I have eaten at many Coltons all over the USA and wanted to see if this location was just as good or better than other Colton's locations. When I arrived it was at the beginning of dinner service and already starting to fill up with diners. The hostess asked me if I wanted the bar or dining room and I chose the dining room. When I was seated the server in my section came to my table within a few minutes. Once she went over some of the items that Colton's is known for, she took my drink order and gave me some time to choose my meal. I ordered the Filet with a side of grilled shrimp and green beans. When my server dropped off my beer, she also came with a basket of fresh hot rolls, which were right out of the oven and the butter melted on the buns making it a great snack while I waited for my food. My steak came out cooked just a little over medium-rare, so not quite how I wanted it but I did not complain, as it was a very good cut of beef, and tasted very good.
