I have never felt so unwanted by a nail salon before! I came in to get a fill and pedicure and the pedicure was great no complaints at all. However the "manger" was negative from the start. My nails were exactly 2 weeks old and I got a full set previously so I just needed a fill. She tried telling me that nails were "lifting". Which is a lie I saw no lifting in them at all. The only two that were were my pinky and thumb, and that's because I bight them, which I explained to her. I kept telling her that I do not want a full set, there was no need for it. She then went to the extent to take pictures and make me feel completely uncomfortable. I finally told her you know what I'll go somewhere else. Her response was thats a good idea! She literally turned away business because of her ego! Completely wrong I would never recommend this place to anyone. You should want to make your customers happy not turn them away! They state that it was bad quality where I went before but they were great quality and had better reviews then them. Only TWO NAILS were lifting and thats because I bite the sides of them! Went in this morning as I needed a confidence booster being pregnant, I found this tiny clean nail shop open at 9am. 2 beautiful ladies helped me right away with a gel mani pedi and after a long time honestly, I felt like the nail techs spent time on me and on the service! Usually you go to such spots and they tend to rush you but it was indeed a nice interaction here. They eventually had other walkins coming in but didn't change their service towards me. Between the two services, and being worked on together on my hands and feet, the services ran over an hour with enough attention to nail trimming and upkeep , and massage. Good job ladies. This is the best nail salon I've been to! I came in to get a full set and showed Holly a picture of what I wanted. She told me upfront it would be $35 which is really reasonable with gel and considering how nice it is inside. It is very clean and bright, and looks more boutique-y than any nail salon I've been to. She took time to get each nail exactly right and checked with me multiple times about the length. I didn't call ahead and it wasn't too busy but I would still recommend calling bc they do take their time to make sure everything is perfect! Review base on July 21,2015 I waited a month to write this review, because a great aesthetician work doesn't show until 2 weeks after. Anyways, if you need a great and thorough extraction done, this is the place to go! I get a facial monthly, and I have to say, Christine did a wonderful job removing my black and white heads, especially around my nose (without breaking any of my capillaries). I'm from Hawaii and I wear sunscreen everyday so it was not easy to open up my clog pores and extract in one sitting. (I usually would break up my deep pore cleansing with a 10 day gap bc that is how tight and clog my pores are) I have another facial in 2 days and I think my lady will just have to massage me longer bc there's still not much to do! Started going to this place about 10 months ago when they were still called cp beauty + nails. Loved it at first, even recommended and took several of my friends to this business. After they changed their name the quality of service went down hill. The last time I got my nails done there(about 3 months ago) the lady shaved my nails so thin that she actually got to my skin in the middle of one of my nails. My sister and I received a deep clean facial from Christine. It was great! Christine was able to clear up a lot of the congestion areas in our faces. We were super happy for that! We also got mani/pedis. My mani/pedi came out great. My sister on the other hand did not like her mani/pedi. According to her, the mani/pedi (cleaning portion) was great. Some of the worst service I ever got. I called in to see if there was a wait for walk-ins and they told me to go and they'll take me right away. I showed up 10 minutes later,(there were only 3 employees and one was occupied with someone else) they put me in a chair and started my pedicure about 15 minutes in, someone who had an appoitment shows up and leaves because she had to wait 10-15 minutes (which I totally understand) but the lady that was doing my full set kept telling/blamimg me like it was my fault her customer left. First of all i called in, thats miscommunication on their part, plus, she kept stopping in the middle of doing my nails to check yelp to make sure she didn't get a bad review. Do that on your own time. (Plus, one of my nails fell off in a week, they weren't even done correctly) She was very rude and I will not recommend this place to anyone. In response to your last comment... No I didn't, I went in 3-4 weeks ago for a full set and pedicure. I would remember. I was recommended by a friend and with the service I received I would NOT recommend to anybody. I never had to sign in so there's no record of me on that paper you are talking about. The employee that did my nails stopped and checked her phone 2 or 3 times looking to see if they received a bad review (I was annoyed) and the whole time she kept telling me about the customer that walked out and how I took the time for her nail appointment (which I get why she walked out in the first place, but don't try and blame your customers for your miscommunications). I felt no guilt because you guys lost your customer (2 now), that is not my problem. You asked for honest reviews and I'm giving my honest experience, I'm sorry you don't like it.
