Community gave me a quote and set a time to look at the car. At the time, it was a week, due to high volume. While not excited about that, I understand they are busy. I took my car in last night and got a call this morning about the car. They were confused why I took the car in because I wasn't on their schedule, despite doing it a week ago, but looked at it anyways (huge thumbs up for them here). When I asked for the price, it came in $200 higher then I was told twice on the phone. I explained the entire situation to Mike and he honored the price that was quoted to me. I got the call the car was ready two hours later and pick-up was a breeze. I know some would say that there were a few problems but that is some of the best costumer service I have seen in a long time and they were quick to fix it - I will be back. Thanks Mike!

Took car in for oxygen sensor errors and to be checked out. They charged $160 just to check it out…read morewithout doing anything ended up replacing One sensor which was the easiest to replace . Still had the errors afterwards and I was told that it would away . Had a clunk when I test drove and power steering noise was told he didn't know what the issue was with the power steering without checking it out and the clunking noise was a tie rod needed replaced but he couldn't check anything else out he was only checking out the oxygen sensor . So what was the $160 for? The tie rod ended up being a bad strut that broke going down the road if you enjoy throwing $160 away for absolutely nothing and not getting your vehicle fixed properly take it here

Back at the store we asked to see the Carfax report to see what it said about the A/C. The report clearly shows their service department worked on the A/C two months prior. When we got there the car we were to test drive was not even at the location, a salesman, not the one we'd been communication with, went and got the car from a different lot. The front door power locks would not work and when we went for a test drive the air conditioner was not working. The car was so dirty inside. What a waste of our time and gas. No way would I ever consider buying anything from a dishonest dealership like this.

I spent $13,000 on the car, $1,600 on warranty and repairs that were not covered because it was constantly breaking down and their mechanic did a lousy job of repairs, leaving us with the smell of burning oil inside the car. My 60 year old partner has c.o.p.d. and now she has to climb in and out of my tall 4X4 because the P.O.S. that we got from liberty isn't drivable and we still have to make payments so we can't afford the repairs. I took a closer look at the title and the color of the car doesn't even match the color on the title. Just a warning, Liberty Car Company will screw you, leave you making payments on a car that isn't drivable and then tell you its not fair to tell them what they did to you. My 1992 Chevy truck is more dependable.
