The absolute worst place to eat and even more horrible customer service. Got into town late on…read moreMonday 4/1/3024 so not a lot of places to pick from at 8PM. Decided just to get something quick to take back to hotel and eat. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with bacon and cheese. While I'm waiting for my food I hear a girl in back yelling "I told you all we are out of bacon" while walking towards the back so I figured she was getting more. About 15 minutes later I was handed my bag. I looked inside and pulled out the fry's and asked if that was really the small fry. Had to be maybe 7 fry's in it. The girl that handed me my bag (black and red hair) said that was all they had so that was all I got. I'm like we'll cook some more then but she had walked away. I. Left and went and checked into my room got upstairs and pulled out my food. Well I was wrong about cooking more bacon, they must have just scraped up scraps and put on my sandwich there was about 3 little pieces on it then to top it off everything was ice cold and the hotel was 2 minutes away from Popeyes. Filled out the survey and asked to be contacted and have still heard nothing. I would stay away from this place as there are other places that service the same food but probably better. I have attached pictures as well. Also not sure about the cleaning habits ether. There were using a hose and sprayer to spray the floors down in the kitchen while still preparing food. Doesn't seem to sanitary to me.

We stopped at this location for lunch while visiting Batesville yesterday. It was the best…read moreexperience. The food and service were great and the staff was friendly, attentive and courteous. My husband and I noticed that the manager had everything running smoothly and had the respect of her staff while doing it. She was everywhere, from greeting customers, assisting employees and even cleaning tables. We even heard her complimenting employees for a job well done. We were so happy to see a manager operate in this manner that we asked her name before leaving. Latishee Stapleton is definitely a keeper. You just don't see anyone with her attitude, pride in service and example to employees much in this day and time. GREAT JOB!

The lunch hours are the busiest, therefore leaving the service chaotic. Sometimes you will receive great service, but the food is often slapped together. The food is often cold and poorly constructed. I would not recommend getting your supper from this restaurant!

The McDonald's in Batesville advertises itself as "family friendly," but my experiences here have…read morebeen the complete opposite. Every time I come here, I'm met with negative attitudes and rude customer service. You can literally just be ordering at the drive-thru speaker and get attitude for no reason. This is honestly some of the worst customer service I've experienced at a McDonald's. It shouldn't be difficult to treat customers with basic respect. On top of that, I've specifically asked for no onions before, only to receive a burger with an excessive amount of onions. Not just a few that were accidentally left on -- there were so many that it honestly made no sense. It seemed like they put more onions than they normally would. Between the attitude, poor customer service, and orders not being made correctly, this location seriously needs to do better. Absolutely terrible experience.
