Ok I'm not one to complain and I'm not the kinda guy that writes bad reviews about companies that haven't come through with the service they promised, but this experience has been an absolute nightmare! I brought my custom 4x4 in to this shop after reading all these amazing reviews, confidant I had chosen the rite shop to take care of my baby. And not just my pride and joy, but my only means to get my kids every weekend from Prescott. Man was I ever wrong! First the body work was great, but they didn't even trim off the paint lines, leaving unfinished trim pealing off my bumper. Then after almost two months I'm told they can't fix the suspension because they can't find parts, huh there are serial numbers on the parts guys. So their promise that they were more than just body and could fix anything was false. I was told that they are body pros, not suspension. (Then why'd you promise you could?) when I finally picked my truck up, 2 blocks down the road my truck overheated and there was ZERO oil in my truck! My dash was throwing code for tps sensors (they rotated my tires and didn't bother to check the sensors or clear the code. Also codes for the airbags and suspension were showing up. I took it back to the shop for another week, and when I picked it back up I had a nail in my tire (something they would have noticed if they did infact rotate the tires again and check the tps sensors, so that was an obvious lie) and to top it all off the mechanics must have wanted tunes while they work because my stereo was tuned into a rap station, I only use my blue tooth, and two of my aftermarket speakers were Blown!!! Oh and I don't want to forget, all these reviews from everyone saying how their vehicle came back detailed and better than ever, ya mine came back filthy, with some kind of white chalk all over the floor of my truck and engine grease from their boots all over the floor mats!! I was patient and never lost my cool until now! My vehicle is still losing oil faster than I can put it in and now I'm gonna have to go through the headache of finding a better shop that will keep their promises and possibly an attorney because you know damn well they aren't going to accept responsibility for this and fix anything. Please take this as a warning, not just some rant from an unhappy customer; if you love your ride as much as I love mine, NEVER TAKE IT TO THIS SHOP! They will just jack you around and smile to your face, and then treat you like your some unpleasant customer just trying to get one over on them. I bet they take this down, but maybe I can save just a couple people from going through the same nightmare I did. read more

I live in St. John's Arizona 4 1/2 hours northeast of the valley and a friend recommended Dynasty Collision after I hit a jack rabbit in my 2015 mustang and I was hit by gun fire from a reckless hunter. Went in talked with one of the owners then to Zac, right from the start they made me feel at ease with them. Already having things set up through my insurance for drop off the same day I first went there since my friend gave me such a high recommendation knowing how well I take care of my Mustang, the owner took me to enterprise for my rental car and even a fast stop at my bank, normally shop owners don't run customers around like that. Ran into a few problems with the insurance company but my contact Zac took care of all issues needing very little help from myself. Zac kept me in the loop every step if the way talking to me a couple times a week. I highly recommend Dynasty Collision and Zac they do excellent work and in my experience they went above and beyond. So we had the pleasure of meeting Troy who was very nice and SSOOOO helpful from beginning to end. My son go into an accident and I found this place on google. What stood out is the ad that they pay your deductible up to $1000. So I called and asked about that. Spoke with Troy, he said yes we do and he also sent out a tow truck to us to pick up the car. While the car was there they found more damage(which I thought might be the case ) and our ins. ended up totaling the car...but the amount was leaving us with a balance to pay. I called Troy and let him know they totaled it and he told me to negotiate the settlement out(of course we had to prove the car was worth more than that) and we ended up getting an extra $1500! I did not know you could negotiate this! So not only did we get great service, we learned something new and saved $$$ in the process. Not only are they true professionals but will go the extra mile to see that your car is completed the right way... The Dynasty team is on point! From my very first call Peter extremely helpful. He walked me through the whole process including what to expect from my insurance company while quoting and scheduling my body repair. Then he also secured my rental car at a huge discount so it was a 100% one stop shop for the work. Denise kept me in the loop through out the process post drop off and was detailed, friendly, and thorough. You can tell that the Dynasty team was very experienced when booking the revisions to the piddling amount that pocket estimate provided by my insurance in order to get the repair done right! I really appreciated the help in getting the repair estimates adjusted and my car back to looking great. The body work itself is immaculate, the paint match is exact even with the metallic finish. I cannot say enough about how amazing they have been! My car got vandalized and was covered and spray paint, and my insurance has been difficult to say the least. They've been so patient and understanding helping me while dealing with the insurance company. They help me with the rental car and did an amazing job making my car look like new! Jeff and Peter have gone above and beyond working with me while They've been going back-and-forth dealing with my insurance for almost 5 weeks now. They coordinated the towing pickup for me, gave me info about how to file a claim with Geico and even saved me time by meeting with the insurance adjuster for me.
