I wrote a review and you responded. The reason for not coming back to your salon is due to other reviews from other woman that had gone back to fix a damaged dye job from your salon. You made it worse. And why would I go back when my hair was so badly damaged. Why would I trust you can fix it. Plus you ( the owner) have no heart and sympathy for a woman trying to feel pretty and then losing all her hair. You were mean and cold hearted. Didn't even apologize When I walked in. You threw a waiver in my face and told me there was nothing you can do about it. I requested to get my $200 back and you refused. I demanded to see the license of Roberto and you illegally told me I could not see it. You would not provide his full name. All this sounds shady to me. You can say that I said harsh words, but I was speaking the truth. Your salon ruined my hair. Your customer service and hospitality was cold and heartless. You made me feel like a piece of shit and I was nothing. Yes, I took matters into my own hand because all I wanted was a refund which you and your stylist refused to give back. You can say you provided help to fix what your Salon did to me, but the way you offered it was like take it or leave it and I'm supposed to trust that. Your reviews show proof that you can't fix what you've done. As woman to woman you should've honored the refund. You saw the damages, you saw how short my hair was. Plus your salon is a big salon, what is $200. To me I work hard for that $200 just to feel pretty. It saddens me to know that you have no care in the world for your customers. Mitra's been cutting our hair for our whole family for several years. She always gives such a gorgeous haircut I hardly ever have to get my haircut. One time we had someone else cut my husband's hair from somewhere else and it was so bad I had to turn around and go find Mitra to have her cut it. I was met by Kristin Best, she looked at my hair and immediately put me at ease with her warmth, expertise and professional kindness. She then assigned her best colorist, Lilith to correct my pre-existing color. Lilith patiently worked with my hair, explaining every step of the process and miraculously corrected my botched color and my hair turned out looking and feeling ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Jordan is AMAZING First time today at this salon had my hair done by Jordan who is A SWEETHEART and such a PROFESSIONAL I came in for a Keratin treatment. My first impression of the salon was that it's clean beautiful and everyone is friendly. Jordan is an incredible stylist she really cares about her and has an incredible eye for style she also did my bangs and took so much time I was really impressed. I don't even know where to start with this review. I don't really review places unless I get an amazing experience, and this is one of those times. I am usually really really picky with my hair. I recently messed up my own hair by dying it with a boxed color product. I messed up my hair so bad that I had patches of uneven color all over my hair. I had a previous person I would go to for my hair but every time I would go she was never able to do what I wanted. I was referred to Mitra at this salon through someone I met at work. Ever since I reached out to her she was really sweet and nice and took the time to answer all my questions. She even made time for me to stop by for a quick 10 min consultation on a busy day for her. That I appreciated very much. I decided to schedule my color correction with her and OMG let me tell you how Fu***** happy I am with my new hair. I have NEVER had anyone actually leave my hair the way I wanted. And again this is coming from a very picky person. Mitra went above and beyond for to fix my hair. She was so meticulous and so careful to not damage my hair since I had already damaged it enough myself. Overall if you're looking for someone that knows what they are doing, you need to go see MITRA. I cannot express enough how sweet and amazing she was. Long long overdue review. I went to this salon years ago for a trim on my Virgin hair I had been growing out for years from a bob. Yes years. The day before my vacation a friend of mine recommends this salon to me as the owner is his family member. So what was supposed to be a trim turns into a lop sided chop. I was truly horrified. Think tears and frustration galore. My hair I had been growing out for so long was now short and uneven. I had to go on vacation with a terrible cut and then after get it fixed at another salon which made it even shorter. I ended up getting sew in extensions because I felt so ugly and those ruined my hair even more. I'm surprised this salon has such high reviews. I hate to be negative but hair is something that should be taken very very seriously. I took my kids here and their hair cut was totally butchered. The guy kept cutting and when he asked me how it was, it was clearly un even. I pointed that out and he started cutting on the other side. I had to point out 3 times that it was not even. I should have never come there in the first place. Talk about a chance encounter.....I called this salon looking for a stylist that had done my hair before. They were very nice, but that stylist never worked there. Obviously, I didn't remember the correct salon. I then explained my situation; I live out of state but come often to visit my daughter. The person was really really nice. So, I said to myself 'take a chance"..Lordie lordie so glad I went with my gut. I was matched with Mitra. I can't explain what she did because it's better in pictures attached.
