They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. I used Caliber Collision in Grapevine, Tx in the past and they were great. Caliber Collision in Argyle was new, and distance was a lot closer so chose to go there. All I wanted was my car fixed out of this accident and nothing more. I didn't want to deal with the party's insurance, and this is where I went TERRIBLY wrong. I told the insurance company to send the check directly to Caliber once the work was done. HUGE mistake. I worked with Damon and he said nothing is wrong with the glove compartment. Well, a month later it still pops open every time I go over a small bump in the road. It hasn't rained so I'm hoping what he said about the sunroof is correct, nothing wrong. Well, I had a flap behind a tire fall off and this was told on day 1. Part was even in the trunk, and insurance knew and received photos. Well, this part was not fixed and the part from my trunk was removed. I mentioned it to Damon on the day of pick up and he said he would get the part ordered, let me know when it comes in, and put it on. Well, they received their check and it's a month later and never heard back from Damon. I think it's safe to assume the part never got ordered or got lost. It's my fault and thank the man above it's not too expensive. I will just purchase the part and have it put on myself. So, lesson here is never pay until completely satisfied. Don't have insurance send check directly to Caliber in Argyle. Though it was my fault I will never use them again nor recommend this location.

It was down to the metal, so more than a simple fix. It was is a 23 year old vehicle, so I was not interested in a complete expensive fix. He gave me a very good price on a repair that would repair the scratch but not break the bank. They were the only ones who said they could do the entire car including the hood as paintless dent repair. They were also able to start within a week instead of 6-8 weeks by the other body shops. My car looks brand new again. My husband and I had Matt put the car under lights and went over it with a fine tooth comb. They did all they said they would and in the time they said. Easy guys to work with and I would take it there again and highly recommend them. Also Matt is a Vet and this is only one small way to support our troops!
