagnosed it & turns out I only needed water pump -and at a fair/reasonable rate too ~ great, can't beat that! ;-) Hopefully it will be awhile for more repairs, but of course, I'll be back and I highly recommend them! read more

Recently, I brought in my sister's 2017 Ford Escape to ER Auto Repair. Unfortunately, the car was not drivable, and I had to have the car towed in. I left it over night and received a phone call from Don the following day. He needed to do some diagnostics on the car to determine what was going on. In the end, it turned out that the car needed a new engine. Don gave me the price, which was a significant amount of money, and not something I could really afford. At that point, instead of pushing for my business, he suggested that I contact the dealer. It turned out that the dealer was willing to replace the engine under warranty. I called Don and told him. He was just as happy as I was about the news. Bottom line is Don genuinely cares for his customers! I wouldn't hesitate in taking your car here. read more

I've taken it to this shop when I've had issues with alternator/battery needing to be checked and inspected, front brakes replaced, a defective instrument panel removed, repaired and replaced, an O2 sensor inspected and fixed and so on and so forth.
