He let me know he could come out ASAP or in the morning. We ended up waiting till the morning since it was already cooling down outside. After about 10 minutes of checking out our Goodman system it was determined a capacitor was bad. He quickly replaced our capacitor and had the A/C unit repaired & up and going in no time! He also educated us on what to watch out for in the future to prevent a similar issue. Thanks for the quick response.

His evaluation was similar to a commercial heating company, although much more affordable, and he was more than willing to perform the service that day. He did the evaluation Monday night and by Tuesday night. I had a new furnace with warranty and my house was warm. He and his coworker were extremely proficient, efficient, kind and courteous, and they completed the installation. They hauled out the old furnace, and cleaned up after themselves. I would give 10 stars if able. (Terry also confirmed that he wasn't able to get replacement parts for my 18yo furnace, from any other suppliers. Plus the fact that my old furnace life expectancy was 15-20 years. ).

We had a new hvac unit put in February. Since then our ac unit has frozen over 5 different times…read morewith a technician coming out everytime to "fix" the problem. They talked my wife into an upgraded air filter would fix the problem which it did not so they were able to get more money from us. We were talked into their monthly plan and we have been grateful that they come out within a day but it is getting ridiculous that this keeps happening and they are not fixing the problem and upcharging to things we don't need and did not want. I would be happy if they fixed it but they are coming out to "fix" their equipment every few weeks which is getting very old. I shouldn't have to keep taking off work and making sure we are home for the time they will be here for a brand new unit that we should trust to work and it doesnt. We will be calling again in the morning to set up yet another technician to come out. We spent a lot of money and want everything to work as it was advertised even if they finally admit they did something wrong and we got a bad unit that needs to be replaced.

Like everything mechanical, the AC will fail when the temps are in the 90s. Our heat pump needed a board replacement just last week when the temps were close to zero. This was our experience: Timeliness The field employee arrived late, not a very good first impression however one understands that time delays sometimes are inevitable. Presentation The stench of cigarette on the person who came to do the job trailed after him. It was beyond uncomfortable trying to talk to him with that stench all about him and show him around where all the different components were. Cleanliness I had just cleaned the floors of my house last night, after this gentleman was done my floors were a complete mess. He didn't bother at the very least about dragging dirt with his dirty shoes & left messy footprints all over my house. Pressure to Buy I must have told him 10 times that I would evaluate his quote for further services and get back to him. He kept insisting until I told him I could no longer discuss the matter with him because I had to get back to work. He backed off after that however just before leaving returned to offer me an "under the table" cash deal because he just didn't want my system to fail on me. There are small holes in my wall next to my vents. It took MONTHS to get through to them. When I finally did, it took another month to speak w/ someone from the company. He said he mailed me a check for $150 for repairs. I didn't receive it and I called him. He said he put the wrong address on it and it came back to him. It's been a month!!! STILL NO CHECK!!!!! I wish I knew what to do next to take further action. I would hate to pay an attorney for this, but it's such bad business something should be done!!!!
