I was given quotes for a replacement system that seemed to be very high. I got quotes from several other companies that were significantly lower. However the tech from Reupert wanted to re-evaluate the system and the heat exchanger does NOT need to be replaced and Chris made several adjustment to allow the unit to run better. I will now use this company for routine service and for when I do need a replacement Reupert will be getting my business.

We have a huge filter Merv11 and ultra violet light to kill molds and bacteria, which living at a lake definitely needs this help. Ben also corrected all the less then average work our builder had done. We noticed a difference immediately and so excited to have had it done. Worth every penny!!! Before doing so, I compared prices on new systems from four other local big name HVAC companies who came out to measure assess and give me quotes and was pleasantly surprised that Air-One's price was very competitive--in fact i saved money by going with him compared to the other 4 companies. He also worked to make sure I got a Duke rebate of $300 for the new system. He shows up on time as promised for his service appointments, had very good communication with me as a customer and really knows his stuff! He listens to me when I tell him something is going on with our furnace and what I have noticed . He's been cleaning up a mess that the company I used for years created and charged me an arm and a leg for - including an intermittent gas leak coming from inside the furance because the parts were not tightened enough . I had the 1st. company come out and the guy said there was no gas leak ( but he didn't even use a gas sniffer to check it ) . But then he wants to add more duct to my duct work . At that point I was done with that company . I contacted Mike the day of the blizzard because the temperature totally dropped in our house . I thought he'd come out the next day . Turns out he came that day during the blizzard . Turns out the other company guy disconnected the 2nd, stage boost to the heat . Mike figured it out right away - fixed it and we had heat again . I called early Saturday morning for a service tech to come check out what was going on with the furnace. Greater Comfort offered 24 hr service and answered immediately when I called. There was a service tech available 2 hrs from when I called. Jessie was polite, clean, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and gave me great options. He offered other services but didn't try to upsell, or pressure me. this was the best experience I have had in a long time with a service company!
