This fast food restaurant is different with the different shifts. The morning shift is quite excellent with the service. They are friendly and the food is hot, fresh, and served quite fast. The lunch hours are the busiest, therefore leaving the service chaotic. Sometimes you will receive great service, but the food is often slapped together. But, I would still give them a high recommendation considering how busy they are! The night shift crew usually consist of young teens that do not care about how they serve. An acquaintance and I went to use the restroom before leaving, as we opened the door to the bathroom we were greeted with a nasty look by a female employee. Me and my familiarity quickly walked out as we were taken aback by the dirty look we just had shot at us. We decided that we really did need to use the restroom so we decided to try again, we had hoped that maybe the lady had left and gotten whatever she need to done. As we opened the door we met with her again. She very quickly "SHOOED" us away with her hand and spoke to us in Spanish which we very obviously did not understand. Another horrific customer service experience at this McDonald's location in Batesville, Arkansas. I was waiting to pick up my mobile order inside the restaurant. I asked for a small cup to get some water while I waited on my order. The girl working the front desk, rolled her eyes and huffed, and then turned towards the automated self-order machines hoping somebody would walk over towards her that she could help instead. Just ignored me. I politely asked again. May I please have a small cup for some water while I wait? She actually turned around got a small cup and very angrily gave it to me and said here! Very sarcastically. Once my breakfast meal was placed upfront, I asked for a packet of strawberry jam and two packets of pepper. The response? Another very angry sarcastic. You actually want strawberry jam and pepper?!? I replied yes please. She again, angrily gave me the items, inexplicably handing me grape jelly instead, rolled her eyes and huffed again. I told her that I really didn't appreciate her attitude and asked what was the matter. At that point, she started cussing so I turned and left. I have had many such experiences since the store hired a new manager. if you politely complain to him, you are the problem he wants removed. His name is Earl Robinson. I believe he moved here from Houston, Texas. His response whenever the store gets something wrong with your order is to be angry at you and make it very difficult and embarrassing and loud to have it fixed. I have complained to McDonald's corporation, asked them to have the local franchisee owner to call me. Zero response. The employees are acting rude. The manager is mean towards customers, service at this location is terrible. The store is usually dirty, the employees have taken over the stool top counter by the drink station, that customers need to use. Employees taking deliveries out to the parking lot routinely about run over you bump into you and give you weird looks like get out of their way when you're trying to just get in or out of the restaurant or past "there table where they hang out and snack and keep their drinks". The employees clogging up this area make it difficult to get your own drink or napkin. I have enjoyed McDonald's all my life and especially appreciated the consistent quality of the food and good service at any location you go to. Freddy's burgers is next-door, Wendy's is down the street, Burger King is also nearby. All of these locations have wonderful employees and customer service experiences. And frankly, the manager shown in the picture is not to blame, he is allowed, even encouraged to run the store this way by the regional franchise owner and the McDonald corporation. I encourage others in Batesville to reach out to the McDonald's corporation and see what can be done to bring our McDonald's location back up to the high-quality standards this community deserves. read more

The worst McDonalds visit I have ever had. The lobby was nasty, the drink counter was nasty, no napkins, ketchup or straws. Placed an order at one of the mobile stations and it did not give a reciept. After waiting for over 5 minutes at the counter, a girl finally walked by and tried to get me a reciept but said neither of the two buttons on her screen would print it. There were many people standing and sitting waiting on food, and it didn't appear that anyone was a manager or in charge there. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Awful service! sat for 30 minutes at the first window after being told to order at the first one. This McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's possible. I'm a frequent visitor (3+ times per week) and they never fail to mess something up on the simplest order. They NEVER make my cheeseburgers plain, even when I'm allergic to some ingredients that come on a normal cheeseburger. When I call to let them know about their mistake, they don't believe my allergies and become incredibly difficult. On top of the the wait is extremely long and the buns are often very stale. I got food poisoning from McDonald's in this area twice, one time was with a hamburger the other time with chicken nuggets. I also found a hair in my food and when complaining to the staff whose hair happened to look exactly like the hair I found, my hair being pretty short compared to her own, she decided to glare at me. She didn't make a fuss, but considering the fact you could see that both me and my boyfriend were both shorthaired compared to the long hair found in our chicken it was not exactly a pleasant experience. Neither was the horrible food poisoning after. And now with the hepatitis A outbreak, as well as all of the talk about how they never clean out the ice cream machines and that's why they break down, I wouldn't go here again or to any McDonald's if you paid me. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Drive Thur would not even let us order what we wanted, ended up paying for someone else food. Had to wait on them to refund and then they dumped the cold food in the car and expected us to go on without even checking our order. The worst!!! read more
