I live about an hour away, so I called about getting these 2 tires replaced, but instead I feel like I've been given the runaround and keep hearing "AS-IS." At this point, between what I paid and what I'm having to spend to correct the situation, I could have bought 4 NEW rims and tires. In my opinion, I feel SCAMMED. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, respected, and confident that I was dealing with a professional and honest team. I actually found them by chance when my tires were low and I thought I needed a tire patch. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they were honest and told me my tires were fine. I already knew they were getting old and needed to be replaced, so that honesty really stood out to me. My van has almost 300,000 miles (290K!), so it definitely needed some attention. I had Expert Tires & Brakes replace the suspension, replace two tires, perform an alignment and oil change, and replace my axles. All for a very reasonable price. Disappointing experience -- dishonest and poor troubleshooting…read more I bought and replaced two used tires here, but immediately after leaving, my car's TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) stopped reading pressure entirely. That evening, I checked the tires and discovered they had replaced one of my OEM sensors with a cheap aftermarket replacement without telling me. When I returned the next day to ask them to fix it, they scanned the tires, insisted everything was fine, and told me to just drive a few miles for the system to reset. After two days of driving with no readings, I took my vehicle to a different shop. They diagnosed the issue, reprogrammed the TPMS computer, and got it working immediately. Bob's Quality Tires damaged my sensor, swapped it out without disclosure, failed to fix their own mistake, and sent me on my way with a non-working system. No transparency, no apology, and no compensation. I will not be returning.

We were fortunate that they happened to have on hand another Honda CRV wheel available that had been powder coated so we could see the actual color and texture when it would be completed. We are very happy with the price, the service, the quality of work performed, and the professionalism of the entire team there. Car was held securely for two days, and communications were excellent. I would be remiss if I didn't note that our in-laws, who purchased a 2025 CRV similar to ours shortly after we bought ours, brought their car in the following week to have their wheels done, as well, and they share our sentiment that this was a great investment. Those benefits were part of my package deal when i got the car. The rear view mirror cover had also come loose. I was late coming here because I lost the address. Sorry guys! However, when I finally arrived and they still took my car to get serviced. I was quoted a wait time of up to 4 hours. Thankfully, there is a waiting room and I'm a very patient person who still is going through many emails and other appointments... that'll keep me busy. As I sat inside, the woman working there with blonde hair was amazing to talk to. We talked about rock legends, rock music, Aftershock... I was almost sad even she had to go back to work. I did over hear her conversation on the phone about a program that helps you with the financial part of your car's site conditioner. I wish I knew about that last year, lol. Check out the pic I posted with this review for that info! If you don't want to wait around, there is a shuttle offered to take you wherever you want to go around Sacramento. There is also the restaurant 'Cricket' available to go eat. I just kept busy talking to the woman who worked there and another customer... and my phone. After an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours, my car was ready. They didn't see an issue with the ac. Although I don't feel like it gets as cold as a 2023 vehicle should get... my 2009 scion (RIP) would get so ice cold, I would have to turn it up. I think I would've felt better if they could've at least recharged the compressor. As for the plastic cover around my rear view mirror, it was fixed and the etching of the catalytic converter was done. They have AMAZING customer service skills and Paul, who was in charge of my vehicle, gave me his card in case I have any future questions. Super customer service skills, communication, and it sounded like a fun business to be at. Killing time was super easy
