When inside the house the technician kept calling the boss and confuses, stated I need an Freon and color dye to test for leak, but why they didn't do it for the first time instead of double charge. This time another $483 now total about $1000. I was quoted to replace the coil which is $4339 which is one year warranty. I'm sure they're scamming me for the truth. I called another HVAC my neighbor referred me. They came out with no charge inspected my HVAC unit from the leaks got a complete install for 10 years warranty for $1466. They came out within a week later with the coil and installed professionally done. Fayette Heating & Air wanted $4339 compared to $1466 it's a big scammer Fayetta. And I can see you got lots of complaints with 1 & 2 Stars you should stop this scams practices. $1466 professional installed instead by another HVAC Company. You were trying to scam me for $4339

Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

A technician from Arlinghaus HVAC was assigned to inspect my AC system because I was signed up for…read morea "Happy House Program" it was included in the membership. My system was running well and did not need any service, when the Technician left, my system was not operating the same as when he started, My Central Air was not cooling my house and the system blower sounded different. I have lived in my house long enough to know how it sounds and feels, The person who worked on my system created the problem in order to create a service call and an unnecessary bill for a problem that he inserted. This is not the way to maintain customers or good reviews. If your service is not broken, the service person should not be out generating revenue. I was very concerned when he was measuring the amount of Freon as I heard a loud hiss as the vapors were being released. BTW, the same service person bypassed a safety cut-off device in my furnace last winter and, I had to buy the electrical device and reinstall it for the safety of my home. I am very dissatisfied with their procedures.

I am not sure if Apollo is a good company to work for, but their employees are exceptional and hopefully Apollo is treating them the way they deserve to be treated because they don't want to lose any of the workers we had an experience with....The gentleman with the movie tattoo was clearly a kind person, going the extra mile and all of the technicians we encountered listened and explained everything. I recently got a quote to fix a small gas leak at a fitting that goes to the water heater…read more Duke had already come out and told me exactly where the leak was, and that it was caused by the pipe dope drying out after 40 years. The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. Duke came out inspected and turned the gas on. $1,695 for 45 minutes of work is disgraceful. You are taking advantage of people. I will be watching and reporting if you try to take my review down.
