I just assumed this was a cost-effective place for my auto body shop to get my tires aligned, but it turns out that Yelp loves this shop! I saw a 2021 Congratulations certificate from Yelp. My tires were aligned in April 2023. However, in October 2023, my tire store said my front tires were wearing down faster, and I noticed my car wasn't driving straight. I called ProTech to ask if the work was still under warranty. Turns out tires can get misaligned within a week, so there is no guarantee. However, Protech said to come in and let them have a look. $60 for a tire alignment if it ended up being necessary. I thought that was very reasonably priced. The technician drove the car up and down the driveway, but he couldn't detect anything. He hooked my car up to the tire alignment machine to generate a printout that showed my tires were still within acceptable alignment range. He also switched the front left and right tires with each other, but the car still drifts (I will need new tires soon). Normally, it would cost $20 to check the tire alignment numbers, but he kindly didn't charge me. What generous service to ensure customer happiness and satisfaction. read more

I looked around for a weeks for a shop that would lower my mustang (lowering springs and adjustable pan-hard bar) and install new slotted and drilled rotors for a fair price. He looked at it for free and determined the linkages needed more grease and added the grease again for free. When I first called I thought it was more than one person who works there, but it's a single garage auto shop. I thought I had to recharge my ac only because it wasn't blowing cold. When he checked on my car instead of cheating me, he told me that I had a hole on my freon tube. Very nice guy! My brand new RAM 2500 developed a case of road wondering out of no where. Took my truck to the dealership and they said the alignment was off and they corrected. The truck didn't wonder as bad but the steering was still off and started to pull to the right. Took my truck to the dealership again and they confirmed that alignment was "within spec" and there are no problems. They rotated the tires just in case. Got my truck back and right away I noticed that the steering was still off and still pulling to the right. The "covered by your warranty" wasn't really free anymore since it was wasting my time. A friend of mine recommend Protech Auto. I hesitated a little because I have never heard of this place but decided to give it a shot. The place was clean and organized. Oleg got my truck on alignment rack and informed me that alignment and the steering wheel were both off. Did the alignment and to my surprise he charged me a little more than half of what other shops usually charge for a truck alignment. Drove my truck home and the issues were solved. I have to say, I was very impressed with the service I got from Oleg. This was my first time going to his shop. My a/c wasn't blowing cold air like last summer. I called his shop and requested a quote. I got it and 15 minutes after arriving at his shop, he started working on it. Honesty is key and I believe I got that from him.
