These guys were sent out by my home warranty service, 2-10. The technician came out within a couple of days, which I was pretty happy with. He seemed knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He talked about how expensive parts were for Trane units, yada yada yada, made it clear that they were going to move ahead with the repairs. I paid him $100 service fee. So far so good. After a few days, I check on my home warranty website and see that Dynasty still hadn't entered a diagnosis. That seemed odd, since they had already been out here and had made a diagnosis. I called Dynasty. Couldn't reach anyone. 2 weeks go by, and I still can't reach anyone at Dynasty after multiple attempts. Finally, I send them a message on their website, and I get a reply that "We don't work with your warranty service, and they know that." Hmmm. That's odd. If they don't work with them, why would they take the service request, send someone out, and take my $100? So I call back 2-10, and they say Dynasty told them they don't work with Trane units. That sounds pretty ridiculous, since Trane is one of the most common units out there, and this is, after all, a Heating & Cooling company. Whatever the case, they are lying about something and are completely unresponsive. Avoid these guys like the plague. read more

Absolutely amazing! What started as an HWA furnace claim ended with me having an HVAC company I will call on for years to come. These guys are the best. Full story - Dynasty came out for our furnace issue we submitted via HWA. Jesse arrived promptly in the promised time window (on a Saturday!). Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the issue, explained next steps and submitted his work to HWA. He explained how long home warranty might take as it is a complex process. His timing guess was accurate and helped us get our heads around how much has to happen for a furnace replacement. Once HWA jumped through all their hoops and communicated details to Jesse, we had a new Furnace installed within 24 hours. It was clear Dynasty cared about getting the job done right and in a timely fashion. They were never a source of delay or slowdown. I couldn't be more thrilled with Jesse, John and Dynasty. Super professional, knowledgeable, and clean. Jesse was all packed up and still unpacked his vacuum to clean up a tiny pile of debris (even though I insisted I didn't care - he unpacked and cleaned it up!). dynasty heating and cooling jesse installed the heat pump in august of 2020. No issues with that. But this winter, it stopped heating. So i called him as he said 10y warranty. he said he will be there that evening bw 2-4pm. I told him to call me when 10 min away as i had to make some schedule adjustments due to my work. Never showed up. called him no response. texted him, no reply. So i had to call someone else because it was extremely cold. They turned on the gas heat and said i cant fix the heat pump because it is their company policy not to work on a heat pump less than 3y old and i should contact the company who installed it. So i kept calling Jesse and texting him and he never got back with me. Had to hire another company eventually who fixed the pump. So here is what he cost me: 1- The time off i had to take the day he made the appointment. 2- The 365$ i had to pay the first company who turn on the gas heat. 3- My gas bill went very high compared to electric heat pump. 4- The 230$ that i had to pay the second company to fix the heat pump. 5- Time i wasted calling him leaving voice mails and texting him. So if you want to hire this guy, hope what he installs never go bad, because this guy is not coming back. I saw some other reviews regarding Dynasty on google, yelp and neighborhood app and people were complaining about how he is not reachable. I regret not checking those reviews before hiring him. On June 5th we notified 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, that our A/C was not coooling. They sent this company out. On June 8th, they came out and said a part had blown and they replaced it. On June 9th, they are called back out. This time they say that the A/C/heatpump needs a compressor. So the nightmare starts. They never turned in the paperwork with the diagnoses so the part could be ordered. There were so many Phone calls to Dynasty,only to have them go to voicemail. Never returning my calls or calls made on behalf of 2-10. I called 2-10 almost everyday about when Dynasty was coming out to replace the compressor. They kept telling me that he had not turned in the paperwork to request the order. Finally I speak with someone in purchasing. Dynasty did come out and told us that they replaced the compressor, but now something else was creating the problem. (Keep in mind that I am calling 2-10 so many times about this repair that I had to create a folder to keep track of all the notes.) We were without A/C for 30+days, and I told 2-10 and Dynasty that my husband had COPD and breathing the hot air was very stressful on him. After more calls, even 2-10 realized that Dynasty is not a responsible company, because their calls were also going to voicemail.. It, now July 7th and onother company comes out. Very professional! They told us that the compressor was never installed, because the old one was still there. (You know what this is called!!!) Shame on you Dynasty!!! I could go on, but I think you get the message. Our air conditioner stopped working in the summer and called jesse. He came out and changed the unit. Later when we had a problem, we tried to get in touch with him. He refused to answer his phone. Left voice messages, texts, finally got a response and he was supposed to come out and check it out. He never showed up and from there he totally ignored our calls. Jesse came out to via my home warranty company to find out why my air was not working. No compressor or capacitor was checked to see if they were faulty. He just took off the cover of the indoor unit and said some screw underneath the safety button was the cause and it had turned my system off. In all my years of owning a home, this nonsense was the first. My air stopped working 72 hours after he "supposedly" fixed the problem. Reported back to my home warranty. He was to come back today 8/31/18 between 3-6pm per our phone conversation at 8:07am on 8/31/18. I should have figured he was not coming back since he could not find my invoice from 8/27/18. In record breaking heat our air conditioning went out. Our warranty company 2-10 dispatched Dynasty Hvac. It took them less than an hour to fix our air! Jessie was super nice and even gave me a very money saving tip! I have Multiple Sclerosis so I can't be in extreme heat. It can cause me to pass out or worse cause an exacerbation which would put me in the hospital for a week. Right now it is 68 degrees in my house and 92 outside on October 1st. The company was called out by my home warranty company to service my A/C unit. When I believe Jeff/ Jess arrived my daughter was at the home and I spoke with him over the phone. I asked him if once he was done with the current issue if he could install a google thermostat that I had purchased? He said yes it would be $100. I said ok can you place the thermostat you are removing into my attic area. He said yes. I paid him a total of $175 which was the fee from my warranty company and what he was charging to install the thermostat. My husband and I left to go on vacation the next morning. My daughter called me while on vacation and said the house still had not cooled off. When I spoke to my daughter she stated that all he had done was changed the thermostat and not addressed the problem he was called out for. So, I then tried calling his cell phone to see if he would come back out. No answer. I then went back on my home warranty site and put in a duplicate request because the problem had not been resolved. He comes back out and now tells me that I have a different issue and wanted to charge me another $75 because he coded it as my thermostat was messed up. I advised him that I was not going to pay again after the issue was never fixed. Needless to say my air was so called "fixed now" that he came back the second time. He called the warranty company and I called them as well. I was advised that they would waive the fee and we could move on. The next day I start receiving threatening phone calls from him stating that he was going to give me until the end of the week to pay the $75 or he was going to file for a lien on my house or he was going to come take the parts off my house. I had to call the warranty company again to advise that I was being threatened and also get my husband involved because he was trying to take advantage of me being a female. Needless to say the warranty company said that he had no business contacting me and should have let them handle it and they were going to put in a complaint about his professionalism and the threats. I did, but had no choice because he is the contractor for 2-10 Home Warranty Company chosen by the seller (have your realtor insist on your choice of company). He is dishonest and will lie to make himself look good to the company. My unit was greater than 15 years old and used a phased out refrigerant. He recommended replacing the compressor which would have then lasted until the term of the warranty was up which was the goal. When questioned, he said this was not the best option and yet that is what he recommended. For this, he stole a $100 "deductible" that he said was required for him to submit a diagnosis to the warranty company. Deductible for what exactly? Sure... These guys were assigned to me by my home warranty company. They texted me to tell me (didn't ask for availability) that my appointment window would be from 2pm to 7pm that day (a 5 hour window). I took a half day from work and they never showed up. I left them a couple of messages asking if they were still planning on coming and just running late but received no response. Completely agree with Marc B's review on 10/2018. Jesse and Jon are the best. Came home to my 75-year-old mother sitting in a 83-degree heat soaked humid house over the Fourth of July weekend. She loves it warm, but it was obviously way too warm. I have no idea how long she had been without AC. I called One Hour (who we had a contract with - nearly $80 a month for maintenance) and they said they would not be able to get anyone out until the middle of the following week. This was all on July 3. I couldn't get anyone from the Indianapolis office and kept getting sent to a Call Center in the Philippines. I get that it's a holiday week but that's ridiculous. So my trip home was basically ruined. Oh, but wait! It gets better. Dynasty was sent out as subcontractors to fix the system and they said that the filter hadn't been changed in five years! Which caused the compressor and the THX valve to fail. Dial One also left a panel off the upstairs AC so it wasn't working properly either. And this was with Dial One coming out fall and spring like clockwork. Jesse was beside himself with how my mother had been treated. So in a way, I guess it was good that our system kaput or otherwise I would have never known what terrible customer service my mother was getting from Dial One. And I wouldn't have met Jesse. Now I have someone I can call locally who will get right over and take care of my mother. They came out three days in a row (Friday, Saturday and SUNDAY!) and worked for hours in the boiling heat to try and make things right. Just canceled my policy with Dial One because they refuse to reimburse us for any of it, even though they weren't doing the maintenance. Hope Dynasty stays in business for decades to come . . . because they have a devoted customer in me. read more

Jesse is an honest guy, which you don't find to much anymore. He takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond. He came out to handle a simple home warranty claim for my AC. He took it upon himself to crawl into my hot attic where the HVAC was located to make sure the whole system was working properly. He gave me a generously discounted quote on blow in insulation and even used a higher grade insulation than what he quoted me. I would highly recommend this service to anyone, or at least make him the first guy you call for a quote. Top notch service!!! read more

I had a new heating and cooling system put in my home in 10/17/17. After the install Jessie the owner of Dynasty had to come to my home on three occasions because the system would not transition from heat to cool and cool the heat. Jessie came out twice to service my unit to make it cool and once to make the heat work on the unit. This was all in less than a year. On 10/17/18 one year to the date I sent a text to Jessie stating the this would be the fourth time that I had to call him about my unit and that I needed to have it serviced because my heat would not come on. Jessie responded to my text and said that there would be a fee of $118.00 to service the unit. (I should have had at least a year's warranty on his work / new install.) I then question him via text asking if he was the owner/ manager and if could he please give me a call. Jessie called and was very rude with me. In the conversation Jessie stated that my unit was gas, that my home was on a basement, and if my last name had two letter t's in it, I then said to him that my home was all electric, my home is on a slab, and that my last name has only one letter T in it. He then stated that he would call me back in 30 minutes because he needed to look in to my paper work/ invoices, this was around or about 8:30 am on 10/18/18. He has never called me back and I have been living without heat in my home up until today 11/10/18. I had to call a different heating and cooling company out to service my unit and it cost me $511.95 to fix his mess. Consumer beware, He switch my more expansive thermostat out for his cheaper one and left no instructions on how to use it. This cheaper thermostat had the terminal to the RC backed out back (which means that I would have to call him for a service again, the refrigerant level was over charged by 2.5 LBS. Jessie is working with HWA warranty company and sucker ducking innocent home owner so that his company can make extra money on heating and cooling issues. Jessie the owner of Dynasty Heating Cooling cost me $511.95 for poor installation I will not be able to afford my Thanksgiving Dinner because I had to scrape up money to pay to have my heating and cooling system repaired correctly by a different company. read more

These people have come to our place through Home Warranty for two different things. They take your $100 and run. Yesterday they came because our furnace blower is thumping like a clothes dryer. The guy had a a little light on a drill and shone it around the furnace but never looked at anything in depth. He called HWA and told them and us that it could be the fan or maybe even the duct work expanding. He said he could tell by the sound. It definitely is NOT the duct work. So he tells HWA that the fan/air conditioner is working; therefore HWA won't fix it. The noise is so loud it keeps us awake at night. Also like to mention that the man wore his pants so low that his underwear was sticking out.......pretty unsightly!! read more

Just don't call them. We they installed our heating and cooling unit incorrectly. Had to call an electrician to come out and re-wire heating. That was an additional $500 to another vendor. The cost of the heating and cooling, which we paid to Dynasty was $2400. Now we are having a third company come out and look at the unit as it is not heating our house correctly... so that's another $156 minimum. Just don't waste your time, money or sanity level. Also, where can I send my bills for all the extra service vendors I had to call in order to get it installed correctly? read more
