He did not put any rebar during construction of the patio and walkway (size: 1250 sq ft.) Six months later, the concrete cracked. To date, he refuses to take responsibility for his poor workmanship. He said he does not guarantee concrete work. We gave him the opportunity to make things right- we gave him two options: redo the work or give us a refund for the cost of the concrete materials, construction, and pay for tear out. He refused to do either one and continued to make excuses. We have reported him to the construction licensing board and BBB.
