Great Hong Kong style noodle place with a good selection of lo-mein and rice casseroles. The pork and chive dumplings were perfect. read more

Everything tastes great here but I especially enjoyed the soup dumplings. I also had their wonton noodle soup and fried chicken wings. The atmosphere was clean and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Even though this restaurant has multiple chains, they are doing a good job with delivering quality food. read more

Went here for dinner .. had the steam crab meat dumplings, shrimp wonton lo mein and beef noodle. Pretty good for bay ridge. It's not east seafood harbor but than again many cant be. If you want authentic chinese food without it being takeout in bay ridge this is a great place. Staff was super friendly! read more

Came here after seeing a few of my friends check in and decided to give this place a try. The decor is basic and cute the food is a hit and miss, I had the wonton noodle soup and was not a fan it was quite awful to be honest. However their siew lung bao (soup dumplings) were quite good. I enjoyed that they had a lot of crab meat and the soup was flavorful. Their steamed rice roll (wun jurng Churng fun ) was quite good as well, I would not recommend their hk style milk tea as it lacked in flavor even though the drink itself was quite dark. I would come back if I was in the area or if I was craving siew lung bao and didn't want to go to flushing. I am glad that they opened a hk style cafe in this area which gives me options next time I am in the mood for hk food. read more

This place has the best wonton noodle soup, a must order on every visit. But it is not kids friend. If they have more space between tables for kids movement will be better. read more

Was looking for a quick bite to eat while strolling around the area, decided to take a chance here, to my surprise I liked everything thy had to offer, place looked clean, it was not too noisy, we were quickly greeted and seated, food didn't take long to come out and tastes amazing, much better than other "fusion" places. price is fair as well! Will definitely be coming back again read more

The WORST experience of trying to oder from a phone call. Today I was trying to order a delivery from the restaurant, and the woman who accepted my call have the WORST and IMPATIENT attitude for no reason. I wish I could give zero stars if I could! read more

I rarely leave comments but this one gave me an Extremely TERRIBLE experience!! Terrible service and horrible environment!! Dirty desks and plain food!! Two of the service ladies were rude, unresponsive and extremely unfriendly!! Still I gave them 18% service fee which I considered like giving to a charity. Will not come again and please do not come!! There are so many better Chinese restaurants out there with much better service and less cost!! read more

The hot pot rice was yum. I loooooved the fried dumpling. Pork and chives in it. The steamed noodles with peanut sauce was ok. Not my favorite but it was well done. We wanted the soup dumpling but they sold out! We got there around 9pm, so I'm not surprised that they sold out. But I guess that means it's good enough to sell out. So I have to come back and try it some day. The price of it though, isn't the cheapest, but I guess the rent isn't cheap at their location. read more

New restaurant right off the main streets of Bay Ridge 86th Street, this place has some authentic Chinese food. It's a good mix between Cantonese/HK style food and Shanghai cuisine, so I ordered some crab meat yee noodles along with crab meat Shanghai soup dumplings. The soup dumplings had really good but delicate skin, which was good because tough skin would make it difficult to eat. The soup was SUUUPER rich and had a lot of crab meat within it, not to mention they were bigger than the average soup dumplings they serve in Chinatown. Definitely offering some top notch XLB's. The service was super nice and seated us fast although it was a weekend night and we waited 20 minutes for seats. The yee noodles were cooked to perfection, and although I'm not a huge fan of those noodles, they made it taste pretty good. The presence of crab meat was definitely there for both dishes, and they did not shy away. You can tell this place attracts a lot of Asian families because of the style of the restaurant. In addition, this is Bay Ridge we're talking about! Instead of making a journey down to 8th Avenue or Bensonhurst, this place has some solid and authentic Asian cuisine. I'll be coming back for more XLB's! read more

Delicious soup dumplings made fresh every day. Really excited to come back and try the clay pot rice dishes. cute little spot. Not crowded and clean. Perfect for a quick meal. read more

The 3.5 star made me iffy about this place but I am so glad I gave it a try! Delicious food with many options. Will definitely be back!

This is a great local place for homey HK style food. The atmosphere is really casual and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I usually come here for the steamed soup dumplings as well as the pan fried buns with condensed milk (amazing, not too heavy and just fried enough). The HK style milk tea is also great (served hot or cold) as well as HK style coffee. The curry fish balls is a good option too although I think it is a little pricey compared to other places but they use a thicker type of curry which makes it stand out. Will definitely be back! read more

Nice casual eatery with a more modern take on your typical Chinese restaurant. Dishes are more in the way of traditional homestyle cookings like congee and noodle soups with ingredients like pig stomach, tripe, and old fashioned eggs. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very efficient. Great experience and will return. read more

I used to literally come here every week with my friend but we cannot return now. We'd always order around $50 worth of food for TWO PEOPLE! There are two waitresses here who are very rude, hostile, and unprofessional. I don't know their names. But you'll know who I'm talking about by how loud and obnoxious they are. I ask one can I sit at a particular location. The place is almost empty and she makes a hissing sound under her breathe and shakes her head. She throws our teas on the table. She wanted us to sit right in front of the bathroom so we could smell of toilet. As soon as we're seated her loud friend gives us menus and ONE MINUTE LATER (LITERALLY) she asks us, "Are you ready to order yet?" We tell her no we need more time. So what does she do? She stands RIGHT BEHIND US near the counter sneezing and coughing. I was so disgusted. We walked out. This isn't the first time these two ladies have been very rude to us. We always The older man who I believe is the owner was not there. He was always very friendly to us. He should understand his staff is everything. We will never be returning to this location and will be going to the other Chinese restaurant down the street with polite wait staff. The two waitresses in question. One is on the chubby side. The other is very loud and obnoxious. We've been supporting this place since 2015. I will NEVER be returning! read more

Order take out almost every weekend, soup dumpling and curry oxtail are my favorite. Highly recommended!

I like Hong Kong style food, this place is as authentic as it can be. Make sure you try their beef brisket and tendon. Keep in mind, this is not American style Chinese food, do not expect the same kind as you get from the take out places. This is how real Chinese food comes out in Hong Kong. read more

E Noodle - Braised pork!!! Traditional now I don't have to wait for someone to have s baby to enjoy them. - Noodles Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Great HK style food in Bay Ridge. I love coming to this location as well at the location in Chinatown. Soup dumplings are great. Can rival the Shanghai spots in terms of quality. Noodle soups are great, the broth here is better than most places. I love the noodle soup with curry squid and fried pork skin. Pan fried beef noodles with tomato is excellent. The hot pot rice casseroles are all excellent as well. Great place for a meal or for takeout. read more

Food and environment is good. I usually come here with the family. Enjoy our visit.

The staff are super nice and fast with service. Definitely need to try the soup dumplings - best in Brooklyn!

This review is purely for the soup dumplings. The skin is nice and thin. You don't get a mouthful of dough when you bite into it; just hot, tasty soup. I thought Joe's Shanghai had the best soup dumplings, but I was so, so wrong. I went back to them after trying E Noodle's and Joe's Shanghai's is crap. read more

I used to be here have lunch or dinner with my family but today I almost be killed. Beef stew was toooooooo hard to chew then I can not swallow. I was difficult breathing that I feel like I'm almost pass away. My mom used her finger to take the beef stew out from my gullet. And the boss was here and doesn't come to see what was happened. I will never to come this fxxking place again in my life time. Very bad experience and unforgettable. read more

The service extremely bad today. Every time ask for something the waitress responds to me I'm busy. Do I pay for this is kind of service! Is that I don't need to pay or tip them. Legit Hong Kong eatery. My father in law said it was his first time in decades in America that he had some of the dishes they offer. Their soup dumplings rival the best in Brooklyn. Their clay pot rice was excellent, wonton soup was great, and beef chow fun (i prefer no gravy version) was perfect. I wish they had egg breakfast and roast pork, but you can't get everything... Oh, and their Lo Mein is not like Americanized Chinese food, it's traditional HK so basically a sauceless thick udon noodle. If you need to feed a kid here just get the beef ball noodle soup with mei fun noodles (cut up the meatball and take out the fatty bits). read more

loved their beef ho fun and soup dumplings perfect place to make a stop before hopping on the train. ty!

Very good food at an affordable price. Variety of dishes. Clean bathroom. Nice decor.

Yum!!!! Perfect? No but we ordered late. Veggie dumplings had shrimp which excluded me from part of my dinner but all the rest was so delicious I didn't care! I do wish there wete more vegetarian dishes but I will come back again and have fingers crossed while I wair. Go. read more

I've only ordered take out from here and it's amazing!! The noodles were always al dente - it's difficult to have perfect noodle soup especially delivering a mile away. I've had the beef stew and the three dumpling noodle soups and they were both amazing. They are generous with the meat in the congee as well. Don't forget to add fried crullar into the congee. It's perfectly fried - light, airy and perfectly crisp. Highly recommended and would definitely try to dine in one day. read more

Since the lockdown, I haven't ordered much takeout and the few times I did, it was horrible. I never ordered from E Noodle before so I was a little nervous, but the food not only came quick and hot, but was perfectly packaged (the soup dumplings came in little individual cups, not stuck to a container like most places do it! Such a good idea and it was like taking little dumpling shooters, which is convenient when you don't have the proper soup spoons at home. Love it! The roast duck was insanely juicy and delicious, the soup dumplings were flavorful perfection, the Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce was tender and packed with flavor, and the fried bbq pork buns were a delightful, decadent treat. I'm now obsessed with this place and I'll be ordering again soon. Having good takeout was something I took for granted before and having something simple like amazing Chinese takeout makes things feel okay, even just for a few minutes. Thank you for the great meal! read more

First off, I would like to address my issue with some of the other negative reviews. Joe's Shanghai is not a benchmark for soup dumplings... It's more of a hyped up tourist attraction. These soup dumplings are definitely worth the price they charge. The crab meat soup dumplings are sweet without the fishy taste you might get at other places. The staff is nice and helpful as well. This is now one of my go to places to grab a bite when I'm in the mood for Chinese. read more

The food was flavorless and tasted low quality. Didn't even finish the soup dumplings because the filling was unidentifiable. They also gave us a meat dumpling soup even though we had ordered a shrimp dumpling soup. Would not recommend. read more
