The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. She often brushed off my concerns, provided false information, and allowed four separate mistakes to go undetected, including paint chips, paint scratches, and missing or incorrect accessory pieces. This shop has many 5-star reviews, but beware, as you might not be one of the lucky customers to receive outstanding service. Note that my car is not stock; it has multiple port-installed accessories that are not common on a standard Toyota Corolla. However, this shouldn't excuse what happened. From there the completion date kept sliding: updated to 1/30/26, then pushed again to 2/3/26, then 2/5/26, then 2/6/26. On 02/05/26 I went to pick up my car and it was not ready. I was told the tech had not shown up. The car was finally marked ready on 02/09/26, 67 days after drop off. Even worse, the quality at delivery was unacceptable. The car was returned filthy and there are multiple issues that still need to be fixed properly: * Rear view mirror housing not installed correctly * Sunroof switch does not work correctly * Rear passenger door alignment is off and sticks out noticeably * Rear window brake light not installed correctly * Alignment appears wrong, the car pulls to the right when accelerating I attempted to contact corporate for assistance, but I could only locate a call center number and no direct number for the corporate office. They were the only ones who said they could do the entire car including the hood as paintless dent repair. They were also able to start within a week instead of 6-8 weeks by the other body shops. My car looks brand new again. My husband and I had Matt put the car under lights and went over it with a fine tooth comb. They did all they said they would and in the time they said. Easy guys to work with and I would take it there again and highly recommend them. Also Matt is a Vet and this is only one small way to support our troops!
