Pretty good airsoft store with a few fields to play matches against friends and others in the area!

This review is specifically for Fox Airsoft Field. As a mother, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of safety, leadership, and accountability at Fox Airsoft. Competitive play is one thing... Allowing unsafe behavior to continue after it has been reported is something very different. When my sons were playing, unsafe conduct was brought to the attention of staff, including behavior that should have been stopped immediately. Instead of stepping in, taking control, and addressing the issue, the situation was allowed to continue and escalate. Multiple people were getting hurt, concerns were raised, and there was no meaningful sense of urgency from the referees or staff to restore order and make sure rules were being enforced. What concerns me most is not only the behavior of one player, but the lack of accountability from the adults responsible for managing the field. When a business creates an environment where safety complaints are minimized, poor behavior is not corrected, and the people raising concerns are treated like the problem, that reflects a serious leadership failure. As a parent, I would be very uncomfortable dropping my child off in an environment like this and trusting that safety would be the top priority. As a customer, I would expect a business owner to take these issues seriously and ensure staff are capable of making sound decisions in the moment. Many troubles with refund after much longer shipping than advertised. And after contacting theh just ignored me. I've never had issues with the field staff and refs. Would 100% recommend to okay there but NEVER ship with them because of how unreliable and rude they're sales staff is read more

Brought my teenage son and his buddies here for his birthday- Great location and equipment if you need to rent.

Brought in a couple mags with problems, and employee took them in back and fixed on the spot. Helped with some other issues too. They're fine unless you have an issue with something they sold you. When I bought my product no sign was posted and no one said no returns. Apparently it doesn't matter if an item is defective. No returns. Period. Ever. I have spent quite a bit there over the past year or so. Never again. Manager is rude and doesn't tell the truth. Go anywhere but here. read more

A great shop with wide selection and knowledgeable staff. Fox Airsoft may be one of the very few airsoft supply stores in Denver, but it's no doubt the best. The customer service is some of the best I've seen. They always have friendly conversation to share, willing to make a deal, and the owner Matt is willing to help to the end. I've bought multiple rifles from Fox, and any problems I've had they have no problem taking a look at up front. Every employee knows about each product in depth, and really knows what they're talking about. They carry a variety of rifles and pistols, fro your standards to very unique pieces. I have been playing airsoft here in Colorado for the past few years and it really helps to have a local shop who actually care about the airsoft scene and not just making money. Their staff tried really hard to get me into the gun that I was looking for despite all of the industry "backorders, sold outs, temp out of stocks and no longer availables" They are now even helping my airsoft team get started with an entry level sponsorship. I just placed my first on-line order from Fox Airsoft. While they don't carry every airsoft item under the sun they have pretty much anything that you "need". I actually placed two (2) separate orders on Black Friday and the smaller of the two arrived today (Cyber Monday). Very impressive turnaround time considering it was FREE shipping. One small hiccup though: I received an incorrect battery. I emailed Matt at Fox Airsoft about the mix up in my order. Within ten (10) minutes I received a reply back with a return mailing label for the incorrect battery. Within the hour, I had confirmation of the correct battery having been put in the mail. While some of the "larger airsoft site" may be a dollar or two cheaper, you really cannot beat this kind of customer service. If you don't want to feel like just another random customer... If you prefer to feel like you're standing at the front of the line... If you wanted to be treated like a "valued customer" then shop at Fox Airsoft! What else can I say? read more

Online store run by a couple of incompetent, amateur high school air-soft buddies who don't know the first thing about running a business. My internet order was just one abysmal screw-up after another all the while blaming their innocent supplier for the problems. Here's what happened: Sept 26 - Placed online order for 10 Condor products. Oct 17 - Having received/heard nothing, called Fox in Denver and was told I needed to speak to Josh who was at lunch but would be back two hours later. Left message to have him return my call. Oct 24 - A week later, when Josh never returned my call, I called him. He informed me he was forwarding my order to Condor for drop shipment "right then" (now a month late) and whatever was on back order would be refunded to my credit card. Said he would forward tracking details as soon as he received them from Condor. Oct 31 - STILL no product or tracking info, called Josh again. He said it wasn't his fault, that all ten items on the order had been on backorder at Condor, but said they were now suddenly off backorder and had shipped either that day or the Friday before. Again, I requested tracking. He promised he would provide it as soon as Condor sent it to him. Nov 4 - Suddenly, without any tracking information, PART of the order appears on my doorstep without any invoice, packing slip or ANY information of any kind as to the status of the remainder of the order. When I tracked the package using the number on the shipping label, I learned the package had shipped from Condor on Nov 2 - TWO DAYS AFTER Josh said it had. But I did have at least PART of my order nearly SIX WEEKS after order placement. Nov 7 - Credit for unshipped items appears on my credit card. Called Condor directly to complain about the dismal customer service that one of their dealers was providing and how poorly the dealer was making Condor look in the eyes of the customer. Told them the story above and they told me that only 2 of the 10 products ordered had been on back order and that they'd never even received the drop-ship order from Fox until November 1 - FIVE WEEKS and three phone calls after I'd placed the order! So basically, I was lied to several times by Josh who tried to pin the blame for his own incompetence on his supplier. Condor should reconsider their business relationship with such a company. And perhaps owner Matthew Meraz should consider what, if any, benefit an employee (albeit a high school pal) like Josh is having on his business.
