He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

The new one is a really advanced toilet and we ran into some issues in terms of valve placement and he had to dig into the wall to get the toilet to fit properly and securely. After getting the toilets placement right, he then cleaned up and painted the wall. He advised me throughout of the challenges and recommended solutions.
