I wish it was possible to give a half of a star review, I placed a call in order at 3:10 pm today, to pick up a little after 5pm, arrived at the restaurant at 5:05pm and I received the same excuse as the last time, I'm sorry we had fryer issues and it will be another 18 minutes before we have the order ready. Cooperate if you read these reviews, maybe you should get that fryer fixed, it had extra crispy about to come out in one minute but for some reason, they didn't have my order. Thought we would give it a try since it was remodeled, not sure how it's possible but it's worse now. As soon as we walked in the first 3 tables were dirty. Walked up to the bar it was horrible looked like the food had been sitting out all day. When the girl finally came from the back I ask are you going to be replacing anything on the bar soon. And she said and I quote probably not till tomorrow said the pans are empty and the food that is there is dried out, she didn't say a word we walked out needless to say we will NEVER return. read more

Ever since they redid the inside and got new management the food and service is amazing. One of my favorite places to grab dinner. Prices are great , they always have good deals for good quantities of good food. read more

Since the renovation, the food has gotten a LOT better. The inside it nowhere near as dirty as it was! I can actually go enjoy the buffet now and not have to worry about being in a filthy environment while eating! The people who work there are typically friendly! The chicken is always fresh never cold! I genuinely enjoy going here now! read more

Never eat here. I ate here on 11/19/18 and got food poisoning. I also know of another woman who got food poisoning around the same time and ended up in the ER. It was unclean and the service was very poor. It is not worth eating here. I have never been more sick in my life. Please do not eat here. read more

After church,I placed an order for 12 piece meal,original, w/3 lg sides to go.I then drove home,30 miles, and we prepared to eat. The side dishes were fine,the chicken left MUCH to be desired. This chicken HAD to be leftover from night before and kept warm or reheated. At noon, no excuse for not having fresh chicken.We have been enjoying KFC for more than 50 years, this was my second problem at this store in two weeks. (poor and slow service) Service was much quicker today. We also enjoy Popeye's Chicken which is right next door. Popeye's may getting more of my business in the future. read more

You cannot have a restaurant where the men's room restroom sink is posted as "out of order". This KFC has been spiraling downward for a few years now. The remodel has only magnified the problems. Unattended, empty buffet pans. Grubby floors and unkempt workers. A real feeling of apathy towards patrons and maintenance of the store itself. Lay the blame where it belongs - on the manager. This remodel should have been the start of a "new day", instead it was rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, The manager should visit the KFC in Mtn Home and see how one should be run. Went in at 6:25, no chicken on buffet, mashed potatoes were almost gone and look like they were leftovers from lunch, mgr from back yelled at girl sweeping to come wait on me, when I asked if they had chicken for the buffet she just stared at me and when I said something about the potatoes just asked mgr 4 times when buffet ended which he finally yelled back, 7pm...so I just left...this place always has issues.. read more

I recently went to this establishment for chicken. Their customer service was poor. 1. Your supply chain issues are just that, yours. 2. Don't complain about #1 to your customers. 3. If you do have supply chain issues put a sign on your board outside. 4. (Most important) Listen to your customers' order and don't argue with them about it. I said all of that because I was treated with very little respect at my visit. As I placed my order, someone came over the intercom and informed me about the issues rather rudely. They specifically stated that I was unable to only receive one type of chicken and needed to amend my order to include a greater variety (I'd requested legs and thighs and, they chose to hear legs or thighs only). I'm unsure why they chose to be so rude about it, and I don't care. If you expect customers to keep coming back, and you're having supply chain issues,be proactive about it. Put a sign on your board at the drive through and on your counter inside. Also apologize for the inconvenience and offer something as an incentive to get something else. read more

The buffet is amazing and the staff is so friendly! There was a polite, young man at the front helped me get my food because I am in a wheelchair. The food was fresh and the service was even better. This is my favorite place to eat now. read more

I don't know how franchises are run, if the owner can manipulate how much of a certain ingredient is used in a national food chain food item, but this KFC has the SALTIEST fried chicken! Plain said. My husband can tolerate more salt than I can and even he will never go to another KFC again because of the salty coating on their chicken. We haven't been back since well over seven years ago. But, it seems we are in the minority as their All-You-Can-Eat does fairly well, which the locals seem to go whole hog on, as their body weight indicates. read more
