I have still never heard back even after letting the secretary know that this was an issue. It's October and time to move on to another company. I was given quotes for a replacement system that seemed to be very high. I got quotes from several other companies that were significantly lower. However the tech from Reupert wanted to re-evaluate the system and the heat exchanger does NOT need to be replaced and Chris made several adjustment to allow the unit to run better.
