Fred went above and beyond, even coming out a second time just to re-verify two windows we were unsure about. Today, Francisco from Blinds R Us installed the blinds. This company is what wrong with the housing market and what will cause the next house crisis, they are bullies. I'm 37 years old. Over time,…read moreI've submitted quite a few maintenance requests, and every single one has been handled in a timely manner and with exceptional care. Most recently, they completed a major flooring project in my apartment, and the team they brought in worked quickly, efficiently, and very carefully around my furniture. The finished result exceeded my expectations. What stands out most to me is the responsiveness. The property manager and maintenance coordinator have consistently responded quickly, communicated well, and found vendors who didn't just resolve the issue but often went beyond what I expected. It's easy to complain when property management gets things wrong, so I think it's equally important to acknowledge when they get it right. I'm very grateful to live in a property managed by a team that clearly cares about maintaining the building and making sure their tenants are comfortable in their homes. I truly appreciate the care and attention they've shown me and my apartment.

Even more concerning, they insinuated that because we are parents, we must have caused the issue by putting baby wipes down the drain - a completely baseless and frankly insulting assumption. Why on earth would one put wipes down a sink drain... It's disappointing to see how far this management company has declined. Rather than addressing legitimate maintenance issues professionally, they seem more interested in shifting blame onto tenants without evidence in order to save a couple hundred bucks here and there. I would strongly caution prospective tenants about how maintenance concerns are handled, and landlords / owners.

They've been permitted to install "spyfi" to monitor tenant's internet usage (while canceling legitimate Frontier appointments). I lived there for FIVE years and they threw me under the bus with relentless harassment and stalking at the hands of a new "assistant community manager" named Bart Thananta who is, in fact, FBI. He had no warrant and searched my unit after having me escorted off the property via a fraudulent 5150 hold on July 12th 2025. I've reported it to the local police and the FBI's Office of Professional Responsibility, but the stalking and KGB tactics haven't stopped! To date I still maintain a clean criminal record. Goldrich + Kest also allowed them to place surveillance vehicles around the property including the entrance to the garage. Avoid this place if you value your privacy and don't want anyone spying on you with infrared cameras or listening devices hidden in the utility room next to your unit! Not to mention, the rent increases are aggressive and as other reviewers have complained...the faulty fire alarms are obnoxious (and problematic for the fire department).
