This was a job that would require an honest, trustworthy, and fair auto body shop that was willing to fight for us with the insurance companies, and they did just that. When insurance wanted to cut corners, Phoenix Collision Center pushed back and demanded that we receive all new OEM parts on our brand new vehicle. They even met with the adjuster to show them all of the parts in person. They called me 3x a week to give me updates, even if they were just waiting on a part.
