I freakin' love this place! I reluctantly went here to get my eyebrows done (permanent makeup/microblading) with Joy! I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. I have a lot of body tattoos & my main fear is being too picky for the artist but she was even pickier than me! We spent a lot of time just getting my eyebrows measured. Her work is incredible but her presence is what really stood out. She was so precise with her work & wanted to make sure everything was perfect before she started. She was so sweet & made me feel like I could speak up if I wasn't satisfied! I admit, ever since my favorite hairstylist moved over an hour away, I haven't found someone I liked to replace her. I loved the way she would style and dye my hair. :/ Unfortunately she is just too far from me. So yes, although no hairstylist likes to hear this, I have been shopping around for a new one. I have gone one time and never been back. I have left running out disappointed after a service. I think we have all been there. There is no doubt I haven't been happy with anyone ever since Candy left. :/ UNTIL NOW! I booked with Marissa Cydya on a whim, really not expecting much. I mean, after all I didn't know her. Wow I'm so glad I kept looking. I found who I have been looking for. She is reasonably priced, convenient, clean, fast and takes her time without having you be here forever! What more could I ask for?!? She styled my hair after and took her time to see if I wanted to add a few curls or whatnot. She wasn't like...ok bye! She wanted her work and talent to reflect to the very end and she did it. She is talented and I got so many compliments from my bestie, who isn't the easiest to impress when it comes to hair. :) Thank you Marissa! I went to two pretty famous places in LA and they said it could not be done I heard about Dylan Keith salon so I walked in and met Mitra She is a cutter and colorist. I told her my dilemma and she said she may be able to do it although she didn't guarantee it. Well I gave her a shot and she used a special process and an hour later my hair worked unbelievably well. Go see Stephanie for fabulous color like I did a couple week's back! In preparation for my appointment, I looked at dozens of inspiration photos to find the prefect beige-y, dark blonde. Stephanie completely captured what I was looking for, and then some! There was a lot of bleach in my hair from the past couple years, but she created a custom color to get me as close as possible to the shade I wanted. Her dry-cutting skills are also top-tier, and she topped everything off with a great blowout. Went back today after a botched trim from my previous appointment with one of the stylists. However I'm grateful that the owner Kristin was kind enough to fit me into her schedule to fix the issue and make my hair look so much better styling it, trimming it, washing it with different hair products to make it smooth and healthier. Before I forward to my experience with my stylist at Dylan Keith, I'd like for avid Yelpers who actually read reviews to know that Camille is my hair stylist. I was originally a walk-in after have going various other hair salons which where notorious for "celebrity manes" or even going to Beverly Hills for namesake that didn't deliver the look I wanted. For an example, I would go in and ask for one thing and they would use cheap products and I would walk out with damaged locks and no where near the color I was anticipating. I got lucky to have Camille was free that day and she has definitely taken great care of my hair and delivered the color I wanted, if not x10 better. Camille has mass experience and knowledge in the industry and has a great deal of passion for hair. She genuinely cares for her clients needs and wants and their hair. I can finally say I trust someone with my hair because she has proved to me that she will give me what I want and make sure my hair is healthy in all aspects. I have naturally jet black hair and she's taken me to a bright blonde in addition to having smooth, healthy hair instead of it feeling and appearing fried and damaged with a lot of bleaching involved. And when I say a lot of bleaching, I mean it because I have been going in every two weeks minimum! Every time I leave the salon fresh faced without makeup, I get compliments thanks to her magic! The salon set up is nice but if you have super high expectations, I highly recommend Camille!!! Jordan just did my hair and I went from quarantine 3 inch dark roots and out grown golden blonde to platinum blonde with a BEAUTIFUL root shadow that will allow this color to grow out gracefully! In addition, we added in a Keratin treatment that left my dry, bleached hair feeling fresh and virgin again (as much as it can be lol). She was so sweet and personable that I felt beyond comfortable in her chair. Our chat about my hair goals went so well because my end result nailed my hair dreams on the head! DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR. I was really hopeful but sadly disappointed, if you have curly hair I would not recommend coming here, I had an appointment with Mitra to dye my hair red and it was a very bad experience. I was very rushed, there are literal splotches of dye in my hair because she just threw the dye in and didn't bother to make sure she got everything. Parts are red other parts are completely brown. She got dye all over my head and neck, she even got dye in my eyes as she was rinsing my hair out and water went all down my back. It was so sloppy and rushed and I was just very disappointed especially after having to pay $150 FOR JUST COLOR. If I could I would ask for a refund but it is clearly stated there are no refunds...probably for reasons like this. read more

I had driven by so many times. When given a certificate I was so excited. My previous stylist, who I adore, needs appointment's weeks in advance. I was assigned Mitra Asgari. Such a delight. She was very focused on the different aspects of my cut. Checking and double checking prior to cutting. Even making recommendations. She knew what I wanted even better than I did. About 10 months ago, I had my first balayage done. Today, I came to Dylan Keith Salon for my second. I needed another round of lightening and a total color refresh. My stylish was Mitra and she helped me get to the most BEAUTIFUL shade of red. I brought in quite a few Pinterest pictures of what I was going for, and she nailed it. Plus, she was really helpful when it came to offering advice about the health of my hair. I *definitely* had a bunch of dead ends when I came in, but I hate losing length. After my trim, my hair feels beyond healthy and I don't feel like I had a run-in with a buzz saw (which has happened at other salons)! For men's hair I highly recommend Stefanie Salinas! I struggled to find a stylist in Burbank, but I will follow her anywhere. She takes the time to really understand what you are looking for, and uses her skills and care to really deliver. I was always disappointed in my haircuts until Stefanie started cutting it. She is very laid back, friendly, and professional. If you don't feel like talking, she gives you space - but if you like to chat, she's wonderful.
