We paid, pulled in and parked. Hubby's bro came through behind us by about 15 mins & was charged $20. He has 1 bike, 1 kid, same age as ours. They're cousins. Very unfair & unprofessional. They also need to keep an eye on the trash Bins. They've been overflowing every time we've been here.

So we loaded up our dirt bike and quad and headed to Jewell Motocross Track to celebrate his birthday by doing some riding. PROs: ++ There's several different tracks (3 or 4) offered: beginner, intermediate, and pro. ++ All tracks run on a counter clockwise configuration - so there's no confusion about which way you should be riding. ++ They do offer happy hour pricing - though now I cannot recall the days, times, or pricing. Whoops! CONs: -- At $20 a rider - admission was a bit more expensive than I expected. Though it was my first time at a motocross track so perhaps I just don't know. What the rates are. -- The staff member at the entrance fused over our quad saying that they, "weren't allowed." After explaining it was for me to putt around on he said there was one area we were allowed to ride it far from the other tracks - gee, thanks. After all is said, Jewel Motocross Track was an "OK" experience in my book. I doubt I'll be making my way back any time soon - but wouldn't mind if I did.

Pretty good airsoft store with a few fields to play matches against friends and others in the area!read more

This review is specifically for Fox Airsoft Field. As a…read moremother, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of safety, leadership, and accountability at Fox Airsoft. Competitive play is one thing... Allowing unsafe behavior to continue after it has been reported is something very different. When my sons were playing, unsafe conduct was brought to the attention of staff, including behavior that should have been stopped immediately. Instead of stepping in, taking control, and addressing the issue, the situation was allowed to continue and escalate. Multiple people were getting hurt, concerns were raised, and there was no meaningful sense of urgency from the referees or staff to restore order and make sure rules were being enforced. What concerns me most is not only the behavior of one player, but the lack of accountability from the adults responsible for managing the field. When a business creates an environment where safety complaints are minimized, poor behavior is not corrected, and the people raising concerns are treated like the problem, that reflects a serious leadership failure. As a parent, I would be very uncomfortable dropping my child off in an environment like this and trusting that safety would be the top priority. As a customer, I would expect a business owner to take these issues seriously and ensure staff are capable of making sound decisions in the moment. Based on our experience, that did not happen.

I asked whether there were boots for kids, one waved her arm and said they're over there somewhere. I found only a handful of boots on the end cap of an aisle. I stated these aren't what we're looking for. Not one employee offered to help, they just continued their conversation. We left the store and I told them it would have been nice if just one of them had offered to help us. It's clear why the store was devoid of customers.

Workout clothes and gear such as weights and equipment. All the sports goods as the name suggests. The store was practically bursting with clothing and equipment. Aisles were clear and racks were organized but this store has a ton of merchandise. Maybe what threw me off was all the other stores unable to stock their shelves. Not the case here. Parents are visiting from Florida and my Dad was in need of more winter gear. We planned to hit a few stores but Big 5 was our first and only stop luckily. New boots, jacket, base layer, thick socks, and gloves. In and out in a flash too so huge props. Two mangers were working and three general employees. Seemed a bit much for a store of this size but maybe they were just beefed up on staff due to the holidays. Most everyone asked if we needed help with anything. Checkout was quick and easy. This is how shopping should be. Lot of other mini gifts or stocking stuffers too. Don't think this store or Big Five get hit up terribly bad for the holidays in general. Maybe we were lucky but I'd certainly stop in here for camping necessities in figure and skip some bigger store that tend to be crowded and picked over anyway. Will certainly be back for outdoor gear in future. Thanks for the help and seamless experience all!
