However, when I finally arrived and they still took my car to get serviced. I was quoted a wait time of up to 4 hours. Thankfully, there is a waiting room and I'm a very patient person who still is going through many emails and other appointments... that'll keep me busy. As I sat inside, the woman working there with blonde hair was amazing to talk to. We talked about rock legends, rock music, Aftershock... I was almost sad even she had to go back to work. I did over hear her conversation on the phone about a program that helps you with the financial part of your car's site conditioner. I wish I knew about that last year, lol. Check out the pic I posted with this review for that info! If you don't want to wait around, there is a shuttle offered to take you wherever you want to go around Sacramento. There is also the restaurant 'Cricket' available to go eat. I just kept busy talking to the woman who worked there and another customer... and my phone. After an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours, my car was ready. They didn't see an issue with the ac. Although I don't feel like it gets as cold as a 2023 vehicle should get... my 2009 scion (RIP) would get so ice cold, I would have to turn it up. I think I would've felt better if they could've at least recharged the compressor. As for the plastic cover around my rear view mirror, it was fixed and the etching of the catalytic converter was done. They have AMAZING customer service skills and Paul, who was in charge of my vehicle, gave me his card in case I have any future questions. Super customer service skills, communication, and it sounded like a fun business to be at. Killing time was super easy

I recently got new tires and worked on my truck's suspension so I made an appointment @8am. I show up early 7:45 pm and checked in gave them keys everything, my truck doesn't get driven until 8:30. 45mins of waiting... why even make appointments. 2. When I request appointment, I specifically only said truck alignment. When I arrived they tried to sell me a "multi point inspection" for $10 which I denied and said I already changed my brake pads and rotate my tires and not need it. After my alignment, the guy still shows me a list of things I need (spark plugs, air filter, fuel system cleaning) which I happen to replace myself not too long ago.... I'm like why? I told you I didn't need you to inspect other things just give me what I came in for. They are just "fishing" for service. 3. When I arrived I told them I got new tires and worked on my truck's suspension, steering wheel when dead center, truck drives to right. After I left still same thing, problem was not addressed. They spend 8:30am-9am not fixing what I came in for.. but checking to see if they can sell me other things. 0 stars if I can.

Today after a day before I walked in to M&M Tires on Auburn Blvd. Since I speak Arabic at least I…read moreunderstand I can tell you about the worst experience I've had. I brought my own serpentine belt from a good brand and the original size which I purchased at AutoZone and they guaranteed that the belt is the right size and very good quality. Although when I arrived we agreed $50 replacement and it will take 5 minutes. So I agreed no papers no estimate just a yes from Muhammad from Afghanistan. I was ok with. Since I drove the car and shut it off in the meantime Muhamed and his guys went to work on the car, suddenly the size of the belt (which exactly the same was put in) didn't work for him so I accepted another $30 for his belt. But he specifically said 10-15 minutes and the part will arrive. I had my 88 year old father with me so it took an hour and part didn't arrive so I kindly asked if the part is on it's way and explained it's reason that my Dad is 88 with a heart condition which they didn't give a damn. Not inviting us to the sitting area just playing dumb and an hour passed I asked for the old belt to be put back and I can't wait unless I know upfront. They put the old belt back on within 1min and 35 seconds (have video to prove). I took my belt that in the end fits my car and said thank you and left by starting my car and driving off. Not even a mile down the street serpentine belt fell off and I couldn't drive nor push the car. But I went to on foot to Closest AutoZone and I was given a free belt different size just to promise to return one. After an hour of walking around calling the M&M Tire letting them know what happened and that they should take responsibility and do something, coming to fix their shitty work or tow the car back to their shop but the BOSS was so unkind , mean end ego tripper said no, why would they. Ok I am still with no belt on the vehicle hours are passing my 88 year sick and old father is getting tired. So I am getting a tow vehicle towing it to the shop "Manzanita auto care". Where belt gets replaced with the original one that I brought with to M&M Tires which apparently didn't fit but it fits the exactly the same belt. So I would suggest to everyone do not give yourself headaches by going to the M&M Tires since this is a business. I spent exactly $340 for towing , belts and replacement at another shop which I will have pretty much the same opinion. No paper, no nothing but reading and referencing my plates to cross-references the part is something that is verbal consumer information sharing with a third party. Lawsuit follows, all I wanted to fix their mess. But they don't do it.

We made eye contact multiple times, but neither acknowledged me or indicated they'd be with me shortly. I waited while they continued their conversation. One eventually walked into another room, and the other stepped away to take a phone call--without saying a word to me. At no point was I greeted or even acknowledged, so I left and went to America's Tire & Auto Service down the street. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes and were already at my car when I arrived. Customer service starts with basic acknowledgment. Unfortunately, that was completely absent here.

It's a huge pain for me to do it, so I was delighted it was done for me! BUT even MORE above average is that he put all the tire changing tools back into the slots under the cargo floor where they belong! I felt really taken care of. Overall, I had a quick and painless experience with getting my flat tire plugged. There was a screw in it. It was $20. The guy sitting behind the counter greeted me as soon as I walked in, came out to my car right away, and took the tire into the shop, then asked me to park in the shop bay, although I didn't understand why at the time, I hadn't expected anything other than a tire repair, so it was a very positive experience to have everything put back to normal. I would definitely recommend them, and I'll go back to them in the future.
