Ken & Tre were so helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond for me. I love my tile and can hardly wait to see it installed.

I had the best experience from start to finish. Tre helped give me ideas and pick out tile that would work for my house. I couldn't always vision the end result, but Tre guided me. From flooring, to shower walls, to grout colors. He gave me samples of everything to take home and really make sure they were " the one " before investing a ton of money into it. The customer service here has always been exceptional. They have gone through transitions since I first started going there for Tile Selections, but through everything these guys and girls have willing to work with me. I understand some of these other reviews. As a Homeowner it can be hard to get help right away. I would always recommend having you installer and/or interior designer to accompany you. Emser tile is one of a few tile companies around this area that keeps solid relationships with tile contractors. They also allow for contractor demo tutelage with the newest products from material suppliers. So to recap: 1. Schedule a time to meet with your contractor when going to Emser 2. If you don't have a contractor yet, ask one of the few workers there for a card for a recommendation. 3. Understand that these guys are busy simply because they are a great help to many professional Tile Contractors. Keep up the good work guys!!! read more

Very friendly and HELPFUL staff! They have a huge selection and high quality material. There were a few bumps in the road on our part when we were getting our bathroom remodeled and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Absolutely the rudest sales people ever. My husband and I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon. There were three people working and no customers. We were not greeted by any employee until we had been there for at least five minutes. Finally, when we were greeted, we were told that someone would be with us in a minute. We continued to look around the showroom for 10-15 minutes. No one ever came to help us. I guess they didn't want our business. read more

Horrible customer service! My family and I waked in and were not greeted at all. There was two ladies in the front desk, as we passed by one of them asked "how are you"? but didn't event make eye contact. She was staring at her Cumputer screen. As we walked away to leave no one said anything, no one ever asked if we needed assistance. I do not recommend this place!! read more
